I lost so much money because of your awful business model. Why do you force my monthly credits to expire in 1 year? I paid for my monthly credits and then I am waiting on products come out that I want to spend it on and then you just take my money. Quality clothing, comfortable clothing, and perfect fit! I love that they offer pants in a short or tall. Everything I have ordered fits me or the person I've gifted the item to very well. I'm beyond pleased with Fabletics. It's not just athletic wear. The jumpsuits and rompers are comfortable and perfect for work.

Don't know why I keep doing online orders. First order was sent to the next street, and this last one took more than normal to receive. Online ordering is supposed to be timely and efficient so there is still opportunity for improvement in that area.

Great quality. Great prices. Great customer service. Will continue to purchase from this company. I have been living in their maternity leggings. Haven't found any better yet! Can't wait to get back into my normal gear after birth.
With not gaining any weight I've always ordered the same size. With this order my three uniforms was to little. I didn't know it until after a month of getting them. Now I'm stuck with something I can't use

I got an ad through social media about $10 shorts. I ordered for my son. I was then enrolled, unbeknownst to me, in a monthly "club", to the tune of $59.99 a month! Pretty disappointed, because the clothes are great quality, but im not paying a fee just to get items on sale.

Unbelievably bad shipping practices. Order came in several poorly packaged bags. Order was wrong took weeks to get replaced. I like a few of the items I got, but definitely not worth the hassle. Prices are exorbitant.

Products are good, but the subscription is like being held hostage. I did it for too long because the company makes it economically punitive to cancel. Not a pleasant feeling or experience and therefore I would never recommend Fabletics to anyone. I actually tell them to beware signing up.

It is a great weekend getaway bag. The zipper broke halfway through my trip. It was worth the money spent and I guess I got all the use I'm gonna get from it. I may or may not reorder another one. I believe the time has passed to exchange. Just do your research before purchasing. It's perfect as a carry-on with most airlines.
The quality was worse then I ever imagined. Might as well order off SHEIN. I wore the flare pants one time and the material was already starting to ball up for the next wear! It made me really sad bc I loved all the pieces I got but it's ain't worth much to me if it's all gonna wear out in just a few times of wearing them.

So I bought other things. I ordered xxs sizes and they were to big but didn't return them since your sizes seem to not run very good.

I am absolutely in love with all of options Fabletics gives! Having the membership makes your shopping experience so easy and flexible around your needs! Customer Service has been awesome in assisting with any issue since the beginning and customers sincerely appreciate that! However with an increased membership fee and a tariff fee applied to every item, the experience is losing a bit of its brilliance.
I like the clothes but if I'm paying x amount of money each month for a member credit I really don't feel I should be charged $7.50 for tariffs! If you have to raise the non member price then whatever or maybe just pocket less money? I'm not sure why my MEMBER credit doesn't include the fees from the yam in office?

I am offended by the subscription-based model. Fabletics offers good products which are overpriced. You pay a subscription, which gives you credits so that you can buy their products at a reasonable price. This is a silly business model. The clothing itself is usually high quality, although some products such as their backpacks are surprisingly flimsy and cheap. If you purchase items using the annual "new VIP" deals and then cancel, it is worth it. If you use the subscription service it is simply not economical. I would not recommend this brand because the products are severely overpriced. They are, however, decent quality.

All of my family, friends and coworkers know how much I love Fabletics, and how often (always!) I'm wearing their clothing. They are such an awesome example of a wonderfully well run loyalty based brand, and the quality of their clothing, ease of returns, constantly changing styles and fabrics and more than anything the way they stand behind their products keeps me coming back month after month.
My experience with Fabs are great. I like how the material fits me and the style as well. I like some colors that you offer, but you don't stay stocked long enough for me to get a hold of what I like in my size.
Date of experience was earlier this year, not 5. 1. 25. I supposedly won a prize which was access to a discounted price for exercise shorts. But to get the discount, you had to sign up to pay a monthly fee - a total bait and switch. I then had to fight with customer service to cancel and just get the shorts for the actual discounted price. The shorts themselves are no better quality than Amazon basics, but don't fit as well. I'm giving them away. Horrible marketing, weird and oppositional customer service, and a no better than average product. The children/bunch of clowns got a hold of the VC's money and it's unlikely to turn out well. In any event, I will never do business with this company again.

The survey was fine and not to long, easy to go through the whole process. Don't think it is necessary to make describing my experience that has to be a least one hundred characters long that is a over kill, option should be you can type as much as you wish or as little as you want.
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
