Talked to their representative moments ago and assuming everything takes place as stated, I can not fault how they handled my defective item. This aspect of dealing with them deserves a minimum 4 stars. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because I never received return correspondence relative to my email inquiry to my defective product. Other than being on hold for a moderately long period of time they were very quick in a resolution to my problem.

2 different orders BOTH never came. Say they were delivered via their tracking, I emailed the customer service department they said they'd issue a refund, still have yet to see it. Multiple emails back and forth. Don't order!

I purchased a Plantronics Voyager 6200 uc for $206.00 and the website says you can return within 30 days. While it was more expensive than what I've purchased before, it had good reviews, I needed a god quality set for working from home, and this seemed like the best price. The sound quality was truly worse than a $10 pair purchased at the airport, a true factory second perhaps? I bought it to do work from home with but no one can stand to listen to it and it's no better on my end. After 2 emails and 2 phone calls that were no help they sent me the return form and I returned it in the exact same box and condition as it was received, I paid for shipping, and they kept $40 and returned only $166. I wish I had their reviews prior to purchasing from them but I won't make the same mistake again and I hope no one else does. I'm hoping PayPal will help.

Website was very good and easy to find what I wanted
Checkout was quick and easy. Free shipping works, because the other 3 sites I looked at all charge $30+ for shipping.
Mother in law can not hear at all, and her current Clarity phone batteries went bad and can not replace with rechargeable ones. Called the company and phone is under 100% life time warranty, but they told me that we would have to send the phone in and it would take 45 to 60 days for repair. The lady is 85 years old and can not be without a phone for that long. She does not drive and maid service does all shopping for her. Thanks again for the nice and quick website. Would add a little more descriptions or data on phone for hearing loss people - use WebMD to get data.

Shady company if you can even call it that. Took an eternity to even get a response from customer service when I inquired about my order that still had not been shipped a week after I placed the order. Said the items I ordered were all in stock on their website only to find out 2 weeks later, when it had still not shipped, that they were waiting for the retailer to restock the item which would happen in 7-10 days. Never happened. Then about a month after I placed the order THEY cancelled the order and said I had requested the cancellation. I guess I should count my blessings because my $$ was refunded. DO NOT under any circumstances order anything from this "company." It is nothing but a scam.

I placed an order and got confirmation, it never came, I called they say it was cancelled, try to place again they say its no longer in stock but tried to sell me a higher priced item. Sales, customer service and order desk all say something different. I'm taking my business elsewhere

Purchased a phone package that was listed as brand new, received a refurbished product. When called to inquire about the product, representative and manager where very disrespectful and argumentative and wanted me to pay for shipping to return the product before they can issue refund.
Horrible customer service will not purchase from them or recommend them to anyone.

They advertise Same Day Shipping, yet they can't give you a tracking number right away, They will tell you it has been "dispatched" but they won't know the tracking for 24-48 hours. Baloney. And to top it off, the customer service representatives are rude. Don't buy from them, you will end up sorry. Better to go through Amazon.

Do not, I repeat, do not by from this company. They send off brand products rather than actual factory Samsung products. The water filters we purchased were made by Hisime and leaked like a sieve filling our freezer compartment with water.

Ordered a garmin fish finder and paid extra $100 for next day shipping... but they put a hold on order because they could not verify the address I am at... even though I own property, and lived here for 4 years!

This was my first - and last - order from FactoryOutletStore. I ordered a cordless phone and received a different, cheaper model. I called customer service and they will do nothing at this time, neither return my money nor send the correct item - even though this was their mistake. They told me to call in 4 weeks.

Absolutely terrible service! Ordered on Saturday and paid extra to have order processed and shipped faster. After 4 days no delivery I called customer service. I was told it would not arrive until next week. 8 days is faster service! I ordered a hard drive 2 days ago and it was arrived today through Amazon prime and delivered through the post office.
Will never use or recommend this company.
With today's delivery options there is no excuse for the poor delivery service.

I ordered 4 batteries from this site for my phone. According to the website under disclaimer at the very bottom (which of course everyone reads... NOT) it says that you only have 30 days to return product because the warranty is only for 30 days. Well since I don't usually read the disclaimer at the bottom of a web page then I am unable to return my batteries two of which don't even fit my phone (they said they would) and one that fits but wont charge. So I am stuck with 4 batteries of which only one fits. Hope people read these reviews and don't purchase anything from this company. Wish I had taken the time to look for reviews!

