Talked to their representative moments ago and assuming everything takes place as stated, I can not fault how they handled my defective item. This aspect of dealing with them deserves a minimum 4 stars. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because I never received return correspondence relative to my email inquiry to my defective product. Other than being on hold for a moderately long period of time they were very quick in a resolution to my problem.

2 different orders BOTH never came. Say they were delivered via their tracking, I emailed the customer service department they said they'd issue a refund, still have yet to see it. Multiple emails back and forth. Don't order!

Deception all the way. I thought I was purchasing muck shoes from a muck shoe company -- nowhere did it say factoryoutletstore.com until I got an email receipt. Thank you, google, for allowing these fraudsters to purchase the number one spot on your search engine. Shoes do not fit and they are immediately making it impossible to return them, though if I ship to a NY address I will have a tracking number and this will help with the disputation I have begun with my credit card company. I have learned from this expensive mistake and additionally will be contacting my state office of consumer affairs.

They advertise next day shipping. $2100 and 15 days later no tires. I have made several 800 calls to people you can't understand, and each time they say it has been shipped but no tracking #. Nothing gets shipped without a tracking #. Please call your credit card people and have them investigate. Also call the New York attorney Generals office and file a complaint. DO NOT WAIt These are bad people.

The cell phone battery I ordered is pure junk. It didn't last 3 hours on standby before it died. That battery it was replacing was at least 3 years old and still held a charge better.
With a 15% re-stock fee and having to pay return shipping, it's not worth the hassle of trying to return it.

I'll never order from this company again. STAY AWAY!

Your company of idiots have to learn to understand english and what people are saying and furthermore I would never recommend you for dog catcher. Just stand back and take a look at all the negative comments. How the hell do you stay in business. How can a person get what they order if your rep doesn't understand the customer. I waited over a week and of course the wrong product arrived. I called and I was more frustrated because I got nowhere and it's not the money spent but the time wasted from in this process.

Essentially this website is a third party who tries to act as if they are the company selling direct. Once you order a product if you need to return or replace an item they have very steep fees and charge you to pay for your own return shipping on top of a 15% restocking fee on all returns. Ordered over $500 worth of products and they would not work with me at all on exchanges or returns and told me that essentially since I ordered it through the website there's nothing they can do but if I called factory outlet store direct via phone they could have helped me on a return. Tried to speak to a supervisor could not get one to talk to me as they want to run everything through their front line 1 800 reps who are no help.

Worst buying experience we have ever had.

I placed an order and next day tried to cancel.
I spent over 90 minutes on the phone. Was told the item was in shipping and could not be stopped.
I talked with two (2) supervisors...
I was promised I would receive full credit and return instructions ~ This did not happen.
I called back and went through the same process 3/4/2021 with same zero results.
Bottom line, incompetent zero customer service.

Within five minutes of placing the order, they would not let me cancel it. Waited for it to arrive to return the filter. Could not find returns on their web page, so had to call for the return. Got "Darren" from India (or somewhere) and he had no information. Transferred my request to the "email" department and said I should receive and email within five to ten minutes. Waited fifteen minutes and called them back. Was told then that it will be three to four hours before I get an email. I have to pay for shipping now and a 15% restocking fee. Wish I could have given them a 0 star if that was an option.

I purchased a replaced filter for my refrigerator. They went through the steps to MAKE(?) sure it was the correct filter. Well it was not correct. After 24 hours we had water seeping out of our fridge. Hoping for no damage. Go to the source. Samsung website.

If I could give 0, about sums it up. SPAM. Never received anything. Says it was delivered. To who? Definitely not me! I guess I should have read the reviews on online before purchasing, and saw that 99.9% of individuals who take the gamble were right. Saw the ad on Facebook, it was definitely too good to be true. Complete bogus! Very upset they STOLE my money.

That it is SPAM. They steal your money.

I ordered a pet safe collar for my wireless system. I paid an extra 3.50 for priority shipping. They advertise same day shipping. I'm 80 yo with mobility issues which I why I have a wireless system. They told me I would receive my tracking # in 24 hours. It has been 9 days now and still no tracking number. Customer service doesn't answer or hangs up. I would not do business with them again.

Ordered two replacement batteries for my Samsung S5 phones and bought the two year extended warranty on them. When they arrived they were not even fully charged and the packages looked like they had been opened. Neither battery will hold a charge for more than five hours, worse than the original batteries I was trying to replace which are made by Samsung. Tried to return them after just days, but was told unless I had the original packaging they were shipped in, I could not get my money back for the purchase or the warranty. They should be shut down for unethical and illegal business practices. A total rip off of a company!

