Talked to their representative moments ago and assuming everything takes place as stated, I can not fault how they handled my defective item. This aspect of dealing with them deserves a minimum 4 stars. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because I never received return correspondence relative to my email inquiry to my defective product. Other than being on hold for a moderately long period of time they were very quick in a resolution to my problem.

2 different orders BOTH never came. Say they were delivered via their tracking, I emailed the customer service department they said they'd issue a refund, still have yet to see it. Multiple emails back and forth. Don't order!

I ordered this last month spent 200.00 and was told I would receive this by May 5th,, today is may 18th still getting the run around so I did a claim at my bank for not receiving this item and factory outlet told me everything is on back order just wait they said till the end of the month and I asked for my money back and he said just wait a little longer. BS dont buy anything from them it's a rip OFF,,

Don't buy anything from this site!!!!!
So mad ,$ 200.00 I'm trying to get back!!!!

I bought a phone from this site, and paid for expedited shipping based upon their assurance that I would received the phone in no more than 5 business days. Once i bought the phone and checked tracking, FedEx showed it was going to take a full 2 weeks to deliver the phone! I called the company and the best they would offer was to refund $3. Really?

"I ordered a 3 pack of Samsung water filters... prior to placing my order I called FO direct and spoke with a customer service rep, Andy. I asked if the filters were OE Samsung, and was assured the were and they came directly from Samsung (a lie)
The filters were some inferior knock off. I paid 71.85 and was refunded 45.07, I guess a restocking fee. The filters were returned in the exact same packaging as received by me. So, no restocking fee should have been charged. So, please beware of this company."

Tip for consumers:
The only tip I can give is to stay far away from FOS!

I hope people do what I failed to do before placing an order with these people. That is look for reviews. After I place an order I was called and emailed by them wanting a Photo / Scanned copy of my credit card. No way would I give anyone a copy of my credit card and I told then so in a reply to their email asking for the copy. I received nothing back from them so called stating I was cancelling the order. Of course, the inquisition began with, we dont understand all were asking for is a copy of your credit card. This continued until I informed them that our conversation was being recorded; which, changed the conversation to one of, yes sir your order is being cancelled and a conformation email is being sent.

I ordered my queen mattress 8/2/2020. Mattress came in fine but I still have not received my free premium package. I have been waiting for a month and they tell me it s on national back order. I was told to be patient after waiting a month. Get the premium package first I suggest.

I found what I was looking for at a competitive price, got a great deal on multiple pack of the same item. Very easy to maneuver the web page, no problems at all. Great job and will be back for any future orders

Againi ordered a gps after waiting 4 days for it i got a call they could not verify my paypal card
After speaking with them twice they placed order now i have to wait another whole week! Not happy wont use them again

Bought a lifetime maps update for GPS, and lost the "key" which had been originally mailed to me. When I called to ask to recover the info, (and had my order number and everything), they said they had no way to do this and could not help me at all. I only used the updates twice, and feel really decieved. The customer service person did not speak clear English, either.

We ordered phones and the delivery address input on the order was changed. Product delivered somewhere else. Been trying to get this corrected most of this week with notes that the delivery address is changed from the original order. Just received another email of a delivery with new tracking number - going to the wrong address again. Response to the email on the wrong address being put on delivery tag second time, they respond with please allow two days for shipper response from the wrongly delivered first order. Their Customer Service seems to have no clue what they are doing and don't understand why they change the delivery address from the order without contacting the customer. Don't recommend this store for anything. Very bad process and little to no customer service.

Don't use this site. Highly recommend to stay away.

I ordered a trolling motor that turned out to be the wrong size. Returned the item and was told that I would receive a full refund if the item was in the original packaging and not opened (which was the case). I have contacted them now for weeks via calls and emails. Some of the calls, I was put on hold for over an hour with no answer. Poor customer service!

After a long call where I explained in detail I was not a fisherman but wanted gps and mapping I was recommended to buy the striker plus 5cv. It took me a bit to get it installed and take it out on the water to discover it has no mapping and no ability to load mapping. Complete useless piece of equipment for my needs. Customer service disconnected me then when I tried the CS chat option I was told sorry out of return window. Not even an option to turn it back and upgrade to something that does what I was sold on.

I will NEVER purchase from Garmin again and will be sure to tell anyone at any appropriate chance of this horrendous experience.

The purses on this site were not designer like promised and they were not even made well. Some of them were over &100.00 and they were made very cheap with stitching that was ready to fall out when they arrived. If you want a designer purse you will not get one on this site. Stay away from this site if you dont want to waste your money.

