Talked to their representative moments ago and assuming everything takes place as stated, I can not fault how they handled my defective item. This aspect of dealing with them deserves a minimum 4 stars. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because I never received return correspondence relative to my email inquiry to my defective product. Other than being on hold for a moderately long period of time they were very quick in a resolution to my problem.
2 different orders BOTH never came. Say they were delivered via their tracking, I emailed the customer service department they said they'd issue a refund, still have yet to see it. Multiple emails back and forth. Don't order!
Called for warranty service but they claim physical defects not covered... BS! Headphones have very flemsy clip... but they say it's not their problem.
Ordered some filters marked 16*20*4 to replace my Honeywell filter in April. When it was time to replace them a couple of days ago, and I finally opened the box, the filters are flip-flopping in the filter cage, because they are way to small. They are giving me a hassle because It is past the 30 day return policy. I ordered them so I can have couple of years' supply. Cost me 211.80, and I just order one Honeywell properly fitting filter from Amazon for the same price. Factoryoutletstore.com charge: $211.80/6=$35.30 $35.30 per filter from Factoryoutletstore.com. The only reason I liked it, is that they were all in one box and I didn't have to worry about it for the next 4 seasons. The real fitting one from Amazon, which I had to order for a proper filter fit three days ago, cost me $38.03 yesterday. I am not done with this yet!
I SPOKE WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE 10/14 AND THEY ARE MAKING SOME EXCEPTIONS TO REFUND MY MONEY. That is better customer service, we will see how long it takes and if I get all my money back.

TALKED TO A REPRESENTATIVE FROM THIS SITE AND ORDERED A PHONE SYSTEM FOR THE OFFICE WHICH COST OVER A $1000. BOTTOM LINE WE NEVER RECEIVED THE ITEMS. THEY CLAIM IT WAS SENT VIA FEDEX AND WAS DELIVERED. NUMEROUS CALLS WERE MADE TO ATTFACTORYOUTLET SUPPORT AND FEDEX AND BOTH REFUSED TO CLAIM ANY RESPONSIBILITY. IN THE MEANTIME, CREADIT CARD WAS CHARGED BUT THE OFFICE NEVER GOT THE ITEMS. TERRIBLE.
I bought a Garmin GPS from FACTORYOUTSTORE on July 28 I received it August 3 it stopped working August 28 but I could not contact them until September 4th. I called the store and talked to a Joshua we said that Garmins could be returned for 90 days. So I mailed it back at my own expense and I never heard any thing from them. I have a receipt which shows they did receive the Garmin but they wouldn't issue any credit. I send it back with all the original packing.
I ordered a $3,000 trolling motor, which was easy. But the trolling motor was a lemon and the head unit fried within 45 days of purchase. I sent factoryoutletstore an email and they responded stating we could send it back for an exchange. Waited 2 days and still no prepaid label. We called back to inquire about the label to only be told "oh we are not taking it back, please find a service center". After 8 calls between Minn Kota and Factoryoutletstore we just took it to a service center. Three days later, after I left another bad review, we received another call stating they would exchange it so my husband drove 45 minutes to pick it up so he could ship it back. So another 3 days went by with no prepaid label. We called about 10-12 times and they were rude, confusing and unhelpful every single time. One person would say 'you cant return this, oh wait I see the notes, call back tomorrow if you do not receive the prepaid label by email". This went on call after call. My husband had to call a local dealer just to get a box... Wonderfull people unlike Factoryoutletstore. After all this we are here today with no label, a broken brand new $3,000 trolling motor, and a refusal to just refund our money, and we also have to pay a restock fee if we ever get a return label. Donot use this company or you will be screaming LAWSUIT like we are.
On 03/23/2021 I placed a called and ordered a Minn Kota trolling motor complete with the quick release bracket and quick connector plug. I was told originally the motor was in stock, I then received a call back and was told the motor was not in stock but they had another one (which was more expensive) offered. I said "ok". I'll take it. I received another call that it too was out of stock and was on back order... It is now 05/19/2021. It never came, I called multiple times and "Max" the sales rep kept saying I was first on the list... never came. He didn't call to update me during this waiting period... The quick release bracket and quick connector plug were sent right away... BUT NO TROLLING MOTOR. Now, after I called and cancelled the order, I wanted to return the bracket and connector plug, I am told they only take returns for 30 days after purchase! Now what am I supposed to do... I explained it isn't my fault that it's been almost 60 days. Had they sent me my trolling motor, I wouldn't be returning the bracket and plug. They are still in the original packaging, never opened, in the original box with the receipt. Don't buy from these guys... they lie, lie lie and trick you out of money... cost me $102.91 to learn my lesson. I just turned 65 yr and this was supposed to be my retirement gift to myself... sad day. I would add a copy of my receipt except I don't have a smart phone... Please don't do business with these guys or it WILL cost you.

