Honestly all but 1 of the 6 pairs ordered were great. One of the pairs sole was clearly offset. When I tried to carefully peel it up to reposition it, it tore up a piece of the underneath foam from where it was glued. Now it's repositioned but won't be comfortable due to this not being able to be removed. Like I said all other pairs were great, For member pricing that is. I would never pay the full prices for the shoes though. Just price them at membership prices for everyone and they would be 100%
This package is being delivered massively late. At least 2 weeks. Unfortunately my daughters birthday was ruined because of this experience because I was unable to afford other gifts and the only thing I was able to get her was these shoes which did not even come.
Ordered some items for my granddaughter as I usually do and FabKids never disappoints. She loves the jumpsuit and red sunglasses to be worn on Valentines Day especially. Customer service is good as well.

Never received purchase. Once I contacted customer service they told me some of my items were sold out even though I received noticed that it was shipped. Horrible experience, my kids are now going without boots for the winter.

I purchased 2 pairs of boots for my daughter for Christmas. One pair was light up boots when they arrived only 1 shoe lit up. Exchange process is difficult if you do not have access to computer or printer.

FabKids was great when we first signed up and got shoes at a great price. But now it's just a nuisance. Remembering each month to "skip" our membership fees of $40 or it's taken out of my bank account. The deals don't last. When we do make purchases, it's only ever through the sales or clearance section, because everything is WAY overpriced. The clothes are adorable, but it's not worth paying $40-50 for one dress that's only going to be worn a few times before she grows out of it. For those who can afford it, then this is for you. For those who can't take a "surprise withdrawal" each month, then don't waste your time. That reminds me, I need to go skip this month again already.

I love Fab Kids! Great quality clothes that last! I don't shop every month, but with my monthly subscription payments, credits rack up over time and I shop every 4-6 months and usually buy clearance or on a major promo and end up only spending a few dollars out of pocket, if anything. That's how I got Christmas gifts for twin boy friends of the family this year. It helps to have this money set aside for clothes shopping because I don't always necessarily have available funds at the same time my son ends up needing clothes or shoes. With Fab Kids, even if I'm having a rough month financially, I can still get a few things he needs. It's been a saving grace for us for sure!

Buyer please refrain buying discounted items from this website. You will end up in trap loosing your valuable time and money. You will easily overlook the terms and condition and automatically enrolled for "VIP Membership" at a cost of $39.95 per month. If you cancel the membership, then you will prefer to loose forcefully deducted money rather buying craps at 4 to 5 times higher price than market value (Amazon or carters). This company operation should be banned in the United States! In this country, most of the retailers are known for their transparency in business, quality products and great customer service..

I'm surprised at how fast they came! And my grandson loves the lights! His other shoes have only 2 lights on each shoe and these are literally all the way around. I won't lose him on a dark night that's for sure lol the quality is fantastic as well.

Hi there, our son was so excited to get these shoes, but was very upset when the lights stopped working on one shoe within the first couple of days of wearing them. They also were fairly uncomfortable. He will not wear them anymore

Quality is great as usual. My only complaint is that the boots did not come in boxes so both sets of boots had some deformity to them which will need to stretch out before wearing. Otherwise, wonderful.

Clothes quality is acceptable but the prices are too high for what you get in my opinion. Especially as the cost has gone up over the years. Also, the styles are too youthful for the sizing available. My children have stopped wearing what's available by the time they reach 8 or 9 but sizing goes all the way up to 16 I think with no changes in style. It would be great if they would incorporate some more tween/teen styling. I've been wanting to cancel my membership for a while but don't want to lose the credits I have accumulated by forgetting to skip the auto payments. Unfortunately it's been difficult to even find something worth spending my money on to use up the credits and close the account.

5/23/22- Got sucked into a deal on Facebook with their shoes, buy one get one or get one half off I'm not sure what it was. But the light up shoes that I had bought literally took a dump after 1 month. The velcro looks nice at the get-go but after a month of use the velcro is absolute garbage. I would advise not to get anything from this site whatsoever. The shoes do not last, and they will not refund you any money for this.
Tip for consumers:
Don't buy here. They will suck you in via social media and offer a screaming deal, but buyer beware, the product quality is not worth the money!!
Products used:
2 pairs of shoes, one light up and one not. Lights burnt out at the 30 day mark for return and the other pair had the dino design wear off in a month.

Anyone who gives this company a bad review clearly does not understand online shopping or didn't read the terms before agreeing to be a member.
None of the clothes I ordered fit, and for some reason when I returned I was only able to receive store credit? Still unsure as to why that is since it's been impossible to get in touch with a customer service rep. Not looking forward to being stuck on the line cancelling my justfab order once the refund comes in.

My daughter got a gift card for Christmas for $89.95 - I have been trying for 8 months to use it. Finally they were able to locate it, when I went to purchase an item for my 10 year old who is on the taller side, nothing will fit her, not to mention these styles are for 5 years olds. Very babyish. The shoes stop at size 5 and even the leggings which she could wear are all out of her size. This site is a joke for older kids and very expensive if you don't become a VIP. Customer service is not very helpful.
I called to cancel & spoke to a lady for 35 minutes who had obviously been coached in the art of deflection. Every time I said, "I want to cancel my subscription," she responded with, "I can absolutely do that" but ever did. I THOUGHT she understood. As we disconnected she even said, "Is there anything else I can help you with?" I said, "No. My only goal was to cancel this whole thing." Three months later (Why 3 months? I believe they thought it might go unnoticed by me if they waited a few months) they began charging me again! I've attempted to cancel multiple times. I guess I need a lawyer.
You can absolutely know without a doubt that this scam is just that. It preys upon innocent unsuspecting people (of which there are many of in this country now thanks to the flood of immigrants who expect better of the United States). Up front they con people into a 'membership;' then when discovered they try to charge a ridiculous 'termination charge'. Come on Google. Why do you allow sites like this to operate on your platform? You can damn well bet that any good review here was either fabricated by a company rep or was written by a complete idiot.
Called to get better clarification of what the sizes were and why there was no size 13 shoes. They said it goes by age which is understandable but please tell me what the measurements on the size that you suggest for my child's age. They could not offer me an answer and hung up on my face. I spoke to two different people and I believe it is a scam. I don't know if anyone has ever received any real shoes from here but I would not purchase any from this terrible company. It makes no sense how you do not have proper size information and that you decide to hang up when a person asks you hard questions.
Ordering was nice and easy. All items were as described. They were quick to be delivered in Canada.

Horrible company! I would give 0 stars if able to. Tricked me into signing up as VIP member through a promo in which I thought I was making a single purchase... big mistake! They DO NOT clearly state you are signing up for anything but once they have your credit card number, good luck! Their products are cheap quality also. Do not waste your time or money with these people you will regret it if you do!
