Talked to their representative moments ago and assuming everything takes place as stated, I can not fault how they handled my defective item. This aspect of dealing with them deserves a minimum 4 stars. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because I never received return correspondence relative to my email inquiry to my defective product. Other than being on hold for a moderately long period of time they were very quick in a resolution to my problem.

2 different orders BOTH never came. Say they were delivered via their tracking, I emailed the customer service department they said they'd issue a refund, still have yet to see it. Multiple emails back and forth. Don't order!

I purchased a replacement battery for Bosch tool. They sent the wrong battery. When I called them to get the right one, they told me they wouldn't send another as they had already sent one and it was MY FAULT for ordering the wrong one! I told them that I ordered the right one but they didn't care. Cost me $20. To ship the old one back for a refund. Lousy company to deal with.

I ordered my fridge filter april 5th. On april 25th the post office messed up and sent it back. Since then it has been nothing but headache. I have emailed and called and chatted with them multiple times. I just spoke with them again today and they told me they still haven't recieved my product back or the warehouse hasn't said they have anyways and therefore cannot refund my money nor resend my product. I will never do business with them again.

Tip for consumers:
Don't! Find it elsewhere.

Products used:
I ordered the filter for my samsung refrigerator. Never recieved it to be able to use.

This outfit sucks. I ordered a shaver that had a 30 satisfaction guarantee from Panasonic which said to return to the place of purchase for a FULL REFUND if I didn't want for any reason. They refused to honor the guarantee and wanted to charge a return fee of 15% PLUS the cost of shipping it to me in the first place. This is certainly not a full refund. Their customer service basically told me too bad, if I didn't like it I could call Panasonic since it was their guarantee. I would never buy anything from them again.

I placed an order at FactoryOutletStore.com on 1/21/15.7 days later, I receive an email saying that I need to call them for verification - 7 days! The order say in their system for 7 days before any action was taken on it. I canceled the order and placed the order on amazon for less money.

Tip for consumers:
Don't order from them if you want timely service.

Unfortunately bought a Fish Finder from this rip off place, was fooled by the "Google Trusted Store" A Rating for both shipping and Service which as you can tell by the numerous complaints here are complete BS.
You have to pay for return shipping on a defective product, which is probably the only place on the planet that does that still. So I can spend another $20 shipping the product back then if I receive another dud I am stuck with sending it back again at my cost, so could be a never ending death loop.
Best thing to do is to completely avoid this trap and do NOT buy anything from this company.

I am still a bit wary of ordering some things online, but this is my 2nd experience with this site and I am quite pleased with the site experience, the products I've ordered, the deals that are offered, and the speed with which I received by orders. I called and spoke to a c/s person who was very helpful in providing me with the product # I needed to be compatible with the products I had previously ordered. I use ebates.com to get to this site and I save even more.

I have been shopping for several months for a five handset Vtech home phone system. They aren't available in stores. This system can be linked with my cell phone. It's exactly what I've been looking for.

I really wish I had read these reviews before I placed my order. They shipped me the wrong item, when I called they said it was a problem with the warehouse and would call me back before the end of the day. They did not call and when I called back they put me on hold forever, I guess they thought I would hang up. They SUCK, do not do business with these people.

I purchased 2 portable phone batteries for my AT&T phone on Oct 25,2013.
While the service was good, the batteries were TERRIBLE, lasting only about 6 weeks, whereas batteries I have purchased from other sites lasted about a year.
There's something wrong here.
DON'T buy portable phone batteries from factoryoutletstore.com, period!

I ordered a Braun 90S@ 129.95 on 5/19/17 (have their invoice confirmation). I received a Braun 92S (replacement part) advertised on their site on 5/23@ $99.95. I called and asked for a credit of $30.00, and the customer service person said she could not do that. I asked for a supervisor, she said that one would call back---no call yet. (Note: the 92S can be purchased from a major seller at $20 less) I would not recommend using this firm..

Website said in stock on a part that was on a national backorder I became suspicious and contacted them immediately after reading bad reviews and they admitted that they did not have part in stock I will never do business with them again!

I ordered a Garmin Depth finder from them on a Friday and paid with Paypal. Checked my email on Monday looking for shipping information and saw I had an email to contact them. When I called they said the order had been canceled because I didn't contact them quick enough. Went to reorder the depth finder and the website showed the same price but when I put it in the cart the price was $80.00 higher. Called and complained and tried to get them to honor original price and they wouldn't.

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL! Bought a scanner, GPS Antenna, programming cable from them. Had it for 1 ONE night, didn't do what it was supposed to do, so I returned it! Financed through BREAD, and owe $123.88 for NOTHING! They say it's a 15% restocking fee! I think I want that job; unpack, put on shelf= $123.88!
PURE SCAM COMPANY!
Called "customer care" who kept calling me SIR! I'm a ms.! PS, the "customer care" is in India!
Did I mention scam?