I placed an order for an X-85 depth finder transducer on March 1
Product was misrepresented by sales associate. I specifically gave the salesman the unit model over the phone to match the accessory needed.
I asked him twice if the skimmer bracket came with it, to which he affirmatively indicated twice.
Once all the ordering details were taken care of, sales rep didn't give me a confirmation number, I asked him to email it to me. The emailed, I didn't receive.
I followed up on the order 7 days later for I hadnt received it. I was told it would arrive from 2 to 5 days. I explained the circumstances to the representative who answered the call, including repeating that I didn't have a confirmation number due to that the email with it never came. He eventually found my record and confirmed all the information was correct, however, that the item could arrive up to the 15th.
I also asked him the transducer included the bracket; he responded that the product description didn't point that out. At this time, he was hurrying to end the call, offering me to return the item if I wasn't satisfied. Suddenly, the call dropped
I had to call back 3 more times to get a supervisor contact information.
I wrote the supervisor twice. I sent her an email explaining my issue. Since, there was no response, I sent her another requesting a reply. Still waiting.
Lastly, the part just came today. Its incompatible with my unit.

I TRIED ON 3 SEPARATE OCCASIONS SO FAR TO RETURN THIS ITEM AND THE FIRST PERSON DIDN'T KNOW HOW TO DO IT, THE SECOND CALL I WAS TOLD TO GET THE NUMBERS OFF THE BOX AND THE THIRD TIME, I WAS TOLD THAT THE NUMBERS THAT I GOT WERE NOT THE SERIAL NUMBER AND I HAD TO OPEN THE BOX IN ORDER TO GET THAT NUMBER. I RECENTLY HAD OPEN HEART SURGERY AND COULD NOT OPEN THE BOX TO GET THE SERIAL NUMBER OF THE PRODUCT THEY SHOULD HAVE THE SERIAL NUMBER FOR THAT THEY SENT ME. STAY TUNED... STILL HAVE NOT RESOLVED THIS ISSUE. I WOULD NEVER ORDER ANOTHER ITEM FROM THIS STORE AS IT WOULD TAKE MONTHS TO RETURN IT IF IT WEREN'T RIGHT.

The worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I called to get information on a gps. Found out they were on the east coast. Told the guy I needed it sooner and he said he could quarentee five days shipping, and that it would say that on the order. I ordered it based on that promise and it did say that on the order. It was shipped with a, delivery date 9 days after the shipping date (9 business days). I called the Outlet Store and got a representative who apologized and said that date was wrong and that he would have his supervisor fix it and call me back. The supervisor called me back, not to fix it but to chastise me for not reading the fine print which said that the FOS had 1-3 days to get it to shipping. I pointed out that I was talking about the date it was, shipped, not the order date, and that they were using 9 business days for, shipping. She was obviously having a challenging day and was very nasty so I asked to speak to her supervisor. She said she did not have one, she was as high as there was at the company but she agreed to have another supervisor call me. No one ever called. I posted a review on another site about my experience and the FOS responded to my review saying they were really sorry and would have someone contact me. They did not contact me. This store is simply an example of how not to, do business.
Typed in the plug-in that I needed, then I had to chose the corresponding instrument it should fit, and the correct item popped up! I purchased it! Easy, peasy!

