Talked to their representative moments ago and assuming everything takes place as stated, I can not fault how they handled my defective item. This aspect of dealing with them deserves a minimum 4 stars. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because I never received return correspondence relative to my email inquiry to my defective product. Other than being on hold for a moderately long period of time they were very quick in a resolution to my problem.

2 different orders BOTH never came. Say they were delivered via their tracking, I emailed the customer service department they said they'd issue a refund, still have yet to see it. Multiple emails back and forth. Don't order!

I should have returned the batteries when they arrived, because they were advertised as Dewalt batteries not knockoffs. They lasted 3 months then died. Called the company and they refused to refund or send replacements. When you sell crap, you can't make it right or you would go out of business. Don't buy from them. I tried to upload a pic of the receipt but your system wouldn't accept the jpg it asked for.

I ordered a computer battery which said I should recieve it in a few days. I did not hear anything from them. I called to check on it because the info online said waiting for shipping and was told it was on backorder. No message from them I had to call for info. I was told it would be back in stock on a certain day... that date came and left. I called again and was told it is still on backorder it should be available next week and I should recieve it the following week. I requested a refund! Yes they have had my money for almost a MONTH. Do not do business with these people. The phone people are all foreign, they tell you to wait a minute and leave you just sitting there with no reply, worst customer service I have ever had. BUYER BE WARE!

I ordered six Honeywell filters 20" by 25" by 4" Merv Rating 13, cost $220.77. I received six generic, cheap filters with no Merv rating. I made six phone calls to customer service; I was put through a loop of passing me around from one department to another. I changed my tactics and called to place an order; this person got me trough to returns but the person hung up on me. I had to call my credit card company and file a dispute; I'm in waiting to see if they succeed in giving me credit. In the mean time, I received an email from this garbage company; with instructions on how to return their garbage product. Here's the added insult to injury. The return email instructs that I will return the merchandize at my expense; in addition, they will deduct from my refund their cost of sending me the product, plus a 15% handling fee. SAVE YOUR MONEY - THIS IS NOT AN ETHICAL COMPANY

I ordered a powered Garmin 396LMT-S mount for my second motorcycle by searching on the FactoryOutletStore.com web site under Garmin 396LMT-S accessories and ordered the mount that came up. After receiving it, i realized that it didn't fit my GPS and the 396LMT-S was not included on the list of devices that it was compatible with so i returned it. After many e-mail message exchanges, i was finally able to reach someone on the phone and he verified that there is an error on their web site so he waived the 15% restocking fee but still charged me for shipping even though the initial shipping was free and i paid the return shipping. I will never do business with them again. Buyer beware.

I ordered a cleaning system for my Norelco 9850 rotary razor. There were 2 models listed, with one $10 more which stated very clearly, "Dries Shaver After Each Cycle." When my shaver wasn't being dried, I called Norelco factory support and they ran through some diagnostics with me then let me know that the model that I had did NOT have the dryer function.

I bought a Simmons Beautyrest Mattress from the. It was the best deal I could find on it and it was delivered for no charge. I live in a somewhat remote area. There was a delay due to backlog and they offered me some pillows to apologize for the delay. I was concerned about making a large purhase over the internet but it couldn't have gone better. I would definately order from them again.

Purchased ($89.95) an 'instant download' for a Garmin GPS on Sunday. No download arrived and when I called was told the l 'email team' doesn't work Sundays! Come Monday morning, no download-called and no resolution, he would contact email teamnto troubleshoot. No email yet... called afternoon and agent couldn't solve and said she'd turn over to email team. 2 hour after I called back, no download yet, and cancelled order.

I purchased a phone for $800. I sent it back for a full refund (is what I was told I would receive); that totaled $614. They said I put tape on the box and ruined it. I have been trying to get a refund every since the 15th of December. I did not need to tape the box, it was held at one end by the label that the company placed on it.

Tip for consumers:
The language accent is so thick, I had to keep asking, "what did you say?" The price is probably too good to be true - I don't think it's worth the bother. You're on hold too long.

I made a mistake and only purchased a headset when I needed the base too. I asked if I could just purchase the base, which of course they don't sell, or return the headset for a refund. I was told they won't take it back because of Covid19. I said that wasn't clearly stated or made readily obvious on the website. She told me they "just updated" it on their FAQ page. Wouldn't you think something that important should be posted on the front page and inside every order? I think it's awful to use Covid as a way to rip people off.

I travel full time and do a lot of purchasing online. I ordered a battery for my cell phone from them and of course my billing address is different from my shipping address. I placed the order by phone and the person who took the order never said this would be a problem. An hour after placing the order someone called to verify the address. I confirmed it. They said they would ship, but they didn't ship. They sent me an email to call them. I did. They said they couldn't ship to a different address than my billing address, and they couldn't expedite the order in time to get it to me before I left for my next job assignment. They canceled my order. Wasted my time. I gave up and ordered what is probably an inferior product from Amazon, but they gave me a guaranteed delivery date. I recommend not buying from this company.

They suck. They sold me the wrong phone and told me to contact them. The only reason they do this is to try to convince you that they sold you the right phone. They smooze a bit and if you tell them that they are wrong they tell you to call samsung and give you the number, if you argue any further they will then hang up on you. When you request to speak to a supervisor-they will ask you in a hard to hear and understand-their telephone and mics suck, i couldn't hear them nor could i understand their foreign language reps. I'm not prejudice i love all people but the accents are way to heavy and the phone system sucks maybe i would be able to understand a bit more if i could hear them better -at least.the ad says one thing and what they sell you is not what you paid for. I will ad details to this report at another time.

