Paid over $60 Cdn for this jacket that dissolved an entire seam the first time it was washed. Looking inside showed the incredibly poor workmanship! Lining wasn't serged or even folded over to prevent just this kind of thing from happening. Tired of giving this company chances after repeated poor quality items that don't hold up to something as simple and necessary as WASHING. This is my SECOND poor review after trying their products again. (Edited March 25,2023)
I have been a member with Fabkids since 2009. My daughter's love their clothes and shoes. I love how convenient and simple it is to shop. Fun and appropriate styles for kids. I appreciate the monthly reminders for the option to shop or skip the month. Never any hassle or guilt for skipping.

I had an issue with one show not lighting up and I called they had another pair ready and sent me a label I put my purchase in any box and taped the label on and got my shoes not too long after and they worked great. Easy as little hassle as possible

I measured my kids feet before ordering any shoes on FabKids and used their sizes chart and every pair of shoes that came back (I ordered 9 pairs of different sizes) were too big. I ordered size 7 for my daughter and the shoes are too big for my 9.5 size feet... Very frustrating. I am keeping all of the shoes because I have a handful of daughters who can use them next year but I am going to be out the money for the 2 pairs I bought for my daughter unless she ends up with size 10-10.5 feet. I want to return the shoes that are way to big but I'm in Canada and so I have to pay $10 for shipping and the shoes are less then $20.

Your VIP membership isn't much of a discount. It's actually a bunch of lies. For example, if FabKids is holding a "sale" my VIP money somehow is considered the sale? But the "sale" is every item in Fabkids. If I knew FabKids was ran this way and not similar to Fabletics or even Khols then I'd never have signed up. If this is for the public to see then I highly suggest not going with Fabkids. You can get the same cute clothes at Carters and most likely cheaper. If you care about the quality, the shoes are great but the clothes is a literal crap shoot. Some of the clothes shrink a whole size. You're welcome for me saving you time and money.

I was charged and didn't get my package at the date promised
It was not clear that there has to be an expensive subscription.
Very unsatisfied because the order took too long had to call to find out what the hold up was they didn't told me then said it was. Gonna be sent regularly? I had to call back again to request that it be sent as soon as possible because of the weight. Not only that I did not get all of the things I ordered so I would have to score very low for customer service and attentiveness they did send it. Without charging me extra quicker but I should have never had to call to find out what was taking the order so long to get to me

The clothing on FabKids is great quality I like this selection choices. However, it is very difficult to find the "skip the month" option. I can find it a lot easier on Fabkids than just fab. I get very frustrated when I get the monthly fee and then can't apply it towards Clearance items and only use it towards new product. I think if I have paid, the credit should be allowed to go to whatever I purchase Clearance or otherwise

I love the shoes selection. Love the pricing. It was all great, although the light up shoes don't last very long at all. Few days later one whole stopped lighting up. This is the second pair of light up shoes I've bought. I'm still happy with them though!

Don't pay for the $14.95 Express Shipping! It's a scam! When you pay, the express shipping option for an extra $14.95 shows that it'll arrive in 2-3 DAYS. However when you get the email confirmation, the express shipping shows that it'll arrive in 6-14 DAYS (same as if you didn't pay $14.95). You don't get your order any faster AND you don't get the $14.95 refunded.

Horrible company to try and cancel. I was on hold for at least 20 minutes. Then because I had a credit which they wouldn't refund, I still can't cancel the stupid account. I haven't been happy with the styles for a while. But I also don't want to lose $30-so I decided to order something, well I have to pay shipping. Worst company EVER!

I found the process of applying credits and actually making purchases really frustrating and unclear. I often had to call to get my credits applied. The clothing quality was fine but shoes were AWFUL, lost color and broke apart within a month or two. I canceled due to how irritating the whole setup was.

On previous order shoes were too big so I sized down to make sure we had the correct size and these were still too big. Had hard time placing order. Tried to use all credits and it wouldn't not allow it

I ordered on November 9,2022 by November 17,2022 I still had not received my items so I called and spoke with a rep who said the order was cancelled by mistake. He than charge me a second time and said I would receive my order within a week. Now December came and still nothing so I called and spoke to another rep who said my order was never placed and she went to resubmit my order and almost everything I ordered was now out of stock. I was highly disappointed those items were Christmas gifts. I am not recommending others to use fabkids

Answer: Omg! I didn't realize I signed up for a membership when I made my purchase! Ahhh this is a pain! The lady almost didn't let me cancel!? They also won't give my money back!
Answer: They charged me 39.95 and still charged after I skip a month. There scammers.
Answer: Even after I cancelled I was still charged until I cancelled my credit card scamming company!
