Talked to their representative moments ago and assuming everything takes place as stated, I can not fault how they handled my defective item. This aspect of dealing with them deserves a minimum 4 stars. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because I never received return correspondence relative to my email inquiry to my defective product. Other than being on hold for a moderately long period of time they were very quick in a resolution to my problem.
2 different orders BOTH never came. Say they were delivered via their tracking, I emailed the customer service department they said they'd issue a refund, still have yet to see it. Multiple emails back and forth. Don't order!
. I called FactoryOutletstore.com to inquire as to how long it would be to receive a Garmin GPS device which was on backorder. I was transferred to a foreign call center, and was told they could ship the item by the end of this week. I thanked the agent for the information, and was about to hang up when he told me he could place the order over the phone. I indicated I would place it online, and he became defensive and told me it would take another week longer to ship. When I challenged him on why it takes longer to ship for an online order, he became more defensive. I told him "this doesn't make any sense". He immediately transferred my call to some 1-800 number which was for a company called Value Plus, an automated phone number for a Walmart gift card. I will never try to do business with this company again."
I ordered three pieces of luggage a month ago. I received the first one with confirmation of shipment after one week, called customer service about the other two. They said they were backordered and sent me an email to that effect. Yesterday, I received the second piece with the same result: called customer service who said the third piece was backordered and sent me an email. Said it should arrive by the end of the month. Had the Website indicated the luggage was backordered, I would have ordered elsewhere.
These are the stupidest people I have ever dealt with. Well my unit was defective ( not their fault) I call and opt to speak with a technical person that knows nothing at all. He tells me that he is going to ship me a box to return my item and will e-mail me the phone number of a technical person. Well none of that happened, my window to return the item was ready to expire so I call for a RMA number and the guy tells me that they don't send boxes for returns so I verify my e-mail address to find out the bozo that was supposed to send boxes changed it to be wrong. I know it was right when I purchased the item because I got all of the correspondence. One month has lapsed and all I have is headaches.
Stay away from this company if you want to maintain your sanity. Horrible experience. Charged my credit card twice and then sent an email requesting a copy of a photo ID and the back of the credit card to authorize the order. They claimed they only charged it once and they need the authorization to release the order. Customer service appears to be overseas and is very rude and unhelpful. Ended up canceling the order.
Ordered ATT CLP******* Cordless Handset phones 04/01/2023 on line, rcvd 1 phone on 04/07/23 via DHL, only rcvd 1 phone waited a couple of days waiting for the additional phones. When they didn't arrive contacted customer service and advised what happened. Had to submit a picture of the small box I received was advise it would take up to 5 days for the to check with DHL & Warehouse. My question what was the issue the tracking number was on the package, they could see it on the picture I sent, they knew they only sent the one package but no one seem to care. Had to call back 5 days later and request either the rest of the phones or a refund. Was advised a manager would contact me for the next step. Today received the call advising they were sending the rest of the phones, mind you via post office, not DHL even though it was their fault.

I purchased though the toll free number because the size for my replacement part was not listed. As a result the incorrect heads were sent to me. After I tried to install the replacement heads I found them to be the wrong size. I called the factory outlet to make them aware of the mistake of sending me the wrong Norelco heads. Unfortunately the salesman the second time was confused and had a hard time finding the heads I needed but suggested a different part which might fit, and would cost more. I refused since I lost faith in the factory outlets ability to get the correct part. I am requesting the full amount of $ 29.95 which was charged to my Visa card since the error was on your part.
As a result they returned only part of my charge amount and took 15% off. I would not deal with this company in the future and not recommend this company to anyone.
Tired to purchase a new TV that was on sale. Before completing the online sale I chatted with customer service to be sure it was being shipped from the US. I was told it was in stock and would ship from New York. They advertise same day shipping but since I ordered it on a Saturday I expected it to ship on Monday. They called me Monday morning to verify the order and told me it would ship that day and to expect it in 2-5 days. On Wednesday there was no tracking information available online so I contacted them and was told that it was back ordered and couldn't tell me when or it might be in stock again so I cancelled the order. Perhaps they should change from customer service to crappy customer service.
Bought 2 batteries for 2 phones and they would not hold a charge for a couple hours, factory outlet did send 2 more batteries but they didn't last more then a couple weeks before they wouldn't hold a charge for half a day with no use, just stand by. I already wasted more time then it was worth. Went to "Batteries Plus"
I placed my order with someone who barely spoke English. The order never arrived, no email confirmation. When I called they had the wrong email addresss and credit card number. They wanted my credit card number again.? I did not like the way the customer service agent was handling this call and after speaking with them my female intuition told me to cancel the order. There is something not so right about this company. When I ordered my Samsung battery from Samsung.com they told me they get complaints all the time from customers who never got the right stuff from this company and ordered from Samsung. Be careful--- and spend a few more bucks with a legitimate company for peace of mind.

I did a search on their web-site for 2 line phones and bought a phone that popped up amongst all kinds of 2-line phones. Ordered it and opened the box and it's just a 1-line phone. Called the company and told them why it came up as a 2-line phone among my search and their comment was it was my fault and no shipping costs would be reimbursed or label dispatched and I wouldn't get credit back until this was recieved... so never order from them again!
Liars, thieves, rip off professionals.
I only wish I knew of these reviews before I made my purchase.
My credit card has withdrawn the money for the Raymarine purchase I made because the equipment purchased will NOT work. I'm waiting for a resolution to the dispute.