I Placed my order on 9/2/2020. A battery for my laptop. As of today 9/14/2020 the order has not shipped. I have called on 9/4/20,9/9/2020, 9/10/2020 and today 9/14/2020. Each time I was told it was in the warehouse and would ship within the next 24 hours. I was not allowed to cancel the order because it had already been send to shipping. I have finally ask where they were located. The warehouse is in New York but Customer Service is in India! At this point I have ask for a manager or supervisor to call me. It will take a couple of hours for this to happen. Warning: Do Not Order from This Company!

This company is bogus. Don't tie your money up because you will become very frustrated with the customer service. They don't care about you they only care about the cash flow that you can provide to them. Nothing ever gets delivered on time and they will promise you next day Saturday delivery and charge you more money but you never receive anything. They tell you they will call you back and no one ever calls you back. The manager gives you a phone number for their personal line and when you call that number back it doesn't exist. LIES, they will refund you eventually because there is another sucker that is tying up their cash flow trusting that this is a reputable site.

I'm not even sure how my order ended up being placed by this company as I placed it on another site. I have not received my order and when I called, I was hung up on - twice. The CSR said my order number did not have enough numbers to look it up, but somehow kept trying to assure me it would be delivered in two -- three days. I told him the tracking info said differently and he said it is always wrong. WTF? I am putting in a reverse charge with CC and hope to never have to deal with this scam company again.

Tip for consumers:
DON'T use this company as you risk them having all your credit card and personal info and who know what might happen with it.

When attempting to purchase an item online the screen would say "cannot be processed at this time", giving the impression that the order did not go through. The next day I had discovered money coming out of my paypal account, even though I did not complete the order and when I called was told that there was nothing they could do and would only refund when I received the item and returned it. They did not take responsibility for their website and did not seem to care that it was illegal to steal. Do not even go near this website.

I placed an order from them on the 25th of April and was advised that they will send me a tracking number. Well on May 8 I got a tracking number. I tried entering tracking number and it advised my package was headed to USPS for shipping. That is where it stands today. Still headed to USPS and it's been a week. Now they want to begin an investigation and I have to wait another 10 days before they can do anything. Never order from here again. Guess after 10 days I can request for them to return my money. Complete waste of my time

I purchased a refurbished GARMIN GPS. I had intermittent problems with it in the first month. I called and was told to try it for a bit longer (note: the return period ends at 30 days). I continued to have the problem intermittently. When I called to return it for service I was told I would have to pay shipping both ways because shipping is only paid in the first 30 day period. In addition, the item is under a one year warranty: they would send me a new product, but the warranty would end at the end of the original year (less than 2 months from now). Usually when you get a new product the warranty date resets. Additionally the customer service rep was very rude. I refuse to pay shipping and be sent another item that may or may not work and then have no recourse. I would not recommend doing business with this company.

WORST customer service I have ever received! The item I bought (a underground fence collar for a dog) was sent with the wrong battery (a 9-volt instead of the correct battery which would cost ~$20), which could have been easily fixed. After calling customer service they told me that I would have to send the item back at my cost to have the same item with the correct battery sent to me. After 2 lengthy conversations with customer service (rude and not knowledgable at all), I was told that I would get a $5 credit to my account to cover shipping. This never happened. Save yourself some time and money and order through a different site. Their customer service is ridiculous, and the prices are not that great. I will not be ordering from them again, even if I could save a few dollars by doing so.

Ordered a garmin watch to use for running. Didn't sync with phone so I returned it. Because of a restocking fee it cost me $88 for a product that doesn't work with my phone! What was a supposed to do, keep the watch that didn't work? Unbelievable, can't believe they are in business.

I never had such a terrible on-line purchase experience.

I ordered a Samsung Galaxy S-4(Mini) which the company claims is a factory unlocked phone. It can be used anywhere in the world. But the phone is not working in any countries except USA. The company deceives the customers by the false description of the product.
I will never order any product from FactoryOutletStore.com.

I purchased a lawnmower 2 months ago, tracking says it's been delivered a month ago,, in contact with these people they keep telling me to be patient, I told them my package is not coming! They are not replying, i told them via email I want a refund, they will not respond! These people are big scammers pls avoid them people, you will be greatly disappointed! Know I have to buy a lawnmower and seems I will be out of pocket for this, very upset!

This is a fake company none of there inventory is real they are a drop ship company that orders things from eBay and amazon sellers then they forward it to you and keep the profits nothing of there s is OK. Your better off on amazon at least you know who sold it to you.

I placed one order and never received it. They told me that it was on backorder for a couple of months. I asked: why do you have the phone listed as available on your website and promise that it would be shipped the next business day and do not fulfill your promises? They said that it might become available at any time. Go figure.

Tip for consumers:
If you want to buy something from them better call and talk to a sales representative who will confirm that the phone you want is in stock. A lot of phones on their website are not available.