I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing anything from them! I ordered a Plantronics headset, and I could only hear out of one side, then the mic didn't work. They promptly sent me another one without having to return the first one, but it was equally defective. They are now supposed to refund me. Let's see...

I accidentally ordered the wrong hummingbird transducer extension cable. Called customer service said they would not take the return, but contact Factory Outlet Store directly via email. Did that - waited for over week and finally got an email from them stating I could not return the item. Beware. Spend a little extra and buy from a reputable organization

Do not buy anything from these people. The website does not explain products well and you will not be able to send it back for any reason. They are using this so called pandemic as a reason to really screw people. Buyer beware.

Ordered a power adapter with very specific requirements. Got an adapter with random specification. Not one of the requirements met mine. Lady on the phone clearly did not care. Company doesn't care that she doesn't care. 15% restocking fee covers their overheads if someone goes through the archaic process of printing a return form and spending even more money on the shipping to return the item. It is a sound and well practiced business model which relies on customers eating the wrong product.

Don't ignore the bad reviews on this site. I didn't and it cost me the return shipping and a lot of angst. Their support people will lie and promise things they cannot do.

Avoid this company. Buyer beware, purchase at your own peril.

Update. The one saving grace is that they are a google protected store. Google got me my money back plus refunded the shipping that I had to pay. Make sure if you do purchase from this company to accept the google protection!

I purchased a fitness tracker but decided I didn't want it when I read some reviews about Factory Outlet Store.com. They said it was too late to cancel, but it had only been 30 minutes. They sent the item anyway and I refused delivery as the item had been cancelled. They have been threatening me ever since. Time for my attorney general. Stay away from these people. They are not reputable

Somehow it brought me online to this site and I thought their mattress was so much cheaper than anywhere else, only to find out that Overstock has given me a much better deal, including extra rebates etc. Then I read the reviews online and things made sense. Their response was very shady and I do not trust them. Their communication did not list the item and they charge a minimum of $ 150 for cancelling an order that violates the law. Do not buy from them they are shady and scammers.

I ordered a Garmin watch over a week ago. I was told it would arrive 4 days ago on the website when I placed my order. Still have yet to receive tracking information. I've called twice and spoke to foreigners that I can't understand at all and they tell me that they have no idea whether my order has even shipped or not nor can they give me a refund! Ridiculous! I've learned my lesson... always used Amazon.com

Ordering the batteries was simple enough. However I needed V tech batteries for my home phone and Samsung for my cell. Which required me to place two different orders. Thought this was a store. But having to do that means its a farming of some sort.

I received my order in 8 business days instead of 3-5 as stated. Then i received the wrong item. When I asked if my order could get expedited she said no it is not possible. I truly wish we could speak to someone that speaks English. Not being racist but with the language barrier it is sometime impossible to get my request understood. The lady asked if I tried to install the battery I received. Looking at the pics below you can see it is impossible.

This company is set up to take advantage and your money at every possible point. I mistakenly ordered the wrong product. The same day I received it, I followed their return policy to the letter. Returned the item for an exchange. What I got in return was a $60 charge after I paid $20 to return the item to them. So, I am out $80. Most companies would be happy to exchange for a more expensive item (the item I needed cost 100 bucks more!), but factoryoutletstore.com is just interested in taking your money. There customer service number just had a repeating recording that would not accept any input from the customer (said enter 2 for returns, but 2, or any other digit, did nothing). What a scam. I will never do business with this company. Save yourself the trouble!

Horrible company! Ordered item listed as Brand New and came Used. Takes forever to wait in queue for return authorization. I was told I'd get full refund and return shipping but was charged restocking fee. Another phone call. No refund for shipping the junk back to them. Avoid this company no matter what price or item they list. Fraudulent!

A simple order. The tracking information provided is not valid. Calling their 866 phone number provides the option to track the item yet there is no tracking information available. After speaking with a rep, I was told the order was shipped on 3/17/14 and it will arrived on 3/26/14. Even the USPS would get a mailing from NY to CT in less that 4 days, yet this company's shipment takes 10 days? Stay away from this company.

This company has no concept of the truth. They lie about their stock (Often out), they lie about shipping time and they take 4 days to provide a tracking number after they ship.
It is like dealing with someone in Islamabad except that they are in Long Island, NY!
