It's was a great experience the only thing I did not like they wanted me to pay $49.95 a month for discounts and I felt that was not right. That is the reason I did not order from their again, if things change I will order again.
You pay what you get for. Shoe laces were dirty on a pair of canvas shoes I ordered for my nephew. When contacting customer service I was told I could start a return process but I wouldn't receive a new pair by when I needed them. Needless to say I'm cancelling my membership

Bad website and customer service. I ordered two shoes size 9 but I received one shoe size 9 and the other one size 7. I called customer service it was their mistake and It was a gift for my nephews (Twins), they told me I have to exchange but the mother doesn't drive and she can't leave the home for personal matter but they didn't care and they didn't help and It was there mistake. I am a VIP member they need at least to have had another option for VIP members especially it's their mistake but they didn't care. Now, I paid for a shoe that I won't use for the child and I waste money for nothing and it's their mistake! I am so mad and I don't like to deal with this website again.

I bought several Toddler size 8 shoes and some of them were smaller than the Toddler size 7 I originally bought last year. I returned them for toddler size 10 and they were way too big. There isn't a way to return the exchange so I am stuck with shows that are still too large

The items I wanted were always out of stock in the sizes I needed. I ordered items, and then after I received them and called, that was when I was told the missing item was because they were not in stock. No one notified me. Lack of communication on your side.

I was aware of the membership, however, I had an option to opt out and once you're a member they won't let you cancel - they just keep charging your credit card.
NEVER deal with FabKids - anyone else would get jail time for what they are doing!
They were helpful with getting another order sent to me, but they kept being condescending about my address not being updated when it was. I had changed it when I made the order, and the system changed it back to the previous address. I went in and changed it again while we were messaging, and they said it was still showing the old address. So it was obviously a system problem. I didn't appreciate them acting like I was dumb and not understanding

I ordered 4 in youths and received a 11in toddlers. Now I have to try to return them when my printer doesn't work. You ruined my special needs daughter's Christmas shoes was the only thing she wanted and the only thing she didn't get cuz your company decided to send the wrong size. Sometimes it really matters

We have 6 children that Fabkids provides for and we have yet to have a bad experience. Clothing is sent quickly and I have nothing to complain about regarding quality.

I did not receive all of my replacement items. I sent in 2 returns together and I believe the 2nd one inside the outer package, was overlooked possibly.

I've tried to email you guys recently. I purchased 2 pair of the light up boots for twin girls and one of the boots didn't light up at all. It's very disappointing, especially for 3 year old twin girls when one twin boots are lighting and the other isn't

I signed up for an account because I had a buy one get one sale and 10 dollars off. Their stuff is really cute but i couldn't find the size of shoe i needed which was a T5 according to their size chart. I called customer service to get a woman who barely spoke english and over and over she tried to sell me a T7 and all i wanted to know is if they carry T5 which apparently they do not. I finally got a manager on the phone to tell me if they carry the size i need, and thank heavens, she spoke fluent english. The manager was able to explain to me that they don't carry the size i need. I never bought anything because of all the trouble i had with the rep. I thought, good lord, if i can't get through and get an answer for this I wonder what it would be like to have a return. Their clothes look cute but I think I will stick with the ease of old navy.
The prices of the items I ordered and the prices reflected in my cart were substantially different. Called to rectify and after an hour on the phone was disconnected. Had to start the process over. Pricing issue was resolved but it took 3 hours on the phone with two representatives. Frustrating!

My youngest son loves his fabkid clothes and footwear! He enjoys the dinosaurs shoes the most. I find that the footwear is not able to withstand his wear and tare though. He goes through them very quickly. But its an affordable price for me.

I love the styles, an being a busy mom of 6 am taking care of my grandson plus my niece an 3 nephews.
Having the option to purchase outfits already paired together takes the guess work out of putting outslgiys together myself

The shoes lasted 2 weeks. The rubber tops of the shoe peeled off and the material faded. My son only wore them to school, and the amount of wear and tear is ridiculous! $40 for shoes that lasted 2 weeks? I'd be better off with Walmart shoes for half the price.

I dislike so much that their carrier is OnTrac. Super bad service, my package was delivered to the wrong address, TWICE!
Answer: Omg! I didn't realize I signed up for a membership when I made my purchase! Ahhh this is a pain! The lady almost didn't let me cancel!? They also won't give my money back!
Answer: They charged me 39.95 and still charged after I skip a month. There scammers.
Answer: Even after I cancelled I was still charged until I cancelled my credit card scamming company!
