I ordered from just fab.com. Then get an email with an offer from fab kids. I ordered from them got a good deal and was happy about it but somewhere in that damn fine print it says apparently that by ordering from them you're agreeing to pay 39.95 a month for a membership. It must Of been deep in the fine print because the order was regular as usual and said nothing about signing up for a membership then a month later I get a random charge for almost $40 and didn't order anything. Also they send you scam emails saying you have a $40 credit then you click on it and it says you have a $10 credit. Just very scamish to me. Have never had a problem with just fab or random charges or anything but fab kids is definitely shady. The outfits I did get were cute but nothing special. Definitely not worth full price but were great for the deal I got before I knew about the whole fine print membership thing.
We've had a great experience with fabkids. Prices are great. As a busy single mom I love that they have 24/7 customer service, it's convenient that I can call if I need to at anytime. Definitely recommend fabkids to anyone!

My daughter loves the clothes I love the sales. The shoes are cute, the leather ones are nice but the fabric/faux suede is terrible, they wore through the feet in just a month and had holes in them. We are still members and we love them. I buy tights, and dresses which are really great quality. The tights tend to be very thin to bear that in mind when shopping.

I ordered on December 15th never got my order, called to find out why. I got a customer service representative telling me they delivered but it was returned. Then she started telling me about some bull$#*! VIP customer and that I was going to be charged 50$ a month. I never signed up for that. This company is terrible

I have ordered from this company a few times, and have always been satisfied. As a 'VIP' member, (which happens when you enroll, and make a purchase), you agree to pay a monthly autopay of $29.95, that you can later use towards clothes. You need to go into the site between the first and fifth of every month and 'skip' the month, to avoid having the auto payment deducted. I forgot to do it this month, and made a phone call. Quick and easily they were able to refund a one time payment for me without any issue. The bad part is it will take 5-7 days to come through, but they didn't have any problem helping me out. Now, to remember to go in and skip next month. :)

They charged me 29.95 and a extra $5 for shipping which they mentioned the dress was free since I am VIP member. In the confirmation of the order they charged me only for the shipping and the dress '-29.95' but when I checked my bank account they charged for this dress. When I called the customer service. They are giving all stupid reasons like there is button which needs to be press. There was no instructions and emails from them about pressing this stupid button. I will never buy from this website.

This company is a scam! They give you $39.95 In free items then enter you into a "vip" Club inconspicuously then conveniently charge you $39.95. Which if you don't catch in time they will continue charging you for. Then with you call them they want to credit your account for the $39.95 and you have to fight to get that $39.95 back that was yours and to begin with stay away from this company.

Fabkids shoes are horrible. Really bad low quality. No cushion, sole is really hard, doesn't bend comfortably with foot movement. Clothing, are really a hit and miss. Sizes are off, material isnt nice. All
Items are overpriced. Customer service is really bad, reps are incompetent, rude, dumb and slow. Good luck if you have to return or exchange something, you will not only have to call many times because the hang up on you, but you will also have to repeat yourself sooooo many times as the rep on the other side of the phone is really slow or simply dumb.

The cuality of the merchandise is not good for the price y'all give. The clothe is like if you buy it at dollar general don't stretch at all the material is so cheap I been trying to cancel this application but every time I call they never answers

Incredibly difficult to cancel compared to other subscription sites. I liked the boots we got, but when we ordered the next month I was not impressed with the the quality of the clothes. The clothing we buy at target is much better quality and a fraction of the price. When I found the link to cancel it was a solid 20 minutes of going back and forth with a rep telling them to just cancel. I maintained "please cancel my subscription" and they had 25 different scripts to get me to stay. I swear their goal is to get people to just get fed up during the process and stick with them and hope you forget to skip the month. I guess it's a genius business plan…. But stay far away from them

The one outfit I ordered was nice, but in order to cancel the membership I was waiting for 35 minutes for a 2 minute conversation. They offered extra points and tried convincing me to keep the membership. It was a pointless & time consuming hassle.
This is the second time I get these shoes the first ones only lasted 2 weeks before the lights stop working. They did exchange them for another pair and these only lasted about 3 and a half weeks and again the lights don't work. Poor cheap product for such and expensive price

This doesn't make any sense to me. I thought I ordered two of the four styles available. In fact, I received two of the exact same shirt. What do I need two for? They won't take one back, so if I wanted to return this, I'd have to send both shirts back.

Out of quite a few boots...3 were defective. The rainbow ones look like they don't even match because the fur is different color on each boot. The black ones have a ripped part and the pink ones had a spot. All the others were ok.

I ordered 2 pair of shoes in size 2, which is the size my daughter wears. These for like what I would assume is a size 4? They are really big, and the soles in the front are already separated from the fabric….and she's never worn them past trying them on.

I received and email for free shoes. I didn't think it was real! To my surprise, it was! All I had to do was pay shipping. My son (6) love his new shoes. They are the only shoes he wants to wear. He came home form school today and said, "mom, my shoes work! I ran so fast!"

I need to cancel my account but can never get these customer service reps. I'm living in Jamaica so i guess that's why every time i call i get nothing but busy signals smh... i don't have time to be checking account to skip month! You people need to change that for both fabkids and justfab and even shoedazzle, it's disgusting!
Excellent quality the clothes everything as it was shown on the page. And one very important thing had made two orders and something did not arrive in the first order and they quickly sent it to me with the second order thank you very much for the service and the quality of the product.

Answer: Omg! I didn't realize I signed up for a membership when I made my purchase! Ahhh this is a pain! The lady almost didn't let me cancel!? They also won't give my money back!
Answer: They charged me 39.95 and still charged after I skip a month. There scammers.
Answer: Even after I cancelled I was still charged until I cancelled my credit card scamming company!
