Placed an order two weeks ago, was suppose to get my order before my trip. They then send me an email, stating my order was delayed, did not get an expected delivery after that. Then I go on my account and it still says pending. Plus I keep getting emails to review my purchases. How am I suppose to review something if I haven't received it! Make it make sense
I signed up because my daughter really needed some shoes, I sized up thankfully they fit. I cancelled before they came because I can't afford a monthly purchase or membership fees. I wish we could get these reasonable prices without all the hubub.

My daughter and I are very pleased with the clothing selections on FabKids. The orders come quick and the sizes fit her well. Exchanges and returns are easy to process and customer service is always helpful and willing to answer my questions

Wow! This is so dishonest and upset I even purchased from them. As a mom no one likes hidden fees. I just called to cancel and get a refund and they kept insisting I had to check off a box I never checked on to begin with and told them to cancel cancel cancel and all of the sudden the phone cuts off! Wow just wow! Also the clothes is not good quality! I could not get stains off clothes and was thin like a paper. Crap clothes does not =VIP Membership!

I bought these for my daughter for Christmas and she loves them! They arrived on time and very nicely packaged. They look to be sturdy and of good quality. The fur is really soft. My daughter is happy so I am happy.

The clothing is cute but I find it fades very quickly, and the leggings develop holes and the seams come apart. I find clothing cheaper and holds up better when I purchase from old navy, target, carters, etc. I plan to cancel.

You would think paying a extra fee for expedited shipping you would get your product within that time frame. Nope it's an additional 2 days on top of that so technically you are paying extra for nothing

I pay $70 a month for the subscription to get cheaper clothing but In the end adding up the cost of clothing and subscription doesn't save any money. I also had a double payment for my subscription come out last month

I feel the boy clothes and shoes are not as appealing or the best quality as the girls clothes or shoes. I also waited about two weeks for these items to get here, which I needed way before that for a event I was attending. However, in the near future I will probably not purchase any boy clothing.

I changed my address on your site, and you guys still had it shipped to my old address. You told me to contact the shipper and they would resolve the situation. I spoke with the shipper and they agreed to change the address and have it shipped to my new address. When the USPS text told me my package was out for delivery to my old address, I immediately contacted them and got part 1 of my order delivered to the correct address. The second part was supposedly forwarded to my new address on December 19,2022. I live 15 minutes from my previous address in the same state. There is no reason why I haven't received them yet. Your site had been saying for weeks that my package is on the way. When I will my daughter receive her Christmas boots?

So I ordered two pairs of shoes for my two daughters. My toddler got size 8 brown deer boots. They are super cute and worth it. For my 6 year old I ordered the black cat boots in a size 13. Upon receiving them they had sent me a big kid size 3. Not a toddler 13. The shoes are marked big kid size 3. I called to tell them I'd need a replacement and was assured I'd receive them asap. Never got them.

I ordered all my grand girls boots for Christmas. I'll have to wait and see what they think of them. Would have liked to order all the same boots but they didn't have the two smaller sizes so I had to order different styles.

I order clothes and not once have the sizes worked. I will order up and they still don't fit. I order shoes and the sizes are too big. I spend so much time trying to send things back. This is the worst fitting store I have ever experienced. Even the sunglasses I ordered would not fit anyone under the age of 5! So frustrating!

Horrible! My first order was to be $6.95! They charged my card over $70! I called they said they fixed it and my money would be back within 24-48 hours! Then they charged another $6.95! Its been 4 days and my money is still not returned!
And the clothes are poor quality. They keep charging you, even when you cancel and then when you do try and use your credits, they have such a limited size selection, it is ridiculous!
This is a difficult operation to work with, and once they have your credit card, they just keep charging!

I ordered a pair of sneakers for my daughter. The wrong size was sent. I returned them. The new pair has one shoe that doesn't light up. So now I will have to return them AGAIN. And I assume since this was a return order, I cannot find the link to return them AGAIN. I guess I will have to find a number and call. I'm sure that will be fun.

I was a VIP and was charged the membership fee because I forgot to cancel at the beginning of the month. I got charged the $50.00 and when I went to select my items, the cost was like 10 dollars a pair and I was only allowed 2 pair. I was basically ripped out of 30 bucks. Their shoes are really cute and I get that you need to cancel to avoid the membership fee, but to me it's not worth it. You are only allowed two VIP items.

I submit an exchange request for a size mixup. When I realized the replacement item wasn't the correct product I tried numerous times to contact through chat at phone with multiple disconnects or no response at all. I won't be ordering again after I use the money they refused to refund me.

I ordered over 29 pairs of shoes. 18 pairs never made it to me for over a month and I had to call YOU guys to figure out what happened. If I didn't y'all would've just taken my money and told me nothing. Then when I get refunded it's in store credit like that's what I asked for. Only to not be given more credit for being inconvenienced. I am PISSED and truly want to report the business to the BBB because that's not how you handle customers AT ALL. I work in customer service and nothing was rectified. All of the shoes I previously ordered are now out f stock because FabKids never told me anything upfront. This was a complete disappointment and I don't want to shop with FabKids anymore. I want my money back altogether.

Answer: Omg! I didn't realize I signed up for a membership when I made my purchase! Ahhh this is a pain! The lady almost didn't let me cancel!? They also won't give my money back!
Answer: They charged me 39.95 and still charged after I skip a month. There scammers.
Answer: Even after I cancelled I was still charged until I cancelled my credit card scamming company!
