Talked to their representative moments ago and assuming everything takes place as stated, I can not fault how they handled my defective item. This aspect of dealing with them deserves a minimum 4 stars. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because I never received return correspondence relative to my email inquiry to my defective product. Other than being on hold for a moderately long period of time they were very quick in a resolution to my problem.

2 different orders BOTH never came. Say they were delivered via their tracking, I emailed the customer service department they said they'd issue a refund, still have yet to see it. Multiple emails back and forth. Don't order!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Sent me the wrong vacuum belt and would not send me a return label after numerous attempts requesting a return slip.
Had to give them a one on rating as there is no way to give a zero.

5 DAYS AFTER ORDER IT WAS NOT SHIPPED. I COULD NOT CANCEL AS CS IS IN INDIA AND THEY DON'T HAVE THE ABILITY NOR EXPERTISE. WAIT TIMES ARE LONG AND THEY ANSWER JUST TO PUT YOU ON HOLD TO FOLL THE COMPANY THAT HIRED THEM. COULD NOT CANCEL AS THEY PUT THE APPROVAL ON THE CARD

Attempted to purchase several items using my paypal account and after over 1 hour of trying to resolve it with paypal and FactoryOutletStore representative. I GAVE UP. The representative want me to use a link thea he'll send ME. I DON"T THINK SO!

After going over with salesman when I needed it I was told they ship UPS GROUND TO MY STREET ADDRESS AND SHOULD BE ABOUT 3 DAYS WHEN I GOT TRACKING NUMBER A DAY LATER AS I HAD TO CALL BACK BECAUSE THEY SCREWED UP E MAIL ADDRESS TRACKING SHOWED THEY SENT IT FEDX POST and it is now 6 days and nothing and it will go to a post office 15 miles away when I complained they purchase another are they nuts pay again wait for refund on first one and the would most likely screw it up again useless company stay away

I wouldn't buy from these people! I order replacement grids for a dog kennel, when I ordered I called them asked them how many panels come in a box, they said one! So I order two boxes. I got my order on the 24th open up a box 2 panels. So I didn't need to order two boxes. So I called them they said oh no problem we will send you a label, give it 48 hrs, 72 hours later no label. So I call them they said oh must be a problem we will resend. I get it click on the link to print, it says label request had be cancelled by requester. So tonight another call, now they are saying to take to fedex and show them the paperwork it is there. They better pray that it is there and I can send it back... UGH

I needed a Samsung OEM refrigerator filter. The description on this vendor's website made it pretty clear that they had just what I was looking for. Given my suspicions of many online vendors, however, I called to make sure. I was told that the filters are OEM Samsung. Shipping was quick and the filters arrived today. They are not Samsung OEM. It is not worth returning them given they really do appear to be the equivalent in terms of NSF/ANSI standards compliance, fit, and mechanical integrity - assuming the claims of compliance by the manufacturer (at least a USA company and not Chinese) are true!. I suspect that a letter to the FTC and would force the vendor to pay the freight for return under these circumstances and likely require the vendor to amend its online product description. Bottom line: Is it worth the time to get into this over a product that is only a few dollars more from this vendor than others for similar aftermarket products -- and very likely is the equivalent of the desired OEM filter? Probably not, but the misleading website information and dishonest response by telephone suggests the company is not one worthy of my future business. Sure, all this could be my misinterpretation of the website information and a badly informed young employee. That's not something I need to fret over, however. These things should not happen and if they do then it's on the vendor, not me...

Tip for consumers:
Credibility of claims on the vendor's website regarding OEM status are an issue and warrant exercise of a high level of care. A mere telephone call to confirm will not suffice. JUST READ REALLY CAREFULLY AND ABSENT EXPLICIT STATEMENTS DO NOT ASSUME ANYTHING.

I ordered several items, one was a Garmin transducer GT41-TM. I received two shipments, one in a box with just an antenna I also ordered and one was a small envelope. Neither was large enough to contain the $300 transducer, the box did contain a packing slip showing the antenna and the transducer. I have called, emailed pictures and had several online chat conversations with no solution. I am contacting my credit card to charge back this transaction. NEVER ORDER FROM FACTORYOUTLETSTORE.COM.

None- I never received the $300 transducer and I am attempting to return the other items because they are of no use without the transducer.

I purchased an item for over $800 dollars that was damaged and got the run around. I ended up having to send unit in for manufacture repair. Unit was still in plastic unused unit!

Purchase from another site, they are very nice until they get your money!!!

I purchased online a Garmin NuMapLifetime Download from FOS. On its website, it showed that the product was compatible with my GPS, a Montana 650T, which was not true. When it did not work I contacted Garmin directly and found out that the product was not compatible with a Montana 650T.To get to this point, I used the product key to activate the software (non-functioning software).
I called FOS to return the product; I was charged a $21.49 restocking fee (24% of the purchase price.
I called FOS to complain and thought I was going to get my money back.
Not so.
I feel FOS has acted fraudulently in selling me a product that it should have know was non-functioning. My purchase receipt clearly indicated it was for a Montana 656T.

