Honestly all but 1 of the 6 pairs ordered were great. One of the pairs sole was clearly offset. When I tried to carefully peel it up to reposition it, it tore up a piece of the underneath foam from where it was glued. Now it's repositioned but won't be comfortable due to this not being able to be removed. Like I said all other pairs were great, For member pricing that is. I would never pay the full prices for the shoes though. Just price them at membership prices for everyone and they would be 100%
This package is being delivered massively late. At least 2 weeks. Unfortunately my daughters birthday was ruined because of this experience because I was unable to afford other gifts and the only thing I was able to get her was these shoes which did not even come.
Well, they are fun snd affordable… BUT the purple glitter unicorn high tops only lite up for
2 weeks. The dinosaur lite ups have bern great. Still working. The clothes were good quality. Fox dress is adorable.
Some of the stuff I have got from FabKids have been great, but a lot of the shoes have fallen apart quickly (the sequin boots were missing have their sequins after 1/2 a day) and the girls clothing is too babyish for the age range it goes up to. My daughter is 7 and has not worn unicorns and princess stuff for years.

Totally recommend. Great prices. Great quality. You can't find alot of these styles anywhere else. I've recommended them to tons of my friends and family which also love fabkids. I always keep my eyes peeled for sales!

I was just about to order 2 pairs of boots for my granddaughter, $29.00 monthly subscription pops up. I thought, well I could cancel... better check the reviews. Yep, definitely a scam or rip off at best. Thank you reviewers. You have swved me grief. I hope I have helped someone too!

My daughter was very excited to try FabKids because they have some really cute options. The first order we placed arrived within a week, and the clothes were cute as pictured however they started to fade after one wash! Her leggings are already torn at the knee after only a couple months of wear. The second order we placed on Nov 21 still has not arrived. We've been charged, but no order has been delivered. Every time I contact them I am told "shipping delays" are the reason, and to contact them in a few more days. Every time, they add more days. At this point I figure I am never going to see an order or be refunded. Steer clear of this company! We switched to KidBox and have had MUCH better service.

I bought a haul of clothes for my 7 year old daughter. Everything is super cute and as pictured, however there aren't any fur lined leggings or anything, so she can't wear the cute matching outfits when the temp is below 30, which is basically the whole winter where I live.

I purchased a couple of pairs of toddler shoes with a two for one promotion and $10 off "special". The shoes haven't arrived and I suspect they will be just fine when they do. However, because I happened to actually read one of the flurry of e-mails they sent after my order I noticed that I was now a VIP. VIP's get great prices, special discounts, yada, yada, yada. They also are enrolled in a program that bills them $26 dollars every month unless they order something or click a link to refuse. Forget to click and you pay $26 for nothing. I cannot imagine this is a legal business practice but it certainly is at least dishonest. I will research FabKids, their owners, corporate affiliations etc. and stop doing business with any of them.

I was a member for quite some time, and only because I kept forgetting to cancel each month so I would have to keep using my member credits. I had built up 7665 reward points over time. One day I talked with someone online to cancel. I was never told that all my points would be erased once I was no longer a VIP. Interesting that they don't credit you the $40 they charged you for the month but they will delete all the points you EARNED. I spoke with someone and explained and was told no way to get them back. I even asked if they could possibly give me a small courtesy credit for being a member for so long. NO. They will, though, offer you credit to stay on as a member, so they have the capability. Waste of money! You can get better clothes at Children's Place and way cheaper will free shipping all the time.

I am constantly forgetting to "skip" a month before I get charged the monthly fee. They won't allow you to do it "early." I have questions, but don't know how to get them answered. The site is not very user friendly.

Got 2 pairs of shoes. One pair started messing up on the first day my daughter wore them. The paint had already worn off the edges of the toe area on both shoes. Not enough to stop me from ordering again, but I will pay attention to the make of the shoe more from now on. This was my first purchase. I hope my second purchase makes me a little happier.

I am a first time shopper with Fab Kids. I was excited to get a good deal on some tennis shoes for my children for their birthdays. However, I did not expect a more expensive pair of light up shoes not to work. Not only was I unhappy, my daughter was sad. These products need to be tested before they are sent out to consumers for purchase.

They have been taking money on a monthly basis and send shoes based on survey taken but never receive packages. They keep withdrawing and no packages! Do NOT get the VIP they are nothing but lies. Also their quality is trash.

