Honestly all but 1 of the 6 pairs ordered were great. One of the pairs sole was clearly offset. When I tried to carefully peel it up to reposition it, it tore up a piece of the underneath foam from where it was glued. Now it's repositioned but won't be comfortable due to this not being able to be removed. Like I said all other pairs were great, For member pricing that is. I would never pay the full prices for the shoes though. Just price them at membership prices for everyone and they would be 100%
This package is being delivered massively late. At least 2 weeks. Unfortunately my daughters birthday was ruined because of this experience because I was unable to afford other gifts and the only thing I was able to get her was these shoes which did not even come.
Tried once, and billed 4 months the $29.95! Lesson to check credit card statement each month. Customer Service is a joke! Sounded like the rep was 13 years old,,, Promised credit, we will see, but reported it to credit card company none the less.
Ordered kids clothing, received the order and was billed monthly (29.95) for a membership that I didn't authorize. It took hours on the phone through their automated phone system before I could talk to a person. The representative left me on hold for an additional 20 minutes and refused to give me their physical address so I could report them to the Better Business Bureau. Stand firm and demand a refund. Stay away, it's a scam.
I find your prices VERY high. Could not afford if not for VIP.
With prices going up, I may not continue shopping. I understand the economy sucks, but as consumers, we need to check around. Over all, it's been ok.
I purchased 4 pairs of shoes. Came in good time but 2 didn't fit so began the exchange process. It was quick and they paid for the return shipping. Next day I went to ship and the same day a few hours later they had me new order ready and it shipped out the following day. Super quick. Super easy! Definitely recommend.
Ordering was simple and straightforward. Package was received earlier than expected. And my son absolutely loves his new shoes! I had to wait until he fell asleep to be able to sneak them off his feet the day they arrived!

You can't track your order, they lie about shipping times (5-9 days is actually 20 days, even when you pay extra,) and you cannot get your money back unless you haven't received your shoes by the end of the year. Crap site. Should have known. I bet they won't fit if we ever get them.

FabKids never disappoints when needing an outfit for that perfect gift. My grandchildren are all getting too big to order from FabKids, but I have just started being a great-grandmother so I will get to order for quite a long time to come! The quality of the items I order is excellent. The shoes are quality items that will last through several children. I'm glad FabKids found me! I love to see their new additions several times a year. They sign you up for a $39.95 VIP membership without you knowing it when you purchase from them. I am so broke. I ordered some boots for my granddaughter for Christmas that ended up costing me $120! Not to mention I received bras first and had to send those back to get the boots. Now I am being charged every single month. SCAMMERS! They hope you do not notice.

As much as I love the clothes from FabKids, the whole experience is like checking into a roach motel. I get monthly charges for "credits" and when I use the credits to but items I am forced to accept a "free" subscription that's not free at all and auto-charges my credit card on file. These are subscriptions I don't want and don't ask for but cannot get out of.

There's always great deals on shoes here!
The shoes are semi-cheaply made (almost plastic-like) but they last long enough for my kids to outgrow them and I can get new pairs. Since they are so inexpensive in price, I don't mind how beat up they are after my kids have played outside in them for months at a time

I have "SKIPPED" 3 months so far with out problems finding the skip button. My son and myself have really liked the purchases of long sleeved shirts for the winter for him. We have only had 1 issue with a shirt cut wrong in the arms I and not bothering to return. He will wear it until he can't. They have 1 strike out of 3 but honestly I am almost stocked for the winter months so I may quit them soon until spring or completely.
For the price of the shoe is pretty reasonable. I have three young boys have a older daughter but she cannot fit any of the shoes so it works in hand for these tough little boys who's always running through their shoes. Decent price. Cute! Looks and my kids love them so you can't beat it
I have been a loyal customer for three plus years and have never had a complaint! Shipping is reliable and it's easy to return a product if necessary. The styles are adorable and trendy making my granddaughter the best dressed in school! The sizes are true to fit and the materials and craftsmanship are fabulous too! I enjoy earning points and the kiddo loves all of the free goodies she gets because of the loyalty program! Fab kids is a win win in our books!

I'm so disappointed in all of the shoes I have received. 3 pairs of the Velcro shoes have already torn Velcro, and my kids don't wear them every day. The slip on shoes are so worn out and tearing after only having them a couple months. I reached out 2 months ago about one Velcro pair and they said they would replace it and they still haven't shipped. For the money I was expecting better quality. I highly do not recommend.

I will wait I was nervous buying shoes online. Was I ever wrong to be! I bought four pairs of shoes, and one outfit. The sneakers are great and my daughter loves that they light up purple. Quality is a-plus! She never takes off her boots either. All in all I will be returning when I find new styles she wants.

The site is super easy to navigate to find items. I love that it updates the clothing options each month as well. However, I wish there was a differentiation between younger and older girl styles. I have two girls and they do not like to be dressed the same. So I find it difficult to get something for each of them.

FabKids uses a predatory membership structure to force you into buying into their scheme in order to get a discount on their products. They automatically charge you every month in order to build up store credit. Once signed up they only way to stop it is to cancel membership and face high pressure sales tactics to stay or rejoin, or face losing your credits. Or you can remember to go to their website during the narrow 5 day window at the beginning of each month and tell them to pause the payment. They rely on you forgetting, losing track, or misunderstanding. Their products are already very reasonably priced, so don't fall for their tricks.

I wear size 5. Your ladies start at six. I can wear a big kids size 4, so I orders some that I thought might work. They fit but are really wide. I want to cancel my membership. Not what I'm looking for.

For VIP. They charge you $39.95 a month if you don't shop. They will not refund it or let you cancel. Until you buy something else. I do have screen shot of them telling me that..

This company is a big scam. They charge your account every month. Please do not let your children or you order from this company. The customer service rep is very difficult to understand. They say it's in the fine print about the recurring charges. Beware of this terrible company. Consumer alerts should be told about this horrible practice.
I always have to size up when ordering for my nieces and nephews from fab kids. Their prices continue to rise. I would cancel my membership, but then the funds ive already accrued from credits would be worth less than what they would be for members. They really make you stick around. Not because you want to though.

Some of the products are a good price for the quality, just make sure that you skip each month before the 5th or you are going to get charged 40 dollars. Also, the money you rack up in "free purchases" can rarely be used to buy anything. Probably want to skip this one unless you have disposable income. Decent clothing for the price.

My toddler found all shoes to be uncomfortable. The pair of shoes he thought was really cool, the light up dinosaur shoes, only one of the two actually lights up. I proceeded to request an exchange in order to receive a working shoe and have been unsuccessful as it tells me I need to use a desktop computer to process a return. SO SNEAKY. Just a way to prevent people from going through a return or exchange. I can easily place on order on my phone but I have to pull out my prehistoric laptop and dust it off to place a return request….