The only regret I have with customer satisfaction reviews is that there is no ZERO.
This is the third twin Aerobed I am purchasing. The first had a hole which I could not find. This first one lasted a year and a half. The second one, which I brough in May, eight months ago, now has a slow leak. This second one had to be returned because there was a baffle problem. The Customer Service was very helpful in handling the return and replacement. This third bed I am purchasing, I hope will last at least a year.
FactoryOutletStore sent me the wrong replacement battery twice, first as FactoryOutletStore, then as BatteryMonster. The second time, the customer service rep told me to throw away the battery and that they would credit me. When I called a few days later to check, someone else told me they wouldn't credit me unless they received the battery they sent me because they claimed I ordered the wrong battery. When I asked for a manager, they left me on hold and never answered the phone. This is the last time I will be doing business with them and I would encourage others to go elsewhere as these people don't honor their commitments.
Update: I finally got another customer service person who was very accommodating. He went ahead and credited me and I sent back he wrong battery. (Was the right thing to do).
My 92-year old father ordered a set of portable phones from this company and we never even opened the box... I tried to return or even exchange it for something he could use and they flat out told me that because of the Coronavirus they could only take back items that are broken or that you want to exchange but not because it was ordered by mistake... Really? So I asked to exchange it?! But that was refused because it wasn't damaged? I would NEVER purchase anything from this company when you can buy from Amazon and return or exchange items easily and efficiently...
Bought what I thought was a new phone... it had phone numbers from a previous owner on it and wouldn't work properly. They told me it was my fault? And that for an extra 10.00 I could of had a brand new phone... I sure didn't see THAT option when I ordered! Stay away!
I ordered some pre-filters for my HVAC system and when I put in the information, they looked correct and said they were correct, but the weren't. When I called in the guy kept asking me for the code numbers and when I told him he said, "No that is not correct you don't understand!" Very rudely! He kept talking over me, so when I tried to explain he couldn't hear me. Now I have to pay a restocking fee of 15% and full shipping. What a joke. I understand shipping but a restocking fee for something I didn't even pull out of the package. Bad customer service and I will not use them again for anything!
My cell phone battery died and I ordered two batteries from these people. They were half charged when I got them and when I tried to charge them they wouldn't recharge. Discovered they were used batteries they charged up halfway. I am waiting for new ones they are going to send but haven't had a cell phone for two weeks. Never again!
This is a fake site. Do not order anything from them. Even their positive reviews are fake. Once you order and NOT receive your order there is no way to contact them. You will only get a prewritten blah blah blah from them. I lost $74.00. Please please don't loose your money and don't believe the positive reviews.

I ordered a gps watch on Dec. 22 paid for 2 day shipping - item was backordered. Once available, they took three days to ship it. Then the shipping is two days. I will never order from them again. Also, they couldn't get my gift card to work. It wasn't worth the savings. And I still do not have the watch.
I received a $500- gift for my birthday. It wasn't what I was looking for. I requested a return for it. I received the return paperwork and not only do I have to pay for the return, but also fork over a 15% restocking fee. This will cost me roughly $100- for nothing! However, if I wanted to exchange it, I would only have to pay for shipping. I was told that my wife ordered this as a birthday gift and the customer service rep said she should have known what I wanted. He didn't understand that a gift is supposed to be a surprise! Finally, after reviewing the cost of their products in comparison to buying directly from the manufacturer, they charge more than the manufacturer!
Ordered a Legend headset end of last year, received the headset but had to back order the case. Now here it is the middle of March no case and have tried 3 times to chat with someone finally named James, but it is still on back order, no idea when I will receive it OR if I ever will. Don't buy from this company unless you have a LOT of time!

At the end of my purchase, I was offered a $20:00 instant cash back now if I would call *******048. When I called, I was told that I could get another $20:00 cash back if I accepted a certain promotion. When I stated that I only wanted the $20:00 offer at the end of my purchase, I was told that both $20:00 offers we're linked together and one could not be given without the other. Of course I did not take the offer because I thought that this was a cheap ploy for me to buy something that I did not want. I think the $20:00 offer should be honored without any strings. I was very disappointed. That was not good at all. J
Ordered an OEM Dell battery replacement for a laptop. Battery snapped in correctly, but would not charge or allow computer to turn on. I filled out paperwork for a replacement and sent back. 2 Weeks later I received a PayPal refund instead and they kept a restocking fee and shipping shorting my refund for almost $12.
UPDATE:
They are now refunding shipping fee and restock fee they kept after I reached out again.
Bought a BackBeat go2 from this place. Brand New it said in their online store. I got it about a week later. The factory seal was broken. The box was tattered they way they are after everything is removed from them and then stuffed back in. Before I opened it I could clearly see through the plastic window on the box to the product inside and the tray holding it. The tray was all stained and though it was black in color the stain was gray. Like the tray had been outside the box for a long time before being replaced. It looked like it had been contaminated with something, but the outside of the box was not discolored at all. It is obvious this company is selling used and returned items as new. Caveat Emptor! Buyers beware! PS: When I called it was obviously a boiler room phone center over seas. The person was hard to understand and the phone connection was umbearable.
