Talked to their representative moments ago and assuming everything takes place as stated, I can not fault how they handled my defective item. This aspect of dealing with them deserves a minimum 4 stars. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because I never received return correspondence relative to my email inquiry to my defective product. Other than being on hold for a moderately long period of time they were very quick in a resolution to my problem.
2 different orders BOTH never came. Say they were delivered via their tracking, I emailed the customer service department they said they'd issue a refund, still have yet to see it. Multiple emails back and forth. Don't order!
I bought a unlocked cell phone. To my surprise it arrived and was not unlocked. I Returned the item and they want me to paid 105.49 for restocking fee. That is not acceptable, the item they sell is not what I bought period, so In my opinion they need to stand by the quality of their products. Bad experience. THankfully my credit Card stand for me
I ordered the water filter from the model no. Of the refrigerator. I wanted to exchange for the correct one and since it had been 30 days they would do nothing and I am stuck with a filter I can not use. I did not expect a refund, only the correct filter that I ordered in the first place.
We ordered a mattress in November. Since then, we heard from them one time and then nothing. They took our money right away. When I called, they would put you on hold then you would get disconnected. I emailed and was promised a mattress. It was put off several times claiming it was because of COVID.
So many other businesses produce products no matter what because they are honest and want to keep their business open. We contacted them two more times being promised our mattress. Then, it was put off until the middle of January (maybe). So, we canceled! We did get our money back. I cannot believe this is a legit business.
Please be aware this may happen to you. I'm shopping at a more reputable mattress company this time with good reviews.

I placed a very big order. 20 items - over $ 2500! Still haven't gotten the stuff and they cannot find any tracking. Sent a email to cancel the order and still no response. They charged my credit card. Still no response from the company on my cancelled request or if they have a tracking for my items. DONT USE THIS COMPANY! They do not care. As of this minute I am still waiting for a response!
Beware, do not buy from these people. Purchased a 61LM Garmin. Worked for a few days then quit. I returned the unit having to pay the postage myself and requested a replacement. They gave me a refund of my purchase less 15% and less shipping and handling, never responded as to why I got a partial refund and not the replacement I requested.

GPS Garmin 61LM Drive, refurbished. My beef is that I requested a replacement. I had the option of a refund or a replacement. I liked the unit and wanted it replaced. They gave me a refund which I did not want. Their policy is purchase price less shipping and handling less 15% so no the refund was not in full and on top of that I had to send the unit back at my expense which was another 14.00.
Stay away. Ordered a few hundreds dollar product. It never arrived. When i called, they said they have delivered (without signature necessary). So they dont have prove but the fact is i never received the product. Very bad.
In short: they are a sell first, then they try to procure your product from a source that will it sell it to them for less they you paid. I placed my order then starting 3 days later I received phone calls at 6am with BS excuses as to why it hadn't shipped. Finally a week after placing the order one of the 5 different folks I talked to there was honest enough to tell me they did not have the product. They resisted when I tried cancel but I told them if they charged the credit card I would report it as fraud. I found the product on Hodges Marine for $150 less and had it in two days. This store and it's so called customer service dept in Sri Lanka was one of the worst shopping experiences I've had in a few years, and that's pretty bad.
Bought a North America GPS from them, it came and was defective, they will not return my shipping charges, even though it was defective. Most customer service people are very hard to understand with a very strong accent. I returned the GPS and it has been over 25 days and still have not received a refund and they keep jerking me around on it and can't tell me why I haven't gotten a refund. I have never received worst customer service in my life. I wouldn't take anything from these people if they gave it to me free! Worst shopping experience of my life getting ready to contact the New York Attorney General to have them look at the situation.
CAUTION: This company is bogus! I purchased 2 back-up batteries from them for my cell phone, one of the battery couldn't charge at all and the other completely drains within a few hours. I contacted the company twice in July to return the merchandise and I have yet to receive a response from them. Do not patronize this company as their products and customer service is absolutely the worst..
We ordered a mattress and we were told that it would be delivered within a week. We even confirmed this with a sales representative before purchasing it. We did not hear from them by the promised deliver date so we called them. When we finally connected to a person, it was someone who was not knowledgeable about the purchase and who gave us the run around. Two weeks after purchasing it, we were sent an email advising us the the mattress was at the factory and date of transfer of the mattress to the delivery station was 10-13 days later. At THAT POINT, we would then arrange for a delivery date. Bottom line is this: it has been a month from the time we purchased the mattress which was suppose to be delivered within a week. We still have not received it and it will be at least a month from the time we were suppose to get it. This is not a company you want to do business with.
The web site said it would be shipped from Los Angeles, California and I would have the product in 5 to 7 days. Here it is 5 weeks later and all and all I get is a tracking number that says it is in transit be patient. Low and behold it is in China not the USA. All it gives is a contact email to get help. The email comes back as no such address. Why someone does not want to help me is a mystery I'm fixing to notify my credit card company that this is a scam not to be trusted.
Don't pay the $3.95 for Priority Processing. It's a SCAM. My item WAS NOT shipped the same day, and is now a day late. And UPS passed it off to the Post Office. Factoryoutletstore tried to claim that my item was shipped the same day but only a label was created that day. Then they tried and failed to blame it all in the carrier. Never Again!