I am writing this review because I had a horrible customer experience with this company and their representatives. The demands, requirements, and continued incompetence and lack of regard to customer service has made my one and only interaction with FactoryOutletStore.com truly miserable. I will NEVER shop with this company again and will persuade all of my personal and professional contacts to NOT shop at their website due to the lack of care, consideration, and total lack of competence in their employees/representatives.
It is ridiculous and unacceptable to be called three times in regards to the SAME issue over a span of 48 hours. Not only this but to receive those multiple calls and for that issue to NOT be resolved during the first point of contact is beyond reproach. Additionally, forcing me to wait on the phone for their customer service agents to become available because the information required initially was not correctly/competently requested for during the first contact was a huge burden and inconvenience.
Suffice it to say, this experience was THE WORST online experience I have ever had in the history of my online purchasing experiences.
Dont' do business with this company! I went online and saw a wireless Panasonic 4-line phone system that I had used many times in the past. The web page had "NEW" plastered all over it. I called in to verify the price since it was at least $100 less than all others that i could find on the internet, to verify it being new. When I got a representative on the phone, they gave me an even better price. I should have known right then it was a bait and switch operation. I again asked if it was new equipment, and was assured it was new. I then made the mistake of giving my credit card to the rep. They immediately charged my card and sent me a confirmation email. Should have read the email, it showed " Factory Serviced" with 90 day warranty and Returnable 30 day Guarantee. When it showed up, it was not in Panasonic boxes, (First clue), and When going to record the Voice Mail message it already had a message on it from the "Robinson" family (2nd clue). When I tried to return it, they told me sorry for the misunderstanding (should have told me they lied), and that if only I would give them my credit card a second time, they would be sure to get me the "new" equipment out. I told them in no uncertain terms that I didn't trust them to send me new, since that is what they said the first time. After 3 times with three different managers, I realized it was a lost cause. Now before the 90 days, i have had 2 of the three wireless handsets go bad. STAY AWAY> THEY ARE FRAUDS!
I guess the phrase if it is too good to be true, is accurate.
Next Step is filing a complaint with the BBB in NY.
I ordered a new Braun shaver. They sent me an international unit. When I called them they said they would send out a new American style cord but it would take two to three weeks. I couldn't wait that long so I went out to Walmart and bought a new shaver, and sent their unit back for a refund and they charged me a $34 restocking fee. THEIR MISTAKE AND THEY STILL CHARGED ME...

Very dishonest company. I ordered a refurbished GPS from their website that CLEARLY indicated that it came with 3D traffic updates. In order to receive the updates, you must have a specific power cord with a built in receiver. The photo on the website SPECIFICALLY shows the correct cord included.
When the unit arrived, no 3D cord. On the first call to their customer service number in India, I was told "the refurbished unit does not come with traffic updates. For $100 more he would send me the same model with the proper cord". After I directed the agent to their website, he told me "it is an error and I'll turn it into the IT department". He told me he would send me a return authorization for a full refund. Of course, once I received the authorization, it said I will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
I then made two calls to the sales number and was told BOTH times that the exact unit I purchased at the same price DOES include traffic updates. When I gave the second "salesman" my order number number and asked him to send me the correct power cable, he hung up.
FINALLY, I got someone on the phone in customer service that agreed to send me another unit with the proper cord after I returned the one they sent me. The problem is, I just don't trust them, particularly after reading all the other terrible reviews.
I think a more prudent action will be to file a complaint with the NY State Attorney General's Consumer Fraud Division.