I searched for the best bluetooth car speaker, factory outlet store offer returns and that is why I decided to pay a little bit more for it. It wasvery easy to order, checkout and I got priority shipping for $3.95!

Ordered a replacement battery for my garmin

They took my payment with ease, I received no tracking number for my order. The following week I call to get my tracking order and my order has been canceled for unknown reasons... it's been several days with no refund in sight. I guess I'll have to go through my CC company to get my money back.

Spend the extra few bucks and go through the manufacturer.

I went through Hewlett Packard's site to ordered a battery, and they redirected me to FactoryOutlet's site, then I ordered a battery for my HP Laptop. I was given a date of 2-5 business days for delivery. Upon checking through tracking the item, it has been sitting in Fayetteville NC for over a week, and I was told it could not be delivered to the Post Office in my area. The Post Office states they could delivery it but it is their call in Fayetteville. I have asked for a refund, but was told I had to wait another 10 days. I have not item, and have to jump through hoops to get my money...

if the message is good, then the site is good

I ordered 6 replacement batteries making sure the numbers matched my existing battery. The batteries I received were a different number and MaH, wouldn't fit the phone. I called and they said I could return for a refund. Then when I started the refund process they charged me a return percentage and the original shipping. Plus I paid the return shipping. So I still paid $21.96, that's the $14.96 plus approx $7 I paid to return. All this for batteries that I don't have now. Of the original payment I made of $32.65, my return credit was only $17.69. So they got the batteries back plus $14.96. So very wrong, I even included a long explanation with my return saying they sent me the wrong batteries, but apparently that didn't matter. Avoid this place!

I ordered on Jan 31 and finally received a message that the order was sent to UPS on Feb 13. Two days later and the battery I ordered is still in NY, with no movement in two days. I ordered directly from HP, but they apparently shunted me off to FactoryOutletStore. I am going to complain directly to HP. This is unconscionable.

I ordered a navigation chip for my GPS. And they talked me into getting a screen protector for my GPS. They told me I was going to get it next day. I had a wait longer than I expected. And they sent me the wrong chip. Then I opened up the screen protector and it wasn't even for my GPS. The only good thing is that they refund my money for my chip. I just realized the screen protector was wrong I'm not even going to waste my time calling them

Made a purchase and three minutes later called to cancel it because of high shipping charges. Webpage touted free shipping but tacked on $47 dollars ship charges on bill. No where on the order page could I find the shipping policy or link stating Hawaii was excluded. Rep stated she would cancel it and I would receive an email the next day. Next day email said order was placed and not canceled. Customer rep now said it was too late to cancel but I could return the $23 water filter but would be charged $47 plus 15% restocking and also that there was no record of my call canceling the order. Filed a complaint with the FTC.

Tip for consumers:
If you google an item it takes you directly to the order page. Go first to the Home page and read the terms and policy for exceptions and returns.

Ordered a mattress in April. Told they would make me a new one and ship within one week. 3 months later I still do not have a mattress. They do not give you a tracking number. They have told me the trucking company has the mattress. Trucking company tells me they have not received it. Factory outlet keeps telling me they do. Supervisors are always in meeting and unavailable. They keep telling me the trucking company has the bed and I receive an email this morning telling me that my bed has been made and delivered to the delivery company. They have told me at least 6 times over the last 6 weeks that it is with the delivery company. It is nt w0rth doing business with them. It also seems that I have talked to the same customer service rep several times and he has a different name each time.

Ordered a feeder, solar panel, and battery 6 days ago and it still hasnt shipped I'm pissed should have got it on Amazon or Jet. I can't believe a reputable company Like Moultrie would let something this continue to happen.

They took a long time to ship the battery. When the battery came it was not the battery I ordered. It was not even close to the battery I ordered. They told me to ship it back, which I did. Then they said the right battery was back ordered. So I canceled the order. They refused to refund $12.90 I spent on shipping it back, that was completely their fault. I did not get help when I called customer service. Very unprofessional. Will never do business with this company again. I suggest you stay away.

Bought a refurbished Garmin GPS with lifetime maps and traffic. When I went to update the maps, I had issues. Garmin said it was never registered with them for lifetime maps. They exchanged (made me pay the shipping) it for me but the new one had exactly the same problem. I called them and they said they would let me exchange it for another model. I shipped it again. I gave them another model to exchange for. It has now been 5 weeks since they received the 2nd bad one and I still have nothing. I have called them 5 times in 5 weeks and they say that they are shipping this week (again). STAY AWAY!

Marketed as Plantronics charger cradle, but is actually spare part for a charging cradle? Great ripoff! You'll never see me as a customer again, thanks for the good misleading screw-job, great way to ripoff customers!
If you want to be screwed blued and tattooed and pay for it twice buy from the store and get RIPPED OFF!
