Honestly all but 1 of the 6 pairs ordered were great. One of the pairs sole was clearly offset. When I tried to carefully peel it up to reposition it, it tore up a piece of the underneath foam from where it was glued. Now it's repositioned but won't be comfortable due to this not being able to be removed. Like I said all other pairs were great, For member pricing that is. I would never pay the full prices for the shoes though. Just price them at membership prices for everyone and they would be 100%
This package is being delivered massively late. At least 2 weeks. Unfortunately my daughters birthday was ruined because of this experience because I was unable to afford other gifts and the only thing I was able to get her was these shoes which did not even come.
The products are nice and seem to fit my daughter well. However, when trying to check out and use my credits and receive all the advertised discounts I always have to make a call to their sales support team. Usually it goes quickly and smooth but it's not the most efficient approach. Enjoy using but to me if they dont fix the problem I will probably move on from the site.
The leggings were easily torn. My daughter was playing when the seems tore and had her under garments started showing at school. I also purchased 4 pairs of shoes. 2 pairs fit the other 2 pairs did not. I took the loss because I don't have time to ship anything back. So Overall I would say I would prefer to shop in stores so I know what I am getting.

I love everything we always order. The only 2 things I would say I was a little sad about were my 4 year old's light up dino shoes stopped lighting up pretty quick so I ordered some other light up ones from the site. And I ordered my boys matching joggers and I have in the past ordered my 10 year old stuff and it has fit great but these joggers were definitely not a 14/16. He could barley get them up. I have been ordering from Fabkids for a couple years now and the selection gets better and better each month. They have multiple price points that is perfect for any budget. The quality is great. I've never had an issue with my daughter playing too hard. The leggings are heavy quality stretch fabric.

Orders light up shoes, one didn't work.
Called support we were able to get it working together.
Said if stops working for any reason call back.
It stopped working I called back they sent me a new pair and emailed a return label. Great customer service.

Stay far away! They will take out money from your account without permission. They made my account go negative. Poor quality of shoes, its not worth it. I will never shop here again and warn anyone to stay away. This place needs to be shut down

I ordered for the first time and they sent me the wrong shoe size. I ordered 13 for my daughter and they sent a size 2. I've tried multiple times to contact an agent on Facebook because they do not use email for complaints. They say that an agent will be with me then a couple hours later it says "Your chat with our agent has ended" when I never even received a message! Of course they messed up the shoes my daughter actually really liked.

Horrible. My Daughter picked out the outfit and ended up disliking it. She did not care for any of their fashions. So I cancelled. I was on the phone forever because they tried every way to get me to stay. Although the woman was nice, it was so disgusting the way they turned everything into a yes question to try and get you to say yes I will stay a customer. Forward two weeks, they charged my credit card 29.95. Why? Then when on the phone with them, they tried their horrible tactics to keep me on as a customer again. Thank you Fab Kids for the hassle and charging my CC the week before Christmas! Worst place ever and the clothes are poorly made.
Bought my daughter some boots for Christmas last year from this co. Great boots but the fine line of 29.95 a month coming out of my checking account for the membership fee was unexpected and took a toll on my pocket over time. Especially when I barely ordered anything from them! Highly disappointed!

The shoes I order were a great fit for my child; vibrant colors and sturdy quality. Like any new shoe it's a little tough for toddler to get foot in but in time it will soften up to be able to get on and off with ease. Shipping didn't take nearly as long as I thought. The date range provided when to expect my package and it arrived on the first estimated date. I did follow the instructions for measuring my toddlers feet to get the best fit so I highly recommend doing this for your littles as well.

Ordering and shipping were great! They charge a $49.95 monthly fee in order to be a member so I can save money on products. You have to call to cancel the membership fee, but it takes awhile. It seems like if they didn't charge people at all, it would save steps for everyone. My daughter loves her new boots but it's not worth the hassle to save a couple dollars.

I had a super-easy time picking out cute shoes for my girlies. I got 3 pairs for like $38. Maybe $48? I can't remember lol. My only real issue is that you have to sign up to get a good price. I don't like feeling like I'm getting manipulated into stuff. Other than that, it was an awesome experience.
Your shoes and clothing I purchased for my daughter (20 months) to wear to her first time of daycare are super cute but also affordable for a single mother. FabKids has super cute clothes and shoes. Shipping is relatively quick and their customer service team is friendly and efficient. In truth, I have only needed to contact customer service once. Their prices are a bit high for children's clothing and you could probably order twice as much for the same price elsewhere but I find their quality and fit to be better than most.
I also like that you can skip months and as many as you want.

Although I had a difficult time speaking/understanding the customer service rep, I was able to exchange all of the items that I purchased for the next size up. The clothes were too big before washing but after one wash fit pretty well. If you are going to buy from this company keep in mind they clothes shrink. They are pretty good quality for the price and I appreciated them making the exchange.

First of all their sizes are different than most. They put sizes 6-7 together and 8-10 which is unique. The clothes fit great but after one wash shrunk at least a full size and were faded.
Not only did the post office send my order back but they apparently don't just send out the same package when this happens because they said that 1 item was no longer available. I had to reprocess the order so I placed an additional but separate order the same day. That was 2 weeks ago and I'm still waiting for my kids clothing. They're going to outgrow it at this rate. I'm better off saving money by buying locally and not waiting so long for my stuff to arrive.

Service at all or shipping products i believe there is something very shady about how you have to purchase read everything before purchasing and signing memberships you can only get a credit and then if you repurchase you are charged the higher price if you don't keep the membership

I have ordered a dress from this place. But without any of my knowledge, they somehow singed me up for a VIP membership that charge me $29.95 every month. I didn't even know about this till I check my credit card statement. When I contacted customer service, they said "Unfortunately, we are unable to process you're request". This is bad business and they secretly signed you up for things you don't even know about.
Be very careful that you don't unknowingly receive VIP membership. You will be charged $29.95 each month without purchasing anything. You need to review your statements diligently so you do not become a victim of this scam

You have to time it right to cancel or you get charged for the month. Customer service can't actually help you with your order, they can only advise you what to do. Items go out of stock quickly. I had to redo my order 3 times because the second time I was being charged full price for items that were on sale. Definitely not worth it. There needs to be a lot of changes.

Absolute scam in my experience. Placed an order and never received it. Contacted the company and they told me they didn't have those items in stock anymore so they offered a store credit. I accepted and went to spend it but my new order was not enough for free shipping. Since I'd already paid shipping on the items I did not receive I reached out again and have received no response from the company despite multiple attempts. An additional order I placed at the same time as the my original order is still yet to arrive. I placed that order over a month ago. The company also will not respond to me on this issue despite many attempts. They took my money and I did not get my order.

Started with them some time ago and was quite satisfied. Missed the disclaimer that I would be automatically paying $39.99 per month and realized I had accumulated quite a sum. Be careful. Since I first joined the quantity of clothing as almost disappeared. They have totally changed. Cannot recommend that anyone join at this time. The idea was good, but they have fallen apart.

I did not receive my reminder e-mail for the past 2 months, so I was charged accordingly since I did not skip. Both times I tried to reach out to Fab Kids concerning this via their on-line chat. I was able to talk to a "customer service" rep who would then forward my issue and I Would immediately be disconnected. This happened several times. I would like to cancel my membership, but it's definitely not convenient to do so. I work during the day and have poor cell service so I'm not able to call.
