Honestly all but 1 of the 6 pairs ordered were great. One of the pairs sole was clearly offset. When I tried to carefully peel it up to reposition it, it tore up a piece of the underneath foam from where it was glued. Now it's repositioned but won't be comfortable due to this not being able to be removed. Like I said all other pairs were great, For member pricing that is. I would never pay the full prices for the shoes though. Just price them at membership prices for everyone and they would be 100%
This package is being delivered massively late. At least 2 weeks. Unfortunately my daughters birthday was ruined because of this experience because I was unable to afford other gifts and the only thing I was able to get her was these shoes which did not even come.
I had store credit so decided to see what was in stock this time. Barely anything to fit my son. A pack of 3 pairs of sweat pants were $60 for a toddler. A TODDLER! This is supposed to a cheaper site than a lot of others. Its not! Will be canceling my subscription. As long as I've had it, 1 out of ten items I chose has his size. Too much frustration for the price.
There is nothing great about boys outfit. We find great quality and style at other stores. Some of the buys are mostly just because I didn't manage the acct and I got credit accumulated. It's almost a rip.

I've bought clothes for my daughter and they are cute. Their VIP program charges a monthly fee if you forget to skip the month. They do not provide a reminder, only receive an email after they have charged my card. I then went to cancel my VIP membership, but was told I would lose the funds I had already been charged unless I used them up before cancelling. Wish they would be more upfront on the monthly charge with an email reminder and then allow you to avoid future charges without losing the funds in your account. Not worth the hassel!

Worst company ever. Terrible customer service. Called to cancel and they say my account is canceled and my orders are canceled. All great news if they would have asked any information to be able to locate my account. So I ask can you please confirm with me what account you cancel and all the person on the phone could do was breath like they just ran a marathon. Not a single reply to me. After 5 minutes of me asking for a response or please transfer me to a supervisor the lady goes please call back between business hours. It's 11 am and I live 40 mins from there business address. How am I not calling during business hours. Now I have to wait out a few days and keep a serious eye on my bank account.
I find material to be very soft. This outfit is adorable. I cannot wait to see my granddaughter in it. The delivery was very quick. I believe it got here within a week. Definitely going to order more from them.

I have yet to receive the shoes that was purchased over a month ago. I'm haven't got an update or anything. Just missing money or product like it never happen… very disappointed with this company I can't even give a review on the product…. Because I never got it!

I began ordering from Fabkids when my Great-Granddaughter was about 2- or 3- years-old - she is now 8, and I am still ordering for her. The sizes are true, the quality is great, and the prices are very reasonable. I would recommend anyone with children to order from Fabkids. I hope they never change!

Don't buy they automatically sign you up for 40 a month charge and then lie to you about the refund called on Jan 12 and told refund would be in my account in 5-7 days 21 days latter called and told it had never been processed! Was again told it was processed case # ******* and now waiting to see if they are going to lie to me a second time

Seriously do not order from fabkids they will charge your card multiple times with the 39.95 vip fee that I had unsubscribed from I even got a new card and they still managed to get a hold of my information months after not being charged and I have never bought anything since the first bad experience.

Order shoes for my daughter all size 4y and only 1 pair fit. Wish they had half sizes, scared that if I order a size down they will be to small. I'm a little disappointed because I tried to return them through the site and it was not working. Now I have to call customer care

I will be cancelling my subscription due to the lack of sizes. The sizes are geared toward a different body type. The variety of items also have declined in originality and that touch of wow. I loved fab kids for a very long time but my time with the company will soon end sadly.

Made the order and it took a while for it to ship. We needed the clothes for an upcoming trip and when I called about it they were waiting on an item that was out of stock. Customer Service was able to switch out the item and get the shipping expedited at no cost to me. Great experience. And the best part my daughter loves the clothing and shoes.

I purchased the light up boots for my daughter and one boot stopped working during the first wear. As per return policy I can not return or receive a refund if the boots have been worn or if they can't be returned with the original packaging. Now we have only one boot that lights up and my daughter refuses to wear them. Waste of money.

I ordered the dino and unicorn duck boots for my kids to go camping in. They are perfect. The sherpa lining keeps their feet warm and they are good at keeping them dry as well. As an added bonus they are super cute!

I found the process of applying credits and actually making purchases really frustrating and unclear. I often had to call to get my credits applied. The clothing quality was fine but shoes were AWFUL, lost color and broke apart within a month or two. I canceled due to how irritating the whole setup was.

Today I noticed I've been getting charged $29.99 every month since August even though I canceled my account & was told I would no longer be charged. I have emailed them, posted on their Facebook and I am currently disputing the charges with my bank. When I called them today they said I do not have a current account so there is nothing for them to "cancel"
We get the monthly membership amount taken out of our checking account. As normal, we wait till we have some money saved up and order. We had $119 credit this time. I jumped on and ordered 7 items. All on sale. With the $119, it said I owed $22 and change. When my bank statement showes up, they charged me full price for everything. And get billed $155. That's on top of the $119 credit. So they didn't give me the sales price at all! If they don't fix this, I'm sending it all back, and stopping the membership. Target will be happy for me to buy their sales price items...

Ordered a bunch of clearance stuff and for the prices it wasn't too bad of quality. I typically remembered to go in and skip each month. I forgot after the chaos of Xmas and of course get a $30 charge... on a bank account that had 0 funds in it... so not only is it now negative, I get an overdraft fee. How can they charge with no money available? I had to fight to get the 30 refunded but will take up to a week to receive... we'll see if I even get it back.
I had hesitated to buy from FabKids because the previous items weren't what I was expecting... this time I totally scored great and fashionable pieces! Quality, Design... Size, everything received is just gorgeous! Way to go Fabkids!

I had a credit on fab kids for 39.99. I purchased and it showed I was using my credit. The purchase came to 42.00 after my credit was applied with shipping it said my bill is $6. The full $42 was taken out of my bank account and it shows I used my credit on fab kids. So I just lost 39.99. I order a lot of clothes from this site for years now, and I'm not happy.