Don't buy from this site. Look elsewhere.

I placed an order online with these guys yesterday afternoon using my credit card. This morning I have a phone call from my credit card company asking about some charges made early this morning to my card. There were two new charges that I did not make. Apparently someone got my credit card info and started making purchases online. Coincidence?
After reading all the negative reviews for this website/company I am very suspicious.

My Samsung Battery arrived in 5 days of my order.
I received the wrong battery. I sent an e-mail and received a reply in 4 hours.

Cancelled an order after not receiving the product within a week, finding out it was back ordered (they had already credited my card) and ordered from another site. 3 weeks later, my cancelled order showed up. Called customer service for returns and the rep actually pulled the dead silent routine on the phone after I said this order had been cancelled, I wanted to return it. Said he could not hear me repeatedly. I hung up and called again and was on hold for at least 10 minutes... I could not believe this happened. FINALLY returned it but they docked money off the return for a restocking fee on a cancelled order. Disputed with my credit card company and received a full refund. What a crummy company!

After a bad experience buying a replacement battery for my laptop locally. I went to HP. HP uses these idiots... I gave them the EXACT make model and serial number... I know how to read... they don't. The battery they sent me was NOT even close... and they are reading off of scripts since they do not understand what you are saying... do not waste your time and money with this place... WHY THE HELL does HP use them!?

I needed a HP notebook battery for my computer. They gave me a battery that worked for just 2 months before having problems. I was unable to return it as the 30 day return policy was up. I was unhappy with their products so avoid purchasing from them at all costs.

I purchased a $19 cell phone battery and it was after market. The battery is junk it won't hold a charge for 24 hrs. They told me there was only a 30 day warranty. I would NEVER buy another thing from them. The battery was 2 months old. PITIFUL Steer clear of these people.

Bought an item for $69.99 and took them over a month to see they sent me a $5 scarf. Customer service wants me to send them the item back which would cost me more money, wait until it gets back to them in a month to fully refund monies. Than they are saying keep the scarf and we will refund you 60% of your money. I keep refusing now they are offering 75% return of my monies and return the scarf at my expense. Don't buy from them

My antenna arrived today. 15 days after I ordered it. The box arrived destroyed. And some genius shipped a 31 inch antenna in a 14 inch long box. I have seen straighter pretzels. I will not be ordering from this company again.

Ordered a product, good pricing with no tax and free shipping 2-5 days. However shipping turned out to be 9 days. Called customer care and they blame Fedex for the delay. Very rude customer care person - Stay away from them

Yes, after I placed an order I put that I wanted the battery to go to an address in NY state, but that the billing address was Florida. They gave a total of 12.90 I paid that, they turned around and took. 88 more cents out for tax about 10 days later and never let me know about it. Why would that not have been taken out when order placed and why would they just go ahead and use your card again with out saying anything to you?

I needed an air filter for a refrigerator. After spending 20 minutes on the call with their ordering department, the guy assured me he had the part and shipped it. Mind you, I needed an AIR filter. He took my order only to find out my model does not even have an air filter and then I received notice that he shipped me WATER filters. Tried to cancel the order which was a bust so am having to dispute the charge with my credit card. Don't use these clowns.

They sent me a wrong item, totally something I cannot use, or do not need. When I called them for return, they kept connecting me to other companies like Panasonic, Plasma TV, etc that is totally a different company. Many time they put me on hold for 15-30 minutes just to learn I was transferred many times to other companies. Stay away from them! They are crooks! Don't throw your money to them. Give it to charity instead. Because once you order from them and try to get a return or refund you will never get one, or they will charge you restocking fee for a mistake they made.

Free shipping I s not free. The products are fakes. Try talking to a rep on the phone and you talk to some one that speaks very poor English, and gives you a bunch of gibberish that is very hard to understand. I would not buy from this sight ever again. Save yourself a lot of headaches. Do not waste your time or money. At the factory outlet store.

I purchased a Plantronics headset from this company that I had to return because it did not work at all! The headset cost roughly $108 but was only refunded $78.78 because of their awful return policy despite me receiving a faulty product. I will NEVER order from this place again and suggest YOU don't either.
