Honestly all but 1 of the 6 pairs ordered were great. One of the pairs sole was clearly offset. When I tried to carefully peel it up to reposition it, it tore up a piece of the underneath foam from where it was glued. Now it's repositioned but won't be comfortable due to this not being able to be removed. Like I said all other pairs were great, For member pricing that is. I would never pay the full prices for the shoes though. Just price them at membership prices for everyone and they would be 100%
This package is being delivered massively late. At least 2 weeks. Unfortunately my daughters birthday was ruined because of this experience because I was unable to afford other gifts and the only thing I was able to get her was these shoes which did not even come.
At first I used to place orders and they would come, then they started coming broken, items broken, then my packages too forever and now I never got my package. I called customer service to cancel my account and get a refund, the woman o. The phone told me they didn't send me my order because "items were damaged " so the carrier sent it back to them - Fabkids. No one reached out to me to tell me they got my order back or they would refund me. I had to call and send emails, the woman told me I would get a refund within 5-7 days. I still haven't received any refund or any items. I'll never ever use this site again and I'll also make sure I share my experience so this doesn't happen to other people.
I don't always find clothes that my kids would wear. They are into things that don't have the cutesy designs on the front. Also, it's expensive and you have to order a lot to get feee shipping. Most retailers offer free shipping nowadays. With all that said, my orders come in a fair amount of time (not quickly) and the quality is okay. Probably could get the same things at Walmart for cheaper.

I have had a subscription for years and I almost always skip the month. The clothes are average quality, and I often just don't have a budget for new things. Sometimes, I forget to skip the month.
With most subscription I don't want I get mad at myself when this happens, but I don't with Fabkids. Those mistakes give me an excuse to buy a few new needed items and since it doesn't expire I can replace things when we absolutely need a few new basics in the house. I usually use up those credits on clearance items. This order I got 2 new outfits for about the cost of one member credit plus shipping.

There have been a few items that I've purchased that have been good quality, but for the most part the fabric is cheap, see through, and products don't last long especially for the price. I would not recommend this website to friends and family.

I order two items from FabKids. I received a tracking number within a few days. The items reached my state and was in some limbo for 6 days. Then it said delivered when it was not. Called FabKids and they indicated that Lasership were suppose to take pictures when they make a delivery which did not happened. They told me to wait 72 hours to see if the package turns up. Of course the package did not show up. Called FabKids back and they refuse to issue a full refund now that one of the items is out of stock. I mean what a load of $#*!! I would never order anything from these people. What am I suppose to do with a store credit. Buyer beware.

The gifts I buy from FabKids are always relevant and super cute! This month I bought her a 3-piece outfit just in time for Thanksgiving dinner with the in-laws. The hat and leggings make it extra warm for the cold weather. I always get compliments. Thank you!

Great styles, fun for fun, low quality materials. I ordered a pair of glitter light up tennis shoes for my daughter and they are her favorite but the glitter material the shoe is made out of just cracked and broke to pieces the first day of school.

I like the things we've gotten from FabKids, but I don't love them. They are cheaply made and the 2T size is too big. But I guess you get a good deal? Also takes a while for shipping, considering it isn't top quality materials.

My experience was good. Received purchase on time. But the boots that I purchased don't light up anymore after just having them for one week. It was one of my granddaughters' favorite thing to wear but is very sad it doesn't work anymore. I was so disappointed.

I spoil my grandkids by buying new clothes and shoes for them quite often through Fab Kids. My last purchase were sandals for them to wear "with style, in high fashion " to complete any outfit they may wear. They usually get second hand clothes from thrift shops due to income difficulties. Fab Kids pricing and quality and fit are the most perfect deal to spoil them all! It's not a hard decision to buy for all three of them as the bill is very reasonable! And, I always get fashion posed pictures of them when they arrive. The smiles are huge! Thank you Fab Kids!