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS CO. I place a order for the zerowater filters they advertised 12 for 86.00 on March 28th, I called in April and they I was told they were on back order also they at that time were still the same price. I spoke with an agent today and was told they no longer have filters for the pitcher. So I canceled my order. And then went on the web site and they do have the filters but now 8 filters are 135.00. Shame on this company for telling lies to their customers. Do NOT waste your time with this company!

Company unable to understand and communicate in a professional manner. Shipped produced the least expensive way and slowest way. Now company can not find order nor will they respond to my emails.

Received incorrect depth finder. We wanted to return the item but be beware there will be a 15% restocking fee plus the actual cost of shipping back. The amount will be deducted from your refund. All returns or exchangs missing or with damage to the original box may be refused or may be subject to a 20% penalty fee. (missing manuals, missing warranties even tape on the manufacturers box. Ship all returnsd using a traceable shipping method and a separate shipping box. Do not damage factory outlet store box or there will be an additional fee because they will have to replace the box. They will not accept items back unless they are returned with the manufacturers original packaging. I can go on and on about their return or exchange policies. THEY ARE A VERY DIFFICULT STORE TO WORK WITH. PLEASE STAY AWAY. I will never use again.

I ordered a Humminbird Helix 7 that was listed as new. Their website lists the definition of new as "never opened factory sealed". This is absolutely not true. I received my unit and it had been opened and clearly had been used. I returned the item per their instructions and had to pay $30 for shipping of which I was only credited $10. The next unit they sent was in worse shape than the first and was definitely used also. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS!

FACTORYOUTLETSTORE.COM is a RIPOFF. Unless you want to pay top dollar for refurbished items, stay away. What's even worse, they send you a copy of your order, with "BRAND NEW" in the listing of your item ordered, then when you call to complain and return item, they have the gall to charge you a 15% restocking fee. Definitely crooks run this outfit.

I purchased and recieved a "remanufactured" Garmin chartplotter GPS. I also purchased the "extended warranty".
The chartplotter is supposed to be preloaded with Garmin maps. It was not. They do not want to return as its over 30 days. And the extended warranty is a scam also.
This company is a scam all the way through.
Dont think they have any ties to the manufacturer as a "Factory Outlet". They do not.

Horrible!
They sent me wrong item.
I had to pay shipping back to them on my dime.
They had nerve enough to charge me restocking fee for THEIR mistake.
All tolled: I am out $19.48 for THEIR MISTAKE.
Incompetance and ineptitude at its best.
HURRY! ORDER FROM HERE AND SEE HOW MUCH $ YOU CAN LOSE!

Horrible, total lies, if you order Name Brand top of the line mattress soft or plush, they will send you xtra firm, not the same material as the Name Brand an charge high dollar! They will fight you to death with no REFUND
Saying that the order is correct, lie, lie. I fought for 4 months for them to make it right with me after spending $3000. 00
Thank God for the lady Manager I demanded to speak to, and She finally made it right with me by sending me the right mattress. If it was not for her, I would have been screwed royal with mattress I could not use and out $3000. 00!

On Tuesday, August 23rd I ordered a TomTom GPS from the online Factory Outlet Store. Their website stated "Availability: In Stock", so I proceeded with placing my order knowing that I needed it for a trip to Canada the next week. After not having received a shipping confirmation, I contacted the Factory Outlet Store and was told that the item was backordered and that they were unsure of when it would be received at their warehouse. Fortunately, I checked and was able to cancel the order. I then ordered it from Amazon that is supposed to deliver the next day. What irks me is that the Factory Outlet Store did not notify me of the delay by email, nor have they updated their website to show that the item is "out-of-stock" or "on backorder", even after I notified them of the error several hours ago. Consumer beware!

Unfortunately I read posts after I placed the order for three genuine GE water filters as shown on the order page. These CHEATERS sent filters identified as "WaterSentinel" not the genuine GE Filters which were advertised. If I wanted cheap crap filters I could have purchased them for $3.00 a piece instead this company has RIPPED me off at More than $20.00 each!
Shame on me this one and ONLY time. NEVER will I make a purchase from this deceitful company. I will return to making ALL purchases on Ebay, where vendors want and actually need a good rating to survive. This poor excuse for a company could NEVER get a good enough rating to ever get sell on Ebay.
PLEASE, Everyone who is reading these posts, DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS "STORE".

I placed an order with Factory Outlet Supplies on April 29th 2020 for food grade lubricants, Lubriplate FMO-85-AW. Twice they blamed it on UPS and I have not heard anything else from them. I NEVER received my order, so today I will look elsewhere. Terrible business!