Its been awhile since I've purchased these products. ( Tooth paste & mouthwash) I used to smoke and I felt between the toothpaste & mouthwash it got rid of the smoke smell. I quit 8 years ago and I cant wait to use this without smelling like smoke.
Update: 10 - 8 - 15: I got my BreathRX mouthwash and toothpaste in the mail on the 7th.
It only took 5 days to get here. I brushed - tongue scrape - gargled w/ mouthwash. I am really happy with this product. Best clean feeling ever! I'm set for a few months but I will be ordering this again.
Their Web site advertises their filters as original Honeywell filters, but that is not what you get. I ordered my filters by Honeywell OEM part number, and when they arrived, they were not Honeywell filters, they were generic. Also, the filter size was not the size that I ordered. Their web site took me to a page that was not the correct size. Deceptive advertising. And to add insult to injury, they want me to pay to ship them back and charge me a 15% restocking fee because of their mistake. Don't deal with this company unless you want to get ripped off.
I ordered Clarity XLC3.4plus. This item was not branew! Very poor quality! Absolutely garbage. Beware to buy anything in this store! Item is not working as advertised. I ordered a battery for my phone over two weeks ago. It has not been delivered. I tried the online help & it could not find my order. Went to customer service - a very bored sounding man gave no explanation just told me in broken english that it would be delivered on the 16th. It wasn't.

Ordered a Garmin GPS. Got it quickly, went to use it and the power cord wouldn"t work. I emailed them and they emailed back, that they would get back in touch. They never have, even after two more attempts by email and phone.
Used this site to purchase a Garmin watch. Was told I would receive the product in 2 to 5 business days. However after 5 days the item was not shipped. When asked they told me my item was on backorder. I told them that the watch still showed as in stock on their site. After 12 days the item has still not shipped and the site continues to list it as in stock. I was told now they have had 7 of them in their stock but for some reason my order was not filled. On top of all this they don't return emails or offer any compensation. I want to ask for a refund of the money they took out of my account day one but im concerned it may take a month to receive my funds.

Ordered a Garmin GPS. I received a refurb unit, which wasn't made clear on the site at all. I can accept some responsibility there, but my real problem is the customer service. The package contained a car charger unit that had the wrong connection for the GPS (had a mini, needed a micro). I emailed them using both email addresses I could find (info@... and processing@...) and never received a response. So, deceptive site, poor order execution, and horrible customer service. Not the triple play you are looking for.

Stay Stay away from this company! Its the worse company even though I cancelled my order they still charged my credit card when I called them up he was so nasty on the phone and hang up the phone in my face.
Misleading advertising. Product description stated the product included a charging travel case, however that was not included with my Sonic Care Electric Toothbrush. I specifically selected that particular package for both the brushing options and the charging case. I travel a lot.
When I called them they blamed it on the mfg. They also indicated that the picture (not on the same screen showed the regular case. They did not deny the printed description said it was included. No satisfaction from them. A few days later their website has been corrected to say standard case.
Real Professional in handling their error?
I wasn't asked for a discount code... I have an Elite Flip (2 years old) which won't hold a charge anymore(about 15 minutes of talk time!). I called the customer service number about possible battery replacement and was told that wasn't an option but was given a 10% discount code DANKET3N but wasn't able to use it with my purchase. Still a good buy with the sale but 10% more would be even better!
Finding exactly the accessory I needed for my Garmin was exceptionally easy and checkout was very fast. And I love the free shipping! I would order from this company again and will recommend it to my friends.
