I tried to cancel the membership immediately after ordering and they said they would have to charge full price for the products if I cancel the membership before the order ships. Then the shoes I bought nearly fell apart during the first wear. They offered 50% off when I again tried to cancel but it was never applied to my account. To make matters worse I tried to use the rest of my membership to purchase something since they refused a refund and a shirt that was showing 9.99 o. The product screen was showing as 18 in the cart. Another that was 11.99 showed at 20.99 in the cart. They are horrible.
I have been in contact twice with customer service after my shipment came. 2 items were missing. I was told first they would be here the same week, Thursday. When I messaged again, I was told they were in transit and would have them that week. Its been 3 weeks and the items are still not here.

My order was delivered in 3 separate packages, some of it was wrong, and one of the packages was in limbo for 2 weeks. I canceled my VIP membership and no one gave a crap. I'm sorry I wasted so much time and money on this company, because no one cares about keeping customers and using good customer service.

True to size! The material of both clothes and shoes were made of great quality! You can tell just by the touch! And the shoes seemed to be crafted very well! I am super satisfied and can't wait to finish adding to our the collection!

I have a 4 year old and I have been shopping with FabKids since. I love the sales they have and my daughter loves the different outfits we can get and put together. Very good job FabKids. Definitely a returning customer until I can't anymore!

I have ordered from FABKIDS 3 times and so far the shipping is fast, the shoes are great quality and super cute! I have bought shoes for my son and daughter and they both love their shoes. They are a little pricey, so I hit the sales I am always on a budget and my kids go through shoes like no other. I will definitely continue to order more.

These folks are truly awful. Spoke to customer service who could not have cared less that they sent me the wrong product, couldn't tell me when I'd get the right product. Was like speaking to a robot. Avoid avoid avoid!

I bought the lightnup dinosaur shoes and the skeleton dinosaur boots for my son on November 20 2022. The first time he wore the light up shoes, most of the lights on the right shoe stopped working within 3 hours of him wearing them. The boots, garbage, they are cracking and the design is rubbing off on them. I am highly disappointed with these products especially with the lack of options for boys.

I ordered shoes on the 4th and it said online if u order by the 7th it was guaranteed to be here by Christmas im on the phone now 30 mins for them to tell me my items wont b here till the 28th because an I quote " the pandemic" did they call me and say this NO I have to call wait 20 mins for them to tell me my items wont arrive till after Christmas! Wait another 15 min to speak to a supervisor oh they are having technical difficulties and cant connect me. Then they hang up on me! Buy from amazon this company is a joke!

I ordered a $100 worth and spent extra on shipping for the 2 day shipping. I never received my order. I called fed ex and they told me to call fabkids to file a lost package. Instead they charged me a second time, did another 2 day shipping and still never got my package or a refund. They gave me a pathetic $16 credit.

I purchased 2 pairs of tennis shoes that look like dinosaurs in the back of them and one pair had dinosaurs all over them and light up when he walks. He thought that those were the best ever! The other pair had a dinosaur on the side, he liked those too.

I placed my first order on 21Nov and it is now 07Dec with no package. I called and was told I had to wait the 7-10 days for shipping and it is now passed that. I can't even review the product itself because I don't have my package. Also customer service was pushy after multiple times telling them I just want to cancel my subscription. My daughter has been asking everyday if her new shoes came in.

These clothes are just the cutest and my girls love them! I love that I can pay for the membership monthly and it just keeps it saved up for me. I didn't realize I was signing up for a subscription until I had completed the purchase process. The product I received is as advertised and the price is appropriate for my 9yo who grows out of clothes overnight and wears them out even faster. I have not cancelled the subscription because the wording in the cancellation policy made it sound like the clothes I ordered would cost me more? So I've set a reminder on my calendar to skip my charge each month. I may order from the site again. I wish I didn't have to go through the extra step of skipping the monthly charge.

These people, once you use them to buy anything, they feel the need to continue to suck money out of your account without permission. I have had to stop everything thru my bank just because the Fab Kids people will not stop stealing money from my acct. Please do not use this for anything and put your credit card info out to them. You will regret it!

Except for my first order, I haven't had a correct one yet. I've had shoes included that were defective (one lit up, one didn't), was sent shoes I didn't order, shoes I did order were missing, and in trying to make up for the pair that didn't light up correctly, I was sent the wrong size (about 3 sizes smaller than my child currently wears). Does not feel like a VIP experience.

Worst. Place. Ever! No customer service to speak of. If you call you get a call center in India and they won't communicate with you by email. If you contact them they just send an email directing you to call their number which is the aforementioned call center. The clothes are ok, not great, and not worth the price you pay. You can get better deals and much more variety at Target or Kohls.
I ordered several articles of clothing for my son. He is a small 3 yr old. 3t is typically large on him so that's what I ordered from your company, except I washed it all once before wearing and it's all to small. So now he can't wear it and it was a waste of my money. I think I'm going to cancel my membership after this.

Answer: Omg! I didn't realize I signed up for a membership when I made my purchase! Ahhh this is a pain! The lady almost didn't let me cancel!? They also won't give my money back!
Answer: They charged me 39.95 and still charged after I skip a month. There scammers.
Answer: Even after I cancelled I was still charged until I cancelled my credit card scamming company!
