Talked to their representative moments ago and assuming everything takes place as stated, I can not fault how they handled my defective item. This aspect of dealing with them deserves a minimum 4 stars. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because I never received return correspondence relative to my email inquiry to my defective product. Other than being on hold for a moderately long period of time they were very quick in a resolution to my problem.

2 different orders BOTH never came. Say they were delivered via their tracking, I emailed the customer service department they said they'd issue a refund, still have yet to see it. Multiple emails back and forth. Don't order!

Company states that replacement products are intended for listed equipment. Dyson air filters in this case. Product shipped was 20% too small. Company will not accept returns or offer any refund if you fail to notify them with an arbitrary and non competitive 30 day period.

Tip for consumers:
Buy elsewhere.

Bait and switch advertising! There website shows a 120 night comfort guarantee on every single page -- however, they don't actually offer this. It's only 30 days for the majority of their mattresses. Now they refuse to honor what was advertised.

Tip for consumers:
Buyer beware -- read the FAQs and small print despite what they tell you on the phone pre-order or what they advertise on their product pages.

Bought a smart watch which arrived damaged, I wanted to return which was painful. I emailed maybe 4 times before anyone responded. I finally returned the item signed for delivery which I have confirmation of, I've called/emailed etc and they just keep ignoring me or saying it hasn't yet come to the warehouse. It's now 3 months later and still no refund.

Now looking at the website I should've known, they're total scammers, stay away, it'll cost you more in hassle than buying from elsewhere.

I can't waste any more time describing how this Company wasted so much of my time. Suffice it please to say that their live agent service is disgraceful. I was unnecessarily transferred and excessively kept holding. When finally I was attended to the Agent could not have been less helpful unless she actually disconnected me.

Ordered a roof rack system over the phone. Item came in 3 days as promised but the wrong foot kit.
Contacted their bogus offshore customer service department to get correct kit shipped overnight as I needed it the next day. They stated it was my fault because I ordered the wrong part number. Sad excuse because I didn't order by part number, I simply told them the model car I had. Their sales person did the rest. It went downhill from there. Ended up having to buy the correct part directly from the manufacture for an additional $75 plus shipping.
There is way more too it but it's not worth wasting another minute of time on these jokers.

I placed an order on Monday because they claimed delivery will be 2-5 business days. I tracked the package today (Wed) and courier shows 10 days delivery time. Called customer service but all they can do is tell me to call back after I receive the package so they can issue return authorization. Gee, I wonder how smoothly that will go... Should've went with my gut feeling about this site and ordered somewhere else. Now I don't have a Christmas present for my husband.

Ordered a replacement battery for a HTC phone, battery lasted less than 3 months. OEM that was on the way out continues to work better than there knock-off junk.
30 warranty is all they offer, customer care agent was bloody rude. If you want junk buy from them. I know I'm done!

I ordered batteries twice for my Droid X2. Neither will hold a charge for 24 hours. If you actually use the phone or text, it's dead in about 4 hours. They must be selling old shelf batteries or used. DO NOT BUY from them!

If you need a phone, I'd recommend any place other than this. Horrible rude customer service. They could not find my order number after my never receiving a receipt. Item had supposedly been shipped via Fed Ex yet Fed Ex says item appeared to be in their system for a couple of days then disappeared. All points show it was never shipped. Tried to get help from customer service but after being put on hold for nearly half an hour, was rudely dismissed and told to wait a few days.

Stay away from AT&T factory outlet store

The information provided was not geared toward honesty. If they gave all the facts nobody would buy Magellan Triton 1500.
It turns out, it first came out on Sept. 14,2004! This is 2018! That's 14 years old!
This model will not work with current computers.
After finding out the facts, they think it's okay to charge a restocking fee!
They should refund the charges in full and hang their heads in shame for being so low.

Ordered a gps with North America and Canada and free life time map updates. Did not have either. Sending back for refund. Will see if they charge 15% percent for restocking. I have to pay return postage.

I ordered a Wahl product. Nice deal. They shipped it without my apartment number. My last name is "Johnson" so far too many for easy delivery without an apartment number. There are 400 units here, who in the world will know who it belongs to? No one. Bottom line, they will not take responsibility. They have given me many reasons why they can't reship with the full address, why it happened, how many more days I need to wait to see if it shows up, etc. Today I'm told, since it appears to have been delivered somewhere, I'll need to wait until their investigation is complete. Ha! They can't cancel my order and refund me because it was shipped! No resolve! Maggie.

