Talked to their representative moments ago and assuming everything takes place as stated, I can not fault how they handled my defective item. This aspect of dealing with them deserves a minimum 4 stars. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because I never received return correspondence relative to my email inquiry to my defective product. Other than being on hold for a moderately long period of time they were very quick in a resolution to my problem.

2 different orders BOTH never came. Say they were delivered via their tracking, I emailed the customer service department they said they'd issue a refund, still have yet to see it. Multiple emails back and forth. Don't order!

I ordered a GPS power cord. I got an email with a tracking number with UPS-MI. I clicked on the link and never could get tracking information because the link would never load the webpage. I contacted Factory Outlet Store about this problem and all they did was email me a receipt of my purchase. To this day I never received the product, can't track it, and now they will not respond at all to my request for a refund. Stay away from this company. You can get whatever you need from Amazon I am sure. I ordered my power cord from Amazon and had it the next day.

I ordered an scanner from them and they refuse to ship it to my home address or my PO box. I asked to speak to a supervisor and they said he was too busy to speak to me and he would call me later. Never called. I would never order from them!

Tried to order a watch. Received an email stating they had additional questions about my payment. I called them and they wanted to know the individuals that lived at the shipping address and individual names with their phone numbers. I told them to ship it to the address. It shouldn't be that difficult. They said they would and then the next day I received another email where there was problems with the payment again. I called and they were still harassing me about the issues the night before. They refused to ship it to the shipping address and told me it's because of "fraud."

I ordered two Pet Safe collars, rec'd 2 which did not work Called them, returned for replacements. Rec'd one replacement, called again for the other replacement, they stated they only rec'd 1 collar. After arguing with them, they refunded for one collar. The replacement we rec'd? Did not work after less than 2weeks. Called them to return, They reported that we were refunded for two. NO! Now they have to check and call me back. Let's see if they do. I contacted Pet Safe and they were not interested in intervening in this problem I figured since this company is representing the Pet Safe name they would have something to say about it.

Wanting to reduce use of plastic water bottles, the family made commitment to use filtered water out of our refrigerator. Came across factory outlet website claiming that have replacement filters for my refrigerator. Purchased them six months advance (to stock them knowing it will be used) in preparation of replacements. When the time came to replace the filter, I learned neither one fit. When I called to have them replaced or refund, they offered only 1/2 of my money claiming I surpassed their 30day return policy. I wouldn't have asked to be returned if the product worked! So much for planning ahead and stocking up! Be aware of their products. Purchase one at a time and make sure the product actually works immediately after the purchase.

This is my second set of Piaa lights. I really like to white light over the factory bulbs. I have to drive a lot of dark country roads and these are the best bulbs for my ride. Thanks for a great headlight bulb.

I ordered 2 cordless phones in September of 2019, one of which was damaged upon arrival. I then sent one phone back in for replacement. They then lost the phone that was returned. A couple months later when they found the return they told me that I had to return both phones in order to receive a new set, they said that saved a lot of $ by ordering them together so I had to return them together. I saved $3 by ordering them together. So I have now returned both phones and have called every week to find out the status of my order and for three weeks now they have said the same thing,"give us 3 to 5 business days to figure this out". I am astounded that this company has been able to stay in business with their total lack of customer service and unsavory business practices.

Product was misrepresented by sales associate. I was told a specific chip would function in my Lowrance fish locator by Factory Outlet Store sales representative. When chip arrived, it did not. I called to get instructions to return product, received no help from the operator, I was told she would send me instructions via email, which I never received. When I did, on my own, locate return form, I read they hit you up with a 15% process fee plus the actual cost of shipping. I feel, as I was misled on the product, they owe me for the cost I paid to return item AND reimburse me the money they withheld from my credit.

Ordered 2 pairs of Muck gardening slippers on 3/29 with 5-7 day delivery. Contacted on 4/4/2017 to check on shipping status. Got a reply that the product was on national back order and they expected availability by mid-April. Thought I was dealing with Muck Boots direct, but later found out is was this outfit.

Checked again on 4/14 as on of the pairs was for a Birthday gift. Was again told that there was still a National back order and they may have the items by the end of April. The same afternoon I received a phone call from someone (heavy India accent?) claiming to be from the company with an offer of something to make up for late delivery. Sounded like some of the typical Scam calls... hung up.

Canceled the order with FactoryOutletStore and went directly to the Muck Boot site. Placed the order with them and received the shipment within 5 days.

SOOOO much for National back order. Deal direct with factory, not someone that doesn't have direct access to the product!

I am guilty of NOT doing my research, and so I have to leave this review because these guys ripped me off said they had something they didnt and I paid for next day air. They lied as it wasnt in stock. There for I paid 70.00 for nothing. When I called them. They didnt care!
Will NEVER use them again, and am currently on the 6th review, I will find every source to make some sort of small stink possibly!
RIPP OFF!

My first order was canceled because I used ny husbands credit card but my information. I fully understand the order was canceled for security reasons. However, the money went thru the bank 6 days after the cancellation so I call... then it was voided.

So, I place a second order on my card and my information. It was canceled. I have been given 3 different phone numbers on 3 different occasions to call to find out why my order was canceled. All phone numbers are wrong, all of them wrong. The numbers given were *******161, *******141 and *******180. I wrote them down. I may never know why it was cancelled because, quite frankly, I am tired of trying. Customer service is the worst I've ever dealt with ever! I'm not a person to complain but this is Nonsense!

