I have rung this company so many times now to chat with them on different days and times.

1) every time I get the response due to the high number of calls we can not take your call now

2) Then they say you can go to our web site and there is live chat to which I cannot find on there either

I had the best experience with this company. I ordered canvas prints. Laquita helped me with an issue I was having. Then she proceeded to go above and beyond by offering better suggestions, making revisions to improve my order, and spent time with me as a customer. I truly felt she cared about my order as much as I did myself. I would recommend Fabness to anyone, and this company should keep Laquita M forever, and they should put her in charge of all customer service!

I have ordered a few times from Fabness and they are processed and sent quickly and we are very happy with them. Customer service is great, after having a problem with a recent order not arriving (Aust post lost the item), Fabness reprinted it and posted it out again, no charge. Will definitely use again.

I tend to be hesitant to ordering online, but Fabness' website was easy to use and showed previews before ordering. I have already shared this site with friends and family. My order came sooner than expected and the quality was amazing. I will keep this little gem in mind for other gifts.

I have mainly dealt with Fabness due to Groupon codes I had, and they are so worth it (full price or discounted). The site is easy to use, if I do have more than one discount they permit me to use it on one transaction, which leads to large orders... that I get in great time! If I ever buy canvas prints again, I will make sure it is through Fabness.

Fabness always provides top quality prints and excellent service. I have only had one minor issue of a print damaged during shipping and they replaced it immediately. Compared to other canvas prints theirs are the sturdiest. Highly recommended.

I've ordered probably 4 or 5 12x12 canvases from Fabness. They are the fastest company I've worked with when it comes to production and their products look beautiful. I will be ordering again in the future.

I had purchased a photo canvas from Fabness, then tried another company and I'll never make that mistake again! Fabness does a beautiful job, creating canvases on a sturdy 1.5 inch frame (which you don't get everywhere!) and very quickly. On my last order I had an issue that required resolution and Kayla was wonderful. She corrected the problem right away and to my complete satisfaction. All companies have things happen now and then but how they are resolved makes all the difference, and thanks to Kayla I will continue to use Fabness! Thank you for great service!

I was excited to place my order for 9 mini canvas panels, but didn't understand the different edge-wrapping options -- and of course I chose the wrong one. Fabness customer service superstar LaQuita contacted me to let me know their quality control process had caught my mistake, which would have ruined the text-based images. They also noticed that i had accidentally included a duplicate image, and LaQuita helped me replace it with the correct one so my project would come out perfect. You can't beat quality service like that!

I have dealt with Fabness many times and am always pleased with the products I receive. Their photos on canvas are hanging all around my house. They are beautiful! Service is excellent and I usually have the items within 5 days, or less. I have tried using other companies but never get the excellent quality that Fabness provides.

The pictures came out even better than expected! I didn't know how the enlargements would look, questioned the quality of our photo. But the pictures captured the memory. I am so happy with how they turned out and can't wait for the family members to see them.

After receiving a canvas order at my house it was immediately clear to me one of my canvas prints was not what I intended. In discussing with customer service (LaQuita) we determined that it must have been the case that I placed my order in error. LaQuita was extremely understanding and helpful and as a one time customer service exception said they would send an updated canvas print for which I only had to pay shipping for. I've done business with Fabness several times over the years and this is one of the many reasons I will continue to search them our for my canvas needs. Great customer service and a great product. Very pleased with the super fast arrival of the items. They look fantastic, really good quality! One of my items was damaged in shipping, the box looked like it had been dragged on one corner, enough to go right through and take off a corner of one of the canvases. Fabness customer service replied right away to my concerns and have a new canvass being made and shipped at no cost to me. I was relieved as I didnt want to be stuck with a bill for what was the shipping companys fault. Great company, happy customer :)

I think this was my 3rd time ordering from Fabness and their canvas prints are consistently perfect. I've ordered from other sites and the results don't even compare. If you like high quality canvas prints, look no further.

This is the first time Ive bought a custom canvas picture, and I am so pleased with the quality! I will definitely be buying from Fabness again and highly recommend them to others. Their website is easy to use, and the canvas even arrived faster than I was expecting.

I ordered five customized bottle openers via Living Social. Two out of the five had defective lettering. I sent an email to the Fabness customer support team requesting a replacement for the two bad openers. Within a day, I heard back with both an offer to re-ship five bottle openers (even though I only had two defective ones) as well as a 70% off coupon for another purchase from them. Rick, the person with whom I was emailing was responsive and made an unhappy customer a very happy customer. I would not hesitate to do business with Fabness again. I have used this company several times and have been more than satisfied each time. Customer service reached out to me this last time because my project was not quite as it should be ( I didn't edit correctly). My rep, LaQuita, went above and beyond not only to help perfect the image but also help change the addresses! My family members love the projects!