DO NOT purchase from them. The price might look right, but the customer service is horrific. Automated emails with no response. Call center puts you on hold for extended period then tells you that you will get a follow up email within 24 hours which, does not happen. They charge you then weeks later tell you that your order is back-ordered. I have emails to back my statements. Will never order from them again and suggest that you don't. Spend the few extra dollars and actually get your product from a different seller. Gave it a 1 because 0 stars was not an option

Bought replacement cordless phone battery from this company and they sent the wrong model batt that does not work with my phone. I emailed asking that they send what I ordered and you'd think they'd figure, oops, our mistake and the battery you ordered is on the way. Nope. Instead, I received a form letter email that included a complicated return policy requiring more effort than the battery is worth. So will chalk it up to "got me" but will never buy anything from them again and strongly recommend that anyone considering buying from them go elsewhere. Sure their prices are cheap but buying from them is a gamble that you'll actually receive what you order.

Like other reviews their customer service is terrible to non-existent. Ordered a 4.3 GPS and clicked on accessories which brought up 6 or 8 other items. Ordered a dash mount and carrying case, assuming they were for this item, but both were for smaller units and unusable. When called and told them of their mistake the only recourse was to send it back and reorder, but no one knew what I was to reorder. Not only did they want me to pay shipping to return but a 15% restocking fee that was not even mentioned on their site say 30 days to return. Stay away from this vendor they are very misleading and unprofessional.

Needed authentic samsung cables for s10e. Ordered 3 4 ft charging cables at their recommendation. I received 2 broken cables, both scratched, used, dirty, one connector completely crushed. That one also had exposed wires. To their benefit, they did say they would refund me, so that's good. But they better get a handle on their warehouse people because they sent me garbage, literally.

The filters I received were nothing like the manufactures filter and would not fit in my unit even though their advertising claimed it to be an equal quality replacement. Returning their miss represented replacements cost me another $16.16 in UPS costs and a 15% restocking charge. They finally refunded about half the amount leaving me $40 poorer and no filter. Would not recommend this company to anyone. I plan to report them Interstate Commerce Commission

I ordered a battery for my little cell phone and still haven't received it 24 days later. They said it was "lost" and is "no longer in stock". They could've notified me of that weeks ago, but now I have to start from scratch to find one!

Would not buy from them again. Sold me garmin GPS running watch and told me it was compatible with bike cadence counter. It's not. I returned whole order ($200) for refund but was refunded only $150. Their return information is buried -- and not even displayed on their order confirmation form. (UGH). So they got me for a 15% restocking fee as that's in their terms and conditions -- but they also charged me $15 as cost of shipping -- which is excessive for this small package. Since they sold me incompatible components, I think they should eat these charges and refund entire amount.

Sent wrong item despite having right item on packing slip. Customer service is largely people whose first language is not English and if you have an "ebay" order which does not come with an "order number" that makes it even worse. I did not discover the problem until after 30 days and they refuse to do anything about it on that basis despite it obviously being there mistake.

Fishy e-commerce site. The only reason i bought from them is because it shows item was in stock. 3 weeks after it still have not shipped yet without any communication from them. I emailed their customer service and they said item is now back ordered. Website still says item in stock. I tried to cancel my order and they give me the run around, asking to wait for another 7-10 days. I doubt it will arrive, money down the drain. Ridiculous! I'd stick with amazon next time.

Ordered several phones for the office. We never got the items. They claimed it was shipped out and delivered by FedEx. Neither one claims any responsibility. Called numerous times to complain but problem was never resolved by either party.
Both scammers.

Their web site gives power adapter PA-21 for a Dell 13-7359. The plug on the adapter received is twice the size as the female receiver on the computer. Upon calling customer service, I believe I reached a call center in India. Once we could communicate somewhat, she said the unit I received is correct. Then she suggested I plug it in to see if it charges. I explained it is twice the size and will not fit. She then suggested sending another duplicate to me. I finally got her to accept a return. Of course even though they made the mistake, I need to pay $6 in shipping.

Two issues, one with Garmin and the other with the FactoryOutletStore. Garmin has major differences on models but are so close in name you can get confused. That was the root of the issue. Returning the refurbished item will cost me dearly. The device was extremely uncooperative doing the updates and the instructions weren't even close.
Between the shipping and restocking fee I would be better off donating this to a non-profit. If I return it because it is neither what I wanted or its technical difficulties I would end up with the same unit. This company has you coming and going.

Tip for consumers:
Fully read the return policy, it states openly 30 day returns but you have to read the details to learn it is not free.

Deception all the way. I thought I was purchasing muck shoes from a muck shoe company -- nowhere did it say factoryoutletstore.com until I got an email receipt. Thank you, google, for allowing these fraudsters to purchase the number one spot on your search engine. Shoes do not fit and they are immediately making it impossible to return them, though if I ship to a NY address I will have a tracking number and this will help with the disputation I have begun with my credit card company. I have learned from this expensive mistake and additionally will be contacting my state office of consumer affairs.
