I made my purchase in store on 6/2 and didn't get it until 6/16. I had it delivered to a different state thinking there was no way it would take more than 10 days. The slow shipping has always been an issue and makes me second guess my membership.
I purchased Fabletics online based on some recommendations and I was not disappointed. When contacting support they were quick to answer my questions and very helpful. I really love Fabletics scrubs and basics for athletic wear. I liked it so much we visited a store and my husband signed up for membership to be able to get some amazing deals.
The 24-7 tee and Fundamental Pant are my main go to.

The Fundamental Backpack is difficult to access and lacks padding and form.
The mens clothesline is nice, however the store is limited to the men's clothing. Not a fan of shopping online. Only because if the clothing does not fit I would have return and continue to wait for my delivery.
I prefer tops over pants from Fabletics. Very rarely do the pants look nice on me. The tops are comfortable. Some of my favorite sweat shirts and jackets are from Fabletics. The material overall is good quality.
Love the material and colors but the Sport bras are too small. I ordered a Medium but they are too small. I guess I should have ordered a Large

I ordered 4 pair of pants and they didn't fit. I requested a refund and received it. Then $59 charges started showing up on my card. I received one after calling for a reason for the charge but notice a 2nd charge that I have not received.

Quality clothing, comfortable clothing, and perfect fit! I love that they offer pants in a short or tall. Everything I have ordered fits me or the person I've gifted the item to very well. I'm beyond pleased with Fabletics. It's not just athletic wear. The jumpsuits and rompers are comfortable and perfect for work.
The leggins I brought were too small for my granddaughter. So I had to return them. There was no trouble in the process. Some I exchanged for a larger size. No problem. A refund for the rest no problem. One thing to note. These were created for problem figures. My granddaughter wasn't there yet.

I lost so much money because of your awful business model. Why do you force my monthly credits to expire in 1 year? I paid for my monthly credits and then I am waiting on products come out that I want to spend it on and then you just take my money. Last time I purchased my pants I was charged a $15 tariff? If this is ever time, that was my last purchase from Fabletics. I love the pants but refuse to pay a tariff.

Fabletics has a really-really good website, that is very easy to navigate.The search is one of the most intuitive and smart searching I have experienced, meaning the it brings back the item(s) you ask it for. As a family, the have ordered about 25 items from Fabletics, and have been extremely satifified with the quality of the clothing articles, the colors, and most important the Fabletics sizes are very-very-very true to size. We had to return only 2 items for exact replacement items, the turn-around process in both instances was very expedient. OH! And they have live customer service agents Since our first interaction with Fabletics we have been throughly satisfied. We highly recommend Fabletics for their clothing quality, great website, and customer service.

I was a VIP member in 2020-2022ish and most of my leggings/tops from Fabletics are still intact. After restarting my VIP membership a month or so ago I have had 2 different BRAND NEW products rip at the seams upon the first wear. I cancelled- those clothes are not the quality they once were, highly priced and "discounted" as a VIP when in reality the discounted price is still overpriced for clothing that's meant to be worked out in. How can you sell products you're meant to run, jump, dance, lift weights in if you can't move without a seam popping? The products were my correct size as well just low quality. They're cute designs, definitely not worth $50 a month. Very disappointing. Thumbs down.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
