When I got my leggings I was excited. They had pockets. But then I only wore them 2-3 times and a tiny hole appeared in the crotch area. I was very sad. I began to investigate a replacement but discovered these leggings were marked as non returnable. However, a lovely gentleman assisted me in initiating an exchange. But the shipment got delayed. They have since been delivered but I have not had a chance to pick them up. I miss my leggings with pockets and look forward to being reunited with my replacement pair soon.
I called because I misprinted my return label in portrait instead of landscape and cut off the bottom of the address. The rep answered quickly and sent me a new link right away. Most places now have a tedious hold time or a long wait for a chat message.
I've tried multiple different styles of scrubs from fabletics and have yet to find one I didn't love immediately. They're so comfortable and material is great. They haven't faded either after multiple washes. Will never buy another brand.
The store associates are always helpful and make recommendations for me. I'm not great at picking things out myself so having their associate Maria help me makes it easier. She helps pick great options. My friends and I like the brand and return every few weeks to checkout the latest merchandise.
Monthly fee is charged regardless of quantities available. Everything in normal sizes sells out immediately and left scrounging for something to spend credits on. Prepare your inbox for 15 emails a day.
I've been buying Fabletics for about 10 years, but the quality has gone down. The leggings won't stay up and feel like cheap plastic more than clothes. The upside is that they really do have great customer service, so I occasionally try them from time to time to see if it's improved.
I've been purchasing fabletics for over 15 years. I'm sad to say that the quality has drastically decreased. I never used to have to worry about leggings rolling down or falling apart after only a year. The only reason why I'm not reading lower is because I do believe they have great customer service and try to make things right. It's just that their products are so much more cheaply made than they used to be. It used to be that a pair of leggings would last five or six years and now I'm lucky if they last for a single year. They also used to have more variety and now everything is the influencer high-waisted instead of normal waist lines.
While the clothing appears to be offered at a great value, the hidden monthly membership fee significantly undermines affordability. This lack of transparency feels deceptive, and I will not be making future purchases.
Significantly overpriced and terrible customer service. Do the math between the monthly fees and what you purchase and you'll see this is straight robbery. More than once I've had to beg for money or an exchange to be sent after my return was received.
I have been a Fabletics VIP customer for 10+ years. The quality has gone down while the pricing of individual places has gone up. Bundle pricing could use some work too. The VIP member credit is not worth anything. One credit cost about $70 and then a simple bra@ $30 or legging@ $60 is 1 credit. Biggest waist of money. I understand that the cost of manufacturing and tariffs are affecting some of this, but come on. I honestly don't know why I am still a VIP member since I skip every month.
I ordered some items here on mid Jan. Half of those delivered end of Feb, over a month. I understood because it was able to be related to wild fire on west coast in Jan. BUT rest of my ordered stuff is still "on its way" on APRIL. Fedex tracking#: **************. Is it really possible? I'll never recommend Fabletics to others.
I love a lot of the things you sell. But the sizes are always different. Either too big or too small and I cannot tell from the models & size description. Some of the pants are too short and such a heavy gauge they're hot & uncomfortable. Some look like clown wear.
/// By the same token, others I have are fabulous.
I have 2 thin sweatshirt- pullovers in a cranberry color. $79 price point. Love them but they have pills on the front after just a few wearing.
The sales and prices are great. It's just the inconsistency in size that is disappointing.
Mostly, having to order online makes it a pain if the items don't fit as they should. The items, unless on a very big discount are way to pricey. I like the product ok, but I don't think it's worth the full price. Plus, the fact that unless you "pause" it for the month, or whatever the name is, (even with the reminder message) it's really absurd. One more thing I need to worry about. Really not worry the whole process.
We have been ordering more of the men items. They're excellent material and quality. I look forward to buy more, however, the costs are not being discounted at a good rate. Absolutely great color offers and looking forward to new products releasing.
Their service is horrible. Pathetic. My original order was missing items. I was told the bag would be sent. It was not. Their return policy is no better. You pay a huge monthly fee for very low quality clothing. I had to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau to make them do the right thing. Avoid this company. They should be out of business.
I have enjoyed all of the VIP perks, and most of the products (e.g., shorts, shirts, sweatshirts). My current frustration is with two products (really one):
Exercise hat/cap - this product only lasted a month before the bungee zip to tighten broke. I feel this product could be better made to change fit and last longer.
Socks (real frustration)- I am on my feet a lot either walking, presenting, standing, and of course in workouts. I purchased a pack of socks thinking they would be high quality; They all have holes in them after two months. I know sock quality is extremely important for comfort and believed that the socks would follow the same quality as some of your other products. It is not up to par with other companies that put quality into the socks for all day use. Please re-evaluate the socks and how to improve them.
I enjoy purchasing Fabletics items as they fit well, are fashionable, and priced OK. I would like to request that whomever picks styles remember that there are 60+ customers who purchase your brand and many styles are not for this age group. Please consider this in the future.
I have a collection of the workout clothing but moved to ordering colder weather pants this year. One jogger is wind and rain resistant although lightweight and others are thicker for colder weather. All are comfortable and well-made.
Returns are so difficult if there isn't a store near you. UPS has been a nightmare. Bar codes don't scan, items aren't listed, they throw everything out on the counter. Trying to never use them, but store is over an hour away in a direction I only go once a year.
I have purchased many clothes from Fabletics and I like them. They fit well and are cute. With that being said, I cannot wear any of them. Fabletics uses polyester which I seem to be allergic to because I can't wear the clothes without breaking out. I wish there were more items made with cotton or other natural fabrics.
I ordered some leggings and sports bras that I liked, but then the next few months I didn't see anything I wanted. Unfortunately I ended up accumulating 2 extra member credits. Member credits suck because mostly you can trade them in for one pair of leggings (a terrible deal) or sometimes a light jacket. There are some two piece sets but they seem to sell out really quickly (at least anything I liked) and then you're back to one pair of leggings. I think I'm done with Fabletics.
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.
Answer: I bombarded them on twitter and Facebook. They got back to me quick!
Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
