Honestly all but 1 of the 6 pairs ordered were great. One of the pairs sole was clearly offset. When I tried to carefully peel it up to reposition it, it tore up a piece of the underneath foam from where it was glued. Now it's repositioned but won't be comfortable due to this not being able to be removed. Like I said all other pairs were great, For member pricing that is. I would never pay the full prices for the shoes though. Just price them at membership prices for everyone and they would be 100%
This package is being delivered massively late. At least 2 weeks. Unfortunately my daughters birthday was ruined because of this experience because I was unable to afford other gifts and the only thing I was able to get her was these shoes which did not even come.
Ordered four sets of comfortable fall outfits and my son's are to small according to the size chart he should have room to grow in them and thats not the case sadly. My daughter loves her outfits and has worn them numerous times already as she lives for comfort. Besides this the day after I ordered over 100 in merchandise everything purchased went on sale so i was no da disappointed.
Have gotten many purchase where there some of the girls sandals there strap around the toes does not stretch so my daughter can't put her feet all the way in but they are the right sizes even bigger ones I've got

I bought shoes for my nephews not knowing this and was charged $49.95 the next month for subscription fee
Fabkids did cancel and refund, but it was not clear at original checkout the service was a subscription.

I ordered an outfit and boots for my granddaughter. Didn't realize I was joining a scam.
The clothes were crap so thin and cheesy the boots made if cardboard.
They've been stealing $29.99 from me every month for 3 years. Because I'm stupid.

Got two pairs of shoes for only $10. Love FabKids because the styles are the same as big box stores but the design is still unique so when my daughter goes to school there isn't 9 other girls wearing the same thing as her.

Bought a dress for my daughter, completely defective and won't fit over her head! There is no way to put it on. They will not accept a return as it is over 30 days. Stay away, there are so many other places to spend hard earned money for clothes that kids can actually wear.
Total crap. SIzes are not true, so a leather jacket for my normal sized 5 year old in MEDIUM doesn't fit AT ALL. And there's no available sizes to exchange it. Customer service is horrible, and background noise when you call is so bad, you can barely hear the service rep. Who can't do anything for you anyway.
Stay away. There's a reason this place is getting all one-star reviews
I don't love the monthly "membership fee" which I have to remember to cancel every month. I'm actually considering cancelling altogether since being a member 5 years ago because it hasn't changed. Please change it!

The boots I just bought, that are only worn inside at my child's are already falling a part. With the prices your site charges its a reasonable expectation footwear lasts more than one month ya know? I enjoy the clothing and have no concerns there.

Saw a great promotion and ordered a few things. When I received them I was totally disappointed in quality- just figured it was a small loss. Then I realized they were taking money out of my checking account every couple months without my knowledge! Finally, spoke to a young customer service rep who spent a great deal of time trying to sell me on their VIP member ship. I got my bank involved and luckily got all my money back. Stay away! Sneaky and unethical.
The shoes are really cute but all of them looked extremely worn after just 1 use. Color faded, glitter rubbed off. Even the actual material got holes in it. I know kids can be hard on shoes but I have never seen shoes break down as fast as these.

Placed a order for rushed and payed $14.95 for the customer care to tell me that I won't be receiving my order until the 6th school starts on the 6th if I paid the $14.95 I want it within 2 to 3 business days not getting it just to make processor and then they trying to give me the run around just don't know so upset how do they offer rushed for them to take their time

Made a purchase from them MONTHS ago. They are still charging me monthly (which I did NOT agree to) and you can only cancel via calling customer service. After holding forever, it was very difficult to understand the rep. They promised to cancel and send me a confirmation email. So, we will see.

We have been a FabKids customer for s couple of years now. My daughter loves the stylish options! She is tall for her age though, so with our most recent order we found that she has grown out of FabKids largest size. Very sad to learn this but do recommend FabKids to others!

I need to cancel my subscription, but they don't make it easy. I keep accruing credits so I have to spend them. You can by similar outfits of similar quality at Walmart for lower prices. Sizes are often out too.

Everything I've bought has been of great quality, except for girls sandals; they are very beautiful, but they start peeling on the first wear. Clothes and boys shoes are always amazing, size runs a little small, but overall great merch.

I find it very hard to accept the fact that we pay a monthly fee to be apart of the membership, all for Fabkids to use some cheap, second hand shipping company. That doesn't get you your merchandise on time.

I purchased a few outfits and some shoes knowing this would enter me into "the VIP club"
I liked a couple of the outfits, but a few things didn't fit. No problem, they advertise free returns. Only it can't be done online. You have to call. And it's a long and painful phone call (mine was almost 30 min!) And if you don't take store credit, they charge you $5.95 restocking fee!
I did my first order, received them in a pretty good time frame. One of those shoes were way too small even though that's what I always wear. So you'll need to size up some. I want to return it but makes it impossible because I don't have access to a computer it won't let do a return in the app or thru my phone. So I guess I'm out the money for shoes that will never get worn. A little disappointed

They stole $120 from my bank account and refuse to out the money all back in. Only gave me a partial refund when I've never even ordered from them but one time. They will hold your account info and take money whenever they please! Then you call and a rude Indian lady you can barely understands just gets hateful and repeats herself constantly.
All the clothing we ordered is great quality. Love the price. They seem to run a tiny bit smaller than other brands. That turned out great for my son because clothes are usually big on him, but I have to return a dress we got for my daughter because her normal size was uncomfortably tight.

I was unaware of being enrolled in a membership or any details regarding it. I do believe it has been cleverly disguised if this many people feel the same way. Once discovering the "membership" I would have considered looking into it to keep it but not only was I furious about their sales tactics, the clothing is not something I would put on my children for the most part. Skateboarding, skulls and crossbones, pizza, tacos, video games and bragging about winning are not something I prefer to advertise on my young boys. This company is not reputable.

My purchase was a size 3 in the mid top pink and white checkerboard boots they were for my daughter they came within the first week that the order was placed as far as the packaging they were in a fabkids plastic bag when my daughter open the bag there was a thin white piece of gift wrapping paper wrapped once around the boots I guess to prevent them from scraping together as far as quality let's just say she wore them from 8 am to 230 pm she might get two more wears out of them for a parent looking for winter boots for their child and thinking they're getting a deal if you're on a budget don't waste your time and your money not everyday idea boots but cute for those one two or three occasions

The worst ordering site I have seen in my life! As soon as I ordered shoes for my daughter, they kept my card number and kept the supposed credits of $52 when you call for a refund, they only give you back $48 for supposed costs! The first time was last month and twice this week unbelievable! Be careful with this company because if you don't look at your account statements they can take a lot of money from you. My last order was at the end of October, the shoes have always been great but for these reasons of scams I will never buy anything again. It's a total lack of respect to credit customers for no reason!