Company failed to ship ordered product. Wanted me to contact my credit card company to file a claim. Wanted pictures so aid in warehouse investigation. Wanted me to do all the work and have credit card company pay for it. Investigation completed and a reshipment was sent. Once the product was reshipped and received one month later, it was used. Called back with pictures of used product received and got my 200th apology. They are sending a return label and now going to credit my credit card. They will not reship a new product and are claiming they will provide a credit. Do not buy or do business with this company.

Do NOT do business with Factory Outlet Shop! On Dec 6,2019 I ordered two pair of air pods with expected delivery in 5-10 business days. On Dec 17th I emailed to inquire on shipping status since I had received no communication from Factory Outlet Shop (however they immediately processed my payment on Dec 7th). I was told by Dan (via email) the customer happiness specialist that it was a quite busy period and I should rest assured they would try to fulfill my order before Christmas. On Dec 20th I emailed "Dan" and received an automated message that they were closed for the holidays and would return January 6,2020. I emailed to cancel my order since it would serve no purpose to get the products AFTER Christmas. Today is January 9,2020 and I've received no response, no products and no refund. This company is not reputable despite their alleged 10,000+ 5 star reviews!

DO NOT USE THEM!

I ordered a FF and was told it was in stock and should arrive within 5-7 business days. After 10 days I called and was told I will have it next week. On tues i called again and they told me the unit was on backorder after I was told it was in stock and should have a tracking number. After many calls and being put on hold for like 10 minutes i canceled the order. Do not do business with them they will lie. I will never shop there again!

Wish I had read the reviews of this business prior to ordering my Panasonic phones with no response from them. Waited 6 days after placing my order to contact them, only to find out that the model I wanted was back ordered for another month or so. Their website still shows the item as "In Stock".
After reading nothing but negative reviews, I'm going to keep a vigilant eye out to make sure they don't charge my credit card in spite of me canceling my order!
Don't know how or why they're still in business!

Tip for consumers:
This site is as dishonest as one can get. Even after telling the rep on the phone that they are being dishonest, she politely denies it without any further clarification. Then, after asking why their website continues to show the item as in stock when she’s just told me that it’ll be another month before it is in stock, she digs in her heels and repeats that they’re not dishonest.
I can only assume they’ve been coached by team Trump!

None, item back ordered. Website continues to show item as “In Stock”.

I ordered a GPS device on Feb 7th. The shipping said "2-5 Business Days" for free. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, the item should have been delivered on Feb 14th (Valentine's Day). The item was delivered to FedEx on Feb 7th. That's when I found out the estimated delivery date was now Feb 18th. By the way, the 18th is now the 19th. I will never shop this site again. If I come up with any other issues, you can rest assured I will post those as well.
I now understand that this retailer does not respond to these posts. I wonder why?

The site would not process for 20 minutes after we were doing ordering and had all the information filled out. While filling out the information it kept kicking me out of the form and I had to reenter the fomr.

I purchased a Garmin GPS and the representative assured me that it would arrive in a certain amount of days after I provided my ZIP Code several times. Well it did not arrive in the time frame promised and I ended up having to buy another one while out on the road so this one I wanted to return. I called to ask them how I needed to return it and I was informed that I could no longer return anything due to the COVID-19 virus which does not show up on the website unless you look under the return policies tab. So not only do I have an item that I don't need, now I can't return it and they have my $375. I will never buy another product from these people. You should do what you say when you promise something or don't promise it.

I tried ordering a bluetooth headset but was told the next day it was on backorder with a delivery date a few days later then 2 days after the new delivery date I called customer service and was told that the product was still on backorder and wouldn't be able to ship until 9 more days then that I should buy a new one for twice the money and then they would ship immediately after three calls to c.s.and no satisfaction I canceled my order and bought the same thing from another site for more money but will not use the bait and switch on you

I have never had such a bad experience buying online. Ordered 6 refrigerator filters. They sent the wrong ones. When I went to change the filter 60 days later, it would not fit. I called them and asked for a refund or replacement of the correct filters. They refused to refund more than 3 of them, because it had been more than 30 days (even though they had never been unpacked). Not only that, but they refused to refund anything at all, but would only give me credit for other purchases. Then they told me that they DONT STOCK THE FILTERS I NEED! I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told that he was busy! These guys are crooks and I am out $300 for filters that I can not use. AVOID THESE PEOPLE!

I ordered a gps/fishfinder and the order got held up because my phone number area code didn't match my home address. He said he needed a landline number. I said no one has a fuc... landline anymore. Never had such a wasted experience in my life outside of marriage.

I purchased a GARM-NuviCam LMTHD-R that was defective. I had to pay the return shipping fee and asked for a replacement. They received it on a Monday (USPS tracking). They didn't respond. I called 8 days later. Bobby was very sarcastic on the phone and told me that they had refunded my money. He neglected to tell me that they had charged me $33 restock fee. I was unable to talk to a supervisor because "he is busy".

Do Not buy from these people! Their picture shows a Dewalt 18 volt battery. I ordered one. Today it showed up and it is Not a Dewalt battery. It has the colors of a Dewalt, but no Dewaly label, no 18 volt label, nothing but a cheap copy. If they were going to sell a replacement battery, they should Not show a picture of a Dewalt battery.