I signed up for this website from a promotional offer I received. I ordered a dress and leggings for my daughter. Dress lost its color faster than my other toddler clothes and the leggings had holes in them in under 3 months. Poor quality, not worth even their "VIP" price. I knew it was a monthly charge, but so annoying to skip every month. Canceling is a pain as well, they try to convince you stay and sounds like you're talking to their customer service reps in India. Wal-Mart and Target offer better quality and price than FabKids.
After reading a few reviews I was weary about ordering from here but I got my shoes within the week. Extremely cute shoes. The bottoms are only a fuzz less durable that the shoes you'd get at the store.

Fabkids.com is a scam. Unauthorized charges cannot be disputed. Nobody answers the phone at fabkids. After 16 minutes of hold music it disconnects. The recording says 24hrs customer service line but if you call in the evening it says they are closed. They have a "contact us" form online but a week later you will have no response. Email does not work either. The only proof of life is that they respond to complaints on social media sites, directing you to call the phone number you just said doesn't work. They have a large number of complaints submitted to the better business bureau too. This place is a scam and consumers should be alerted.
First, I don't understand how I get spammed to order, then I decide to look and order, but now am obligated to spend $50/month or get charged. Seems like a hassle when there are lots of kids sites to purchase clothes from. And secondly, the shipping time is atrocious! Still another 5 days or so(it's already been a week) to receive package that originated 7 hours from me. So 12 days total time-ish. I can't even rate the quality of the items because shipping is so slow I haven't received it yet.

Not so fabulous! Worst online shopping experience ever. Purchased an outfit was automatically enrolled in there membership program. After being charged $120 over a few month period with no receipts indicating the charge, called customer service who had no option for refund. Eventually was given one of the payments back but needed to use the rest as credit on the website. Ordered a few outfits which had minimal options for sizes. Made the order and the shipping address was for a lady in Virginia and I live in Minnesota? Made another call to customer service to fix the shipping address, while on hold they ran out of some of the leggings that I orders#fustrated

I have had a wonderful experience shopping with fab kids. Sizes are true to size, quality is outstanding, shipping is right on cue and my grandkids love all the clothes and shoes they got for Christmas. I am very pleased with Fabkids and will continue to ordering from them.

Horrible customer service and management!
Was sent multiple emails providing updates.
One of those was that the order was processed and being shipped. Never got anything!
Called. Was told it wasn't even processed and nothing could be done. Asked for a manager,"Denise" said that it wasn't shipped out and with illness they have been short staffed. Yet not closed down. I informed her that I got multiple emails that it had already been send before the illness since order was before it. She continued to repeat that the warehouse was short staff. She smirked, and made negative gestures. Ended up yelling at each other as she refused to tell me management contact information. Always gave excuses and completely rude! Didn't answer any of my questions.

The worst experience ever, after they messed up my address, I was told my order was back at the facility && I had to wait another week for my order. Then In the process of getting it reshipped I'm told the shoe I ordered is now out of stock! WTH type of business are you guys running here? Very unpleasant experience with fabkids and hopefully whatever scam they're running gets shut down quick. Just not fair to the kids and parents, especially during Back To school season.

- The website's financial functions aren't great
- The magazine subscription offer function doesn't fully work - you can say yes or no, but you can't select another magazine (there is a link, but it doesn't work, this has been true for months).

I love everything on fabkids from the clothing to accessories, and shoes. I am a frequent buyer and my kids love everything that I have ordered from fabkids. The quality of the clothing and shoes material is always superb. Stitching of the dresses is always perfect. Shoes are very comfortable and trendy. Sizes are always try to fit and sometimes little bit bigger which I always prefer as kids grow really fast and they need bigger size with in few months. I'm a happy customer and will keep buying stuff from fabkids whenever they have good deals.

I recently joined this program. Did not realize I would be charged every month but figured that out. So, I used my credit to order a set of 3 pants, cost $39.98 and had some credits. Was not given a credit in return and was charged 3 times for return shipping, was only given $12.15 store credit. I would have kept these and gave to someone in need. I would have exchanged for a different style of pants but was not given that option. I think this is very poor customer service. I am a business person and I am very fair especially with shipping. Could have fit these in a flat rate envelope for like $6

Be cautious about returns. I like the clothes that fit and I think that are a decent quality. But things aren't always going to fit, especially with kids.

I love the shoe options for my 8-year-old daughter! Unfortunately, there's not a big selection for my 12-year-old daughter. Most of the shoes are very kidish. Also, when I signed up I really thought I was going to be getting some really good deals. But honestly all your products are pretty expensive, especially your clothes. And when I do get rewards we can't even use them unless I spend a certain amount of money. I can't afford to spend 50 plus dollars every month on shoes just so I can use my $10 reward or get free shipping. Definitely thought I'd be getting better deals!
