DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! This company is a scam, they take money from your bank account with no warning and the extremely rude customer service staff are no help what so ever! I actually had a member of staff laugh at me down the phone which is disgusting considering £132 was taken from my account (£44 each month) without any warning!
They make you sign up to get these 'amazing' offers, but what isn't made clear is that they will continue to take money every month from your bank account unless you go onto the website, log in and "skip the month". If you do not skip the month you will be charged £44 which is non refundable and can only be used as credit on the website. Also the credit you have from your stolen money is not eligible for discount so even if I was to knowingly agree to them taking money to give me credit I would get a huge disappointment when I actually end up spending more money with no discounts as promised when signing up. All of this information was not made clear to me when purchasing my items! All I was made aware of was that I will get discount emails. That is it!
Be very very careful, or you WILL get caught out as many many people have been!

Disgusting company!, my first ever review but have to as this company is the worst. You think because it's front line celeb is Kate Hudson it's a legitimate company but in fact it's nothing of the sort. I have just noticed after my first order October fabletics have been taking £44 a month from my pay pay designated credit card. Paypal they get hundreds of calls of complaints as payment is taken under a different company name which you have never ordered from "Justfab UK Ltd". I rang fabletics and they said when you sign up you agree to become aVIP member and it's clearly shown. NOT TRUE you tick a box to the terms and conditions. But that is usual when you create any account. Unless you click on to small print there is nothing to suggest you are going to pay a monthly membership of £44 a month. You can only cancel the membership with a phone call and not an email. Kate Hudson should be ashamed to put her name to this company. I will now be contacting WATCHDOG an advise every one who feels duped by this company to do the same.
Fabletics are pure scammers. I ordered about three item of clothing from their website and it took almost one month to get to me.
Information on their vip membership is not clearly stated, they basically lure you to accept the vip membership and debit your bank 49 pounds without you knowing. You see that you have been debited and wonder why! I called Fabletic customer care and i was told that i accepted their vip membership terms and that they charge their vip members 49 pound every month. Really who does that! It is not a gym for crying out loud! Who the hell buys gym clothes every month!
Worst of all, they failed to refund my 49 pounds and says i have to purchase from them instead.
Then the customer care assistant told me I should still retain my vip membership so i could use my 49 pounds to buy anything i want on the website at a reduced price (supposed vip price). But guess what! 98% of the items on the website were now at least 49 pounds each, including items that were 2 for 24 pounds when i made my first purchase. Bunch of Scammers! So i had to buy one leggings with my money, when i could have bought at least two very nice and quality leggings from PUMA store.
Unacceptable - they charge 44 pounds a month, even if you do not buy anything.
In July I bought 2 leggings for 25 pounds (total)
They charged 44! - as membership - but I was not aware, thought i was paying 25, and big mistake not checking bank statements!
Then I never bought anything form then for two months - for august and September i was charged 44 ponds each month.
The stuff i actually bought from them was worth 25 pounds,
So in thee months they ripped me off 107 ponds FOR NOTHING.
Now i thought I may be able to buy smth as there should a 107 credit in my account. Not really - they only give me a 44 pound discount! So where did the rest of my money go?
Now I will need to cancel, but this is not possible to be done online.
CONCLUSION - SHOULD HAVE BEEN CHECKING MY STATEMENTS REGULARLY AND THOROUGHLY!
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THERE - THEY DO NOT INFORM ABOUT MEMBERSHIP FEE WHICH IS NOT SO CHEAP.
Absolutely disgusted that I signed up for a VIP membership to buy an outfit at which point there was NOTHING to make clear to me that i'd be paying £45 a month if i did not 'skip' clothes suggestions sent to me via emails. Such a deceiving and EVIL company! It is not clear at all, they must have scammed so many people! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PEOPLE i have 5 children to care for, cannot afford to spent £45 a month on 'not skipping emails'.

