I thought the clothes and shoes would look cheap but they're great! The customer service is great too. The site was a little tricky with the inventory, but I was able to it figure out and received my daughters light up shoes. I kind of had to trick the website, so that should be fixed. To skip payments is simple too! I love it.
The virtual shopping on site was fun with many great choices for an eight-year-old little girl. I'm told the quality of the items was very good as well. It was a great experience and customer service was wonderful.

But I'm very disappointed with policy. I called to cancel my membership,the customer service says ok. But I found out Fabkids charging me 3 times. I asked my money back but nothing I get. No recommended at all.

They do not make it easy to know that you're signing up for a membership when you order, and it's even harder to find how much it is! It's so expensive. And it requires a phone call to cancel. Very sketchy.

Watch out for the fine print. Make sure you read everything. I didn't and got burnt. 29.95 a month is terrible whether you buy something or not. You can skip a month if you remember to go in their site and hit skip or you will be charged. I will never buy from a site like that again.
You are obligated to either purchase something every month or skip the month and not be charged $39.99. This money is saved as a credit. They send a reminder with 5 days to skip before you are charged. But they intentionally fail to send the reminder a couple of times a year and if you forget to logon to their site and skip within the 1st 5 days of the month, they just charge you and force you to buy something. It's a nasty practice but it gets them more sales. Oh, if you want to cancel you must call them and wait on hold. There is only an online option to sign up not cancel.

I purchased 4 pair of shoes all size 10 and they are very different in size. 2 of them look more like a 12. And the other too more like a 9. I need to return and can't figure out where or how to print return label for exchange.

I bought 6 pairs of boots/shoes for my kids. The quality for the price is excellent. Shipping was fast and I was satisfied all except one pair of boots have no insert In the bottoms! I would just through in a old pair from another pair of boots but I don't have any that will fit the new larger sizes I got.

In the meantime, we offer hassle-free 60-day returns and exchanges for your convenience (excluding final sale items as per promo terms). We always encourage our members to send their items back if they're not happy with them. There should be instructions in the box, but you can also go to My Account-->Order History-->Return Item. You can return and exchange an item for a different color or size. If you are not satisfied with the style, you can also return an item for a store credit. The credit can generally be applied on a full-priced item; However, we occasionally have sales that allow using credit for the promotion. You can always review the terms and conditions for the sale if you want to know if credits can be applied. Or, if you'd prefer, I will be happy to further assist you in returning an item.

I dont see overall value for money and the product recommendations are great. I believe it assumes what is selected earlier is the style and never show anything new and the product after 3 month either fade or bobbles. I prefer kohls or gap outlet or old navy to fab kids. And sad part is there is no way to pause without working the customer care if you missed to pause for a month between 1-5.

I ordered, it shipped, I received super fast and efficient. My daughter loves her boots and onesie. Only thing I dislike is the $50 per month charge you have to pay if you want to participate and get the shoes at a discounted price which sums up to me paying full price for the shoes. Good thing about that you can skip months I guess

Thanks to FabKids, I've been able to keep my grandson in unique, comfortable, durable, and affordable dinosaur clothes AND shoes! I do wish they had a little more for boys considering how much there is for girls, but that seem to be a problem everywhere.

I ordered clothes for one granddaughter around 12th of July. Tracking number just said it was en route to Texas. USPS said the order got lost. I chatted with customer service and finally after three weeks, I had to cancel the order and place a new one. They did give me some money back which was nice of them to do. Of course most of the clothes I first ordered were no longer available after almost a month. I placed the new order four days ago and was just given a FedEx tracking number. I tried tracking it and was told by FabKids chat person to give it 24 to 48 hours to be able to track it. I told them no matter who is the shipper, be it FedEx, UPS or Pitney Bowes, my order should be at my HOUSE by then. They ship out of Louisville, Ky. I live in Oklahoma. Every other company that I have ordered clothes from have had items arrive in less than a week, not a month!

All I want to do is return a pair of boots back because their too small and you keep sending me steps on how to send it back but nowhere on the instructions does it say where I take the package to and nowhere does it say how to print the return label. This is definitely not user friendly. At this point you can just send me your address and I'll just go to the post office.
Item was suppose to arrive a certain time but didn't come called and spoke with a agent and she basically said she couldn't do nothing because it says it's been shipped but I called Usps and they said they were still waiting to get the package, never heard anything else from fabkids

Ordered shoes for my kids. Several days after ordering I got an email stating that my return has been issued. I just need to return the items. Well I contacted customer service and they couldn't tell me why. That made me nervous off the bat because whoever issued the false return had my account information. Almost three weeks later and I haven't received my item so I look at status and it says it was delivered like 9 days ago: which it was not. I contacted customer service again, sent messages, had to repeat myself to chat bot and then finally to the actual agent and then without answering any of my questions, the agent left the chat. So now I have no product, no refund (so out the money I spent, and no answers. Very disappointed and upset with this experience.

I bought five pairs of shoes at a very good price. The shoes all fit and the quality is amazing but my delivery time was off. It arrived after my predicted time of delivery. I had to wait for a whole month before I got them.

Shoes are cute and kids love them. Credit system is hard to manage. It automatically takes off at checkout but won't take off full amount. You buy one shoe it takes off half but you buy two it took off everything except a handful of dollars.

Not worth the money slightly confusing method of skipping if you don't remember to skip by a certain day each month they will charge you 50 dollars and the clothes and shoes are cheap looking and repeat the same styles every season not worth the money.

My daughter loves the prints and designs but it is hard to get her the right sizes. She is a children's 12 but every time we get pants they are WAY too long, we end up having to cut and hem them. The shoes are amazing!

Answer: Omg! I didn't realize I signed up for a membership when I made my purchase! Ahhh this is a pain! The lady almost didn't let me cancel!? They also won't give my money back!
Answer: They charged me 39.95 and still charged after I skip a month. There scammers.
