I have waited for 10 to 12 days to get my order from fabric.com and they fold my linings and fabric alike, and put in a box, leaving me to have to iron out the wrinkles on everything that comes from them. So, I appreciate not having to spend all my time ironing fabric that comes from you! Anyways, just wanted to say thank you. C

Wonderful experience with these folks, two orders in a row! Buying more of a fabric I had ordered previously was simple and easy and the fabric arrived in record time! I've shopped with Fabric Guru for about 4 years and I love their low prices and high quality fabrics. Without Fabric Guru I wouldn't have been able to use designer fabric to make drapes for my home and my families homes. I ordered Robert Allen upholstery fabric from here at about half the price. Edward assisted me in my purchase which arrived as promised. The fabric was great quality and I would not hesitate to order from Fabric Guru in the future.

I have ordered multiple samples as well as cuts of fabric from Fabric Guru. The shipping is always super quick. If there is ever a mistake in your order (as happens with every company from time to time) they are quick to respond and correct it. I ALWAYS check Fabric Guru before ordering from anywhere else. I have been ordering fabrics from fabricguru.com for years. I have ordered from other online companies but nothing compares to fabricguru. The customer service from the initial order to when it arrives is far beyond any other online company. I had a small issue recently with a order and it was resolved immediately. I ordered Sunbrella fabric, discounted. It said it had grease spots, so tiny, 409 washed it right out. Super sale price! Arrived quickly! On a bolt! Also ordered Richloom Birdie. I covered my worn out chaise lounge cushions & added attached pillows. I've received tons of compliments!

After I placed my order, I was called to inform me that it would be 4" under what I had ordered--this was not going to be a problem for me, but I was grateful for the call and the option to decline the order. I did not decline the order and am very very happy with the fabric and especially the customer service. Not only did they call, but then provided a small discount back to me! I will come back for my fabric needs--great prices, service and selection!

Every time I have ordered fabric from this site I have gotten the best service, fast delivery and a quality product. In this day and age where companies don't seem to care any longer about service, the customer or quality this company goes the extra mile to please the customer and deliver a wonderful product. I have used them to provide the fabric for the draperies for all my houses and will continue to use them in the future. I would recomend then to all. Most definately 5 stars

First, I made some drapes for a window and decided I wanted to use the same fabric to make some drapes for an adjoining room. Couldn't find the same fabric anywhere. The store where it was originally purchased went out of business. I googled the name of the fabric and found Fabric Guru. And, much to my surprise, found the exact fabric I needed. THEN, I ordered the fabric to make the drapes. Unfortunately, I only ordered enough fabric to make ONE panel. I immediately called customer service and sadly they were closed. So I did the only thing I could think of; I emailed customer service about my mistake. By the time I got up the next morning, there was an email in my mailbox saying they had cancelled the order so I could order the correct amount! It saved me a lot of time not to mention the money. Thank you, Fabric Guru!