Ordered new battery, received used and defective. The battery died suddenly on the day after I received. The seal on the end of the battery indicating it is "new" was missing. I charged it again and the battery discharged the phone call.

Attempting to use PayPal for a purchase from Factory Outlet was misprocessed. Calling the customer Service to correct the error was done over the phone without any change to the fixing the problem. Returning the item cost a return shipping fee and 15% restocking. Is any of this customer friendly?

This is a disreputable bordering on Deliberate Dishonest Company. I purchased a Garmin GPS from them. It came with missing items and no charging cable. I have called them several times, and either I am put on hold and disconnected, or I am given the run around. I have also emailed them several times, and either I do not get a reply, or they reply something that has absolutely no bearing on the problem. My last email to them was that unless within ten days I receive the missing items or a prepaid shipping container to send the merchandise back to them, I was going to dispute the charge with VISA.

Tip for consumers:
DO NOT DO BUSINES WITH THIS COMPANY

They claimed the headset I bought was compatible with the base I already had on the website and it took me over a month to try to pair it when I finally called for technical support and they made me call ATT corporate and they informed me it was not compatible. When i called to request a return, the customer service rep hung up on me when I asked to speak to a supervisor since it was over 30 days for a return. Do not trust what is listed on this website.

I ordered a car charger for my Samsung Galaxy 6 Active. The website stated it was in stock, and would ship in 2-5 business days. When trying to check my order number, it said no such order number existed. I called to inquire, and was told the item was on backorder. I asked why I was not notified of this and was told hundreds of items are on backorder. They then sent a backorder email. The agent on the phone said 7-10 days, yet there was no time frame in the email. Luckily my card has not yet been charged.

I paid $96 for an item to be overnighted; I wasn't sure about the timing and how everything would process, so I called and spoke to a representative who insured me my item would be delivered on Monday, potentially Tuesday at the latest. I received it Wednesday. I called to ask for a refund in some capacity and I received nothing but hostility from multiple people at Factory Outlet. I was promised a call back from a Manager which I did not receive. The reps told me I was misinformed about my delivery timing by their employee and they have done nothing to right their wrong. I will absolutely not work with them again.

So when you order they will tell you what the item will cost you. You " buy it " and in a couple weeks they will charge your credit card another amount. Good luck trying to either get a hold of them or tell them the wrong price. I bought a battery from them. I think what they do is take the order and order from China so they don't have to keep inventory. It took 40 days for me to obtain my Makita Drill battery. I bought the battery for $28 and they charged me $35 for it and I was told it would be here in 5 days but it was really 40 days. DON'T BUY FROM THESE CROOKS

Don't use these shoddy company. Find another place that is reputable.

I ordered a specialized phone and was PROMISED 2 day shipping. Now, I find that I'm getting the product at the same time that it would have arrived without EXTRA shipping charges! I asked for a price adjustment, but was told they "could not do that". NEVER buy from this vendor! I've learned my lesson well!

I recently bought 2 Savi w720 devices. I had some technical issues come up when I tried to use them. I called Factory Outlet's customer service number. Turns out, they have no phone customer service, but after following the prompts they tell you to email them. When I emailed them, they told me to reach out to the manufacturer. Be aware, if you buy from Factory Outlet and have issues with the product, they will not provide ANY customer service or technical support. Id advises going somewhere else.

Ordered a honeywell filter pack of 4. They only sent 2 then said that was all I ordered then said to "check with my neighbors to see if they took them". I showed them the exact webpage on their site I ordered from and they still refused to acknowledge I should have received 4. Their customer service was a shame and kept sending me in a circle. I asked for a complete refund and they again sent me in circles to different departments and agents who all just denied everything. I then contacted PayPal, who have processed the original payment, sent PayPal my supporting documentation, and after about 60 days they ruled in my favor and gave me a full refund and charged it to Honeywell Factory Outlet. Without PayPal stepping up I never would have received a refund. Honeywell Factory Outlet is a ripoff. Get your honeywell parts elsewhere and avoid a big headache.

I ordered a mattress from serta not knowing that i was buying it from this organization. Based on my purchase and the fact that i have never gotten the product they have been giving me the run around about a refund. I continue to speak to Gary and Ivan in India who say they are researching the issue. I don't have a bed or my money. They are a horrible compnay.

I ordered an item on June 12th. It is traveling from Syosset NY - 30 miles away. 12 days later - it still isn't here. I have made 2 calls to customer service only to be sent a tracking link which does not work after the first call and the same non functioning tracking link after the second call but with a special workaround option. Now I know that the item was to have arrived yesterday with no clear idea of when I may receive it. Disappointing. Inefficient.

I purchased some cordless phones (2) from them. They arrived and one of them had no battery in it. And the adapter sent was not correct, it was for some other product. I contact them, and was told I had to ship it back at my expense, unless I provide photos to show the problem. I prompty sent the photos (3) and heard nothing. I contact them 2 more times before I got a return authorization. However, a return shipping label was not included. I contacted them 2 more times, and was told I had to send photos. I re-sent the photos and was told it will be another 24-48 hours before they decide. The phone reps are pleasant, but clearly there is a serious problem with their customer service. I am returning the entire order for a refund and will never deal with them again.