DO NOT SIGN UP TO FABLETICS. The quality of the clothes is good but not compared to the price. When the website was first launched you could get a full outfit for £44 - 1 member credit. Now the outfits are around £129 which is grossly overpriced for what you get. The customer service department is horrible and you will be met with rudeness if you use the live chat feature. I have been very disappointed in what used to be a great place to get fitness clothes. Spend your money somewhere else - gymshark or girlfriend collective.
I signed up for Fabletics, looking to order something every month to avoid the monthly charge (which is a load of bs btw, who the hell else does that?). I ordered a set of leggings, some tops, a cap and a jacket. All the material is garbage quality, the cap fits nothing like it looked on the model (Ugly as heck, I threw it in the bin immediately after trying it on) and stitching in the crotch of the leggings came undone after 2 washes and 3 wares! I really loved the burgundy leggings but I'll never go back to Fabletics. Fabletics replied to one of my positive comments about how I loved the leggings after first trying them on but when I emailed customer service to tell them about my problem with the stitching, they never bothered to respond. Please, if your reading this DONT get sucked in, it is such a waste of money. Don't believe any Youtubers who do a "Monthly Fabletics haul", they are sponsored even if they deny it (I know this for a fact but I won't expose who told me that). WTF Fabletics. I have $8 leggings from Kmart and have been wearing them for the last year without any issues so whats up Fabletics, you cant even make a decent pair of stretchy pants for $40? You suck!

Echo what everyone else has said. They were taking money out of the account for over.a year without us knowing. Totally misleading and unethical.
Ordered 2 leggings for a great deal and now they charged me 50euros extra. The 2 leggings for 30 was great but that I now have a membership i cant decline is horrible.

Stay away from this company i purchased a pair of leggings which were in the sale 10£ and next they withdrew 44£ FOR MY ACCOUNT and I called them and cancel but they trying confuse me and I said stop and I need my money back and cancel everything but OMG they continuos stolen my money and went to my bank and cancel my debit card but i don't know how they discount me again now I have to complaint my bank and cancel my account for stop fable tic scams please be carefully
I had built up a lot of credit as a VIP member - I could never skip the monthly payment whenever I pressed the skip button- It wouldn't work. I then saw that they had lots of sales on so decided to use my credit and bought a lot of things. A few days latter I see that my card has been charged and my credits have gone also. I called them but the phones were not working - they advised call back later I start a chat conversation and was told by the person that as a VIP member I am not entitled to the sale reductions (50% or More) - so a a VIP member I was charged full price for everything whereas if you just shop you would have gotten all the discounts. She tells me as a VIP member I am offered "special discounts"- what the hell is this? What a rip off, what a scam! Their clothing is good quality but they are in the business of ripping us off- I asked for my account to be closed immediately but all did was make me an ordinary member- I guess I can get some discounts now! Awful company don't sign up to be a VIP member- there are no benefits to that!

I went on this website 5 months ago and bought 2 pairs of Leggings. I wanted these leggings because I was about to go into hospital and have spinal surgery and wanted some active wear for when I started Physio therapy.
5 months later I log into my online banking to discover I had £44 come out in January, I call the fabletics team and they tell me Im a vip member so £44 came out for the membership. If I wanted the money back I had to buy £44 worth of stuff from there store. I did so even tho I was very angry. I told them to cancel my membership.
What they didnt tell me was I was actually charged £44 every month! That £176! Due to my spinal surgery I havent been earning money and to have nearly £200 taken out of my account without me knowing is outrageous! That could have paid for the most part of my rent for the month! I think its despicable! I called them back up and after waiting over 20mins someone picks up, and said the exact same thing, I need to spend £132 of the leftover membership on there stupid workout gear to get my £132 worth of my money back! On things I dont even need! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE THEY ARE SLY AND MONEY GRABBING! I will NEVER use this website again, its absolutely criminal! And for demi Lavato and Kate Hudson to promote this company is appalling. This place needs to be shut down!
Never received items as they were lost in the warehouse. Replacement parcel apparently delivered, but never came.
As other customers have said, VIP membership of £49 is obviously not clearly advertised, or there wouldn't have been the outcry that there is.
No one spends £49 a month on yoga gear— the only reason it's there is to take that money from nonethewiser customers.
It's a very grey area— and I'm sure they have had to pay out in damages a fair bit already.
The customer service agent was very patronising. "If I was a wise person I would have" insinuating I wasn't wise for not seeing the very misleading print and the incongruence between advert and point of sale. He said he meant no harm, however, he was only speaking to me.
"An intelligent person would have" was another line.
I asked him where the clothing is manufactured and he couldn't say.
Btw, the clothing is really basic, no different than usual "fast fashion" clothing.
Also beware! If you cancel your VIP membership but use the cringey "fabletic" points to buy an item, if you need to use your card (maybe the item if £50 but you have £49 in points), then you will be auto-enrolled into the VIP membership again.
