Ordered this dress to my measurements and it arrived quickly and beautifully made. Exactly as ordered. Fit well, packaged well, not at all wrinkled or anything, ready to wear right out of the package. Will order again
We ordered a dress for Prom from this website and were told it would be delivered within in 15 days. It has been 30 days no dress and they also "cannot find our order". They have taken our money from the credit card and will not refund and said their was never an order placed so they can not tell us where the dress is. Not to mention it is an overseas company, no phone # & only an email address. You cannot even get emails timely, if you live in the United States because of the time difference. It is a scam. Girls beware cheap prices not worth never receiving your dress.
What you see on the fabpartydress is what you get, exactly and this is perfect. I would only have one recommandation, if you are interested to buy this please have in mind some tailor in order to make this dress shorter because is very long. I think the model on the website has 2m height. I have an average height and is very very long, the dress' train is lonher than usual. The color of the dress is absolutely gorgeous.
Ordered a custom made to order dress which was an additional cost. It was 4 inches too small in the hips, 6 inches too small in the bust and 3 inches too small in the waist. I had a professional seamstress measure me for the dress. They would not do anything about it. In fact they basically blew me off and said I measured wrong! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS VENDOR!
I have tried since yesterday morning to get a rep to respond to FIVE emails and one phone call to return the dress I purchased. NO RESPONSE. I contacted the company within the required 24 hours, and still nothing from them. Will NEVER recommend this co to anyone.
This is the worst place to deal with! I will never order from this site again! I ordered a Prom Dress for my daughter and when she received the dress, it was HORRIBLE! It was made so cheaply and it was the wrong size! The measurements were not even close to what we sent in! I have been emailing this company back and forth for months now and they keep giving me the runaround and will NOT refund my money. Not only did I pay for this crappy dress, I had to pay the shipping to return it - NEVER, EVER AGAIN! TOTAL SCAM! PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!
Ordered a dress 2 sizes bigger than my normal size, going by there size chart and just to be sure and the dress is still 2 sizes to small. Emailed the company for an exchange only to find out they don't exchange. They suggested I give the dress I paid for as a gift or try to re sell it. I bought the dress for my sons wedding, so disappointed! I WOULD NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND WILL LET EVERYONE KNOW ABOUT THEIR POLICY THAT SHOULD BE MADE CLEAR BEFORE YOU PAY! I OWN A DRESS THAT DOESNT FIT ME!

When I received my dress, a week late, it was torn in 2 places, and not only had one coffee stain, but two. When I emailed the company to send it back I was told to take it to my local seamstress to have it repaired, and they would not allow me to send it back.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE! IT'S 100% A SCAM They are so hard to get in touched with! My dress looked like crap, it was WAY TO SMALL and the cups were disgusting. DO NOT RISK IT! I returned the dress and they're saying they didn't get it so I just lost $200 dollars with shipping it back to freaking China and the dress money itself. I'm telling you do not do not do it! I wish I would have known.
The dress was poorly made, the color was not what is was supposed to be, there was a hole in the seam, the hems were frayed. Terrible, poor quality and cannot return the merchandise.
This company is a rip off, there is no phone number and they will not take returns! No customer service, they are in China, so they get no repercussions for their rip off!
Wife bought a dress for our sons wedding and it wasn't like the website at all! It wasn't anywhere near the size she requested. Try and get your money back? Good luck, because all you will get is a run around and then if you do get a return you will ONLY get half of what you spent and you will pay the shipping back so you will pretty much eat the whole cost of the item. JUST STAY AWAY AND BUY SOMETHING FROM YOUR LOCAL RETAILER!
Beautiful dress! I ordered the ssme as the picture. Customer service was excellent as well. I received my dress in a timely manner. I would definitely order from Fab Party Dress again!
I ordered a prom dress for my daughter off the fabpartydress website, this was the BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER. First of all when I recieved the dress it came inside out, lace in the back of the dress was stretched out and torn all the way down the back of the dress. After several attemps to reach them by email since they do not have a phone number, I was told to take pictures of the dress to send to them, this was a waste of time as the email that was replied stated the dress was fine and they could not help. They cleary do not honor or stand by their product which is sad when we trust and pay for something we think we are getting and then get the run around. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAN AND WOULD SUGGEST OTHERS NOT TO AS WELL.
I WAS A VICTIM OF THIS COMPANY AS MANY OTHERS. DRESS WAS NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE. CAN NOT RETURN EVEN THOUGH THEY DIDN'T MAKE IT TO MY SPECIFICATIONS WHICH I PAID X-TRA FOR. I COULD GO ON AND ON...
This website is fraudulent. There dresses are not made the way they are advertised. Terrible site. No contact number.

We ordered a prom dress and they sent the wrong dress 1 week before the prom. Very unprofessional and we will never buy from them again

To be plain and strait foreword the dress I received was absolutely terrible! It was poorly made and wasn't sewn correctly and to be grand looked like crap. DONT BUY FROM FAB PARTY DRESS