I give Fabkids 5 stars because the service was amazing. The only complaint is the clothings are too expensive for kids with growth spurts. I would buy something for $40 or more just for my daughter or son to grow out of it after literally 2 times. If I'm paying that much I would at least keep it and wear it a few more times. That price is okay for adult clothing because we're done growing so therefore we could wear our clothing more than a couple times. That's one of the reason why I had to cancel.

Please do your research, this company will takes money even without send a product. When you call them and explain that you don't want your membership, they continue to bill you and then only offer credit. You then cancel again, use your credit and are caught in a never ending loop losing 29.95 a month.

This company says they are convenient and won't charge you if you skip months. Lies! Then you have a "credit" that needs to be used in their VERY over priced items. So you purchase items, shipping isn't too bad but not covered in the "credit". The products aren't amazing in any way, except the cost! This company is out for money disguised as helpful for busy parents.

Bought my daughter a pair of sandals. They started tearing and color fading after 2 weeks. Now we only have her 50% of the time so she barely wore them 7 times. Happened to both pairs. A pair of sandals I bought from Walmart that she wore all summer long did not look nearly as bad as these new ones. I canceled my membership

I paid extra to have shoes get here with rush shipping. It's going on day 6 now and still haven't received the shoes, nor have they been shipped out. This is the 2nd time this has happened. Customer service is not helpful whatsoever! Never purchasing shoes from them again. Terrible service!

My order shipped 11/22/2020, called 12/10/2020 and was told the shoes would be here 12/11/2020. So here I am on hold with no shoes. I've never had an order take so long. Also the shipping does not actually update, so it has told me it was in the same location for the past week. Starting to wonder if this a scam site. The annoying this is I ordered this for a Christmas gift and figured ordering in November would give plenty of time...
Edit finally received the shoes 2 boys 2 girls on December 29th after shipping on the 22nd of November and the shoes are great! Did not receive in time for Christmas, but my kids love them.

I'm so excited to write the first review for FabKids.com because I LOVE THEM! They are a newer company that provides an online outfit of the month membership with apparel for children. The quality is so awesome and you normally get three pieces for under $40! They launched the boy's clothing in August too. I love that they carry sizes up to 12 for girls and helps moms get fashionable and cute outfits for their girls without the 'too grown up' look. I hope many have the chance to experience their awesome service and quality, your kids will thank you! I left a horrible review not even worth the time sitting here retyping everything I said. Straight to the point the shoes suck and they know it I bought 4 pairs none of them worth anything near what I paid! Do not purchase their shoes! If you have I would get a refund because you will be really mad in about a week... Shoes don't last longer than that

This site doesn't give you a way to cancel the subscription it locks you out your account and doesn't respond to emails or phone calls so you can cancel are ask for a refund, all their shoes I purchased run 2 sizes too big, the quality for the price is good it's just they are too big.

I bought 3 pairs; winter boots, casual light-ups & sandals. The winter boots seem to be holding up well so far. (thumbs up) The light-ups have cracked in every place they can in less than 30 days, they look terrible now. Haven't worn the sandals yet, I hope they are sturdy enough to take on summer 2023..

I bought thee pairs of shoes, knee high boot, light up fuzzy boot, and sweater cuff duck boot. The suede on the knee high boot started peeling off in huge chunks the first day she wore them and the lights on the fuzzy boot stopped working completely by day two and within a week were so stretched out and misshapen on the sides she trips and walks out of them. I didn't expect much for the price point (on sale ~$10/pair) but these didn't even meet my already low expectations.

I ordered a total of 4 items on 6/22/2020. I have since only received 1 item. I was told that items come from more than one warehouse and that is why the come in different packages and have different delivery time. If this is the case this is not effective nor does it provide customer with the security in knowing their items will be delivered in a timely manner. Unless they pay the fee to have their items expedited. Which says you only care about pockets and not the customer that maybe can't afford that. I know you guys certainly can!