On March 21st, I placed an order for a replacement battery for my son's laptop as he had to have the laptop running for a science competition next week (April 7). I was led to believe that the part would be delivered in 4-5 business days. Well, on March 24th, I received an e-mail that the order had shipped and also got a tracking number with DHL. We were out of town for a few days with no internet access. Upon returning, I read the e-mail and attempted to track the package. No information was available on the DHL site. When I put in a CSR request, I was informed by DHL in an e-mail that no such package had been delivered to them. When I called Factor Outlet Store on March 30th, the rep was very understanding (as though this was the first time the issue had ever come up), but said it would definitely be here by April 1st, and if not, they would institute a research into it. I was really upset and told him why not send another battery and I would return the second one if I got two. He said that that would not be possible, but I could place another order. I almost agreed, but thankfully did not. Yet to receive the package (DHL does not show it either) and I am beyond calling Factory Outlet Store - instead, on April 1st, I called my credit card company and asked them to give me credit for the purchase and informed them that I never received the product.
SPECIFICALLY asked before ordering if this battery was made in the US and by whom or if it was made in China. Was told that it was made by Dyson IN THE USA. Received battery today. Clearly marked as Made in China. I would never have bought this as it is a cheap knockoff. Can only hope it lasts fpor a few months before ordsering a real made in the usa battery. AND it is NOT made by Dyson as I was told.
I bought a Samsung Galaxy S4 cell phone from Factory outlet store. Their website promised that the unlocked phone would work at near 4G speeds in the USA. After receiving the phone, I was unable to get it to operate at high speed. I was disappointed, and called them to discuss. I had long wait times on the phone, and was disconnected a few times, but I did finally talk to someone that suggested that I send it back for an exchange to a phone that would work properly. I got the information that I needed to return the phone on an exchange, figuring that the phone was defective. I shipped it back to them.
Further conversation with Samsung told me that this model phone was manufactured for use in South America and wouldn't function fully in the USA. On the day that my phone was to arrive at their offices, I called back again. Once again having long wait times and getting disconnected a few times. I was told that they didn't have a different model phone to send to me. I asked for a refund. They said that they would charge me a restocking fee. I insisted that this wasn't my fault, because their website had promised it would operate properly in the USA.
Eventually I spoke to a supervisor, who told me that I would get a full refund. 10 days later, the full refund (no credit taken for shipping or anything else) was posted to my credit card.
Although I was disappointed with the phone that I received, they made good on their refund.
I recently ordered two block camera batteries from FactoryOutletStore which the phone rep advised he could fill, notwithstanding my subsequently learning that the company did not have and would not have the ordered batteries in stock. So, not having the ordered batteries in stock, FactoryOutletStore then shipped different batteries which would not even fit the camera model. And, to make things even better, FactoryOutletStore charged my credit card for two "battery warranties" which never were discussed, explained or authorized. The kicker, though, was reading that a condition of my receiving refund for an improperly filled order, which could not be filled correctly, was that I would be subject to a 15% service charge on the order value, plus return postage costs. Charging for unauthorized warranties and tacking on 15% for improperly filled orders may be a good business model for FactoryOutletStore, but it is a lousy model for customers. I'm still waiting for a requested explanation for how FactoryOutletStore can justify charging customers for refunds necessitated solely by it's own negligent or willful order-taking/order-processing mistakes.

I never write reviews but I feel compelled to write this one. I was in search of an inexpensive Refurbished Great condition Macbook, I have gotten one before so I knew it was possible. IE I ended getting one on Walmart.COM W/ A 3 YEAR WARRANTY If anyone is interested. Anyway I found this site and I bought one, I immediately was charged and got the receipt sent to my email no problem. I noticed a week goes by I still haven't received any shipping. I called them they said I will get my item in 3 weeks, that wasn't specified on the site. I said ok, instincts told me to double check the reviews which I should have done in the first place, I saw a bunch of horror stories, so I called them right away before the item was shipped and requested a refund. They tried to convince they can said me another one because the one I ordered is on back order, I basically said no sir give me my money. I made sure I didn't get off the phone until they issued a refund confirmation to my email, just in case there was some funny stuff I could show my bank. The refund said 2-5 business days, yesterday was the fifth day no refund. I called them, they said because the" item was never sent I was never charged" I said sir I am looking at the charge right here, they said take it up with my bank. I hope this story helps, I went to Walmart.COM got a 3 year warranty and my computer within 5 business days. The irony is I am typing on the computer right now to give this review.
I ordered a battery for my canon camera after the salesman assured me over and over that the battery I was ordering was an original Canon battery. Should have gone with my gut feeling. Recieved the battery in the amount of time stated. Placed the battery in my charger, it never would charge. I tried to put it into my camera. It was the wrong size even though the battery had the correct battery number on it. Call the customer service line to get a refund. At first the agent wanted to send me another battery which I promptly told him I wasn't interested in. I also let him know that when I was ordering the battery the agent I spoke to assured me several times that it was an original Canon battery. The agent I spoke with today stated no, they are replacement batteries (knock off). The only reason I gave a 2 star rating was, after I said I just wanted a return it was no problem. Says will get a refund in 2-5 days. If this doesn't happen to call back. If I don't get a refund I will change my review to a 1 star rating

This bunch should have a class action against them for false representation of products as they are a big bunch of LIARS. Prior to ordering a 40 volt battery from this site I chatted first with a person named Kelly about the COO of battery I wanted to order. That person said it was made in USA and hence I ordered it. When I received it, Made in China was imprinted on the battery which ticked me. I contacted the company again and chatted with someone named Sebastian. That person apologized and said it was a mistake and said just dispose of it and I would get refund. Also, I could order another and he would make it right. That did not happen as I order another which was also made in China and never got my refund on first one. Conversation was as follows:
