Talked to their representative moments ago and assuming everything takes place as stated, I can not fault how they handled my defective item. This aspect of dealing with them deserves a minimum 4 stars. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because I never received return correspondence relative to my email inquiry to my defective product. Other than being on hold for a moderately long period of time they were very quick in a resolution to my problem.
2 different orders BOTH never came. Say they were delivered via their tracking, I emailed the customer service department they said they'd issue a refund, still have yet to see it. Multiple emails back and forth. Don't order!
I needed an air filter for a refrigerator. After spending 20 minutes on the call with their ordering department, the guy assured me he had the part and shipped it. Mind you, I needed an AIR filter. He took my order only to find out my model does not even have an air filter and then I received notice that he shipped me WATER filters. Tried to cancel the order which was a bust so am having to dispute the charge with my credit card. Don't use these clowns.
I ordered a replacement battery for my Dell computer. The delivery was slow because they had to back order. When it finally arrived, it didn't work AT ALL, even though I followed the charging instructions exactly.
Don't bother with this company. They never tell you if the item is actually in stock, but debit your card anyway. If you try to call you get placed on hold for ever ("your call is important to us..."). When you finally get a customer service agent the connection is so poor coming all the way form India that you can barely hear them. When you finally ask for a refund they say yes but never seem to actually get it done. Don't believe the 2-3 day promise.
I ordered a bed, box spring and frame, set up was supposed to be included in the cost and was not. They out source to different delivery companies and you do not get to pick the day and time (as stated on the website). My order did not arrive together and I tried contacting factory outlet by phone and email a few times. I had no response from them! The delivery company finally delivered my frame and left it on my porch. What I paid for was not included, it took a month to arrive and factory outlet takes no responsibility for companies they partner with. I will never order through them again and if you are thinking of buying through them go elsewhere. This is the first and only bad review I have ever left for a company.
Order a product that showed it as available and in stock. Placed my order and made the payment. After a half day of no shipping tracking number they update me and say the item I purchased was back ordered. Went back to website to check availability and still says available and in stock. Do not do business with this company. Stay away and shop on Amazon.
If I could give a 0, I would. I placed an order back in May 2023. I received shipping information about a week later. Watched the delivery status for a couple of months. I reached out to the company because there were no updates on the shipping status. They emailed back with the same tracking number that I was initially given and 3 days later it showed as delivered, to a town 4 hours away from me. They promised to resend the items and here we are in October, still no items received and they are not responding to my emails. Horrible!
I purchased a mattress and box spring just less than a year ago. The noise the box spring is now making is awful! It sounds like it's coming apart. It makes this noise even when my 10lb. Cat jumps on the bed. The policy is to exchange the box spring but charge $100 to ship it. That is ridiculous. If you sell a faulty product still under warranty there should not be a charge. I will not be purchasing from them again. Ever.

You will find out how bad this place is once they send you an email asking questions. Worst ordering process in the world. Asking the same questions. Everything was digitally entered and they try to verify it 20 times.
I ordered a vacuum filter expecting it to be here within 3-5 business days. This is what my order said I was ok waiting that long. However a week and a half later still no filter. I called and they told me I will have it friday and it was the carrier's fault that it is taking so long. I guess I should have done a little more research on this company, next time I will pay the extra money and order directly from manufacturer.
Consumers pay additional monies for "expedited" shipping, which is not provided. FactoryOutletStore.com pockets the shipping fees they collect..., and customers are left waiting in vain for several additional days, to receive their merchandise. This company is no more than a "drop-shipping" company..., moving product directly from the manufacturer to the customer, while skimming scam shipping fees to boost their profits.
Ordered a wireless headset. The picture showed a complete unit with docking/charging station. I received it promptly but it was only the listening piece without the head bracket. I called in and was told to "write to customer service ". Once I did, they indicated that due to the Covic virus, there was no return/exchange of merchandise. I wrote back to try to purchase the rest of the unit at a good price and never heard back. Paperweight headset and out 100+ dollars.
Just ordered on line. I AM slightly upset. As they advertise a price and offer 10% off, so you figure that you can deduct the 10% from that price---That is incorrect-----
The 10% was already figured into the price--- a real bait and switch operation. But I liked what I read about the GPS 2797 and went ahead and ordered it. I have done business with this outlet and really have found nothing wrong with the service.

Most of the lower prices are for returned or rebuilt units,They may be as good as new. But i went ahead and bought the new model as some times it only costs a few bucks more to go first class.
The site says 100% guarantee, but they don't tell you it will cost you a 15% restocking fee. So on a product i haven't even opened ill get about 40 dollars returned for a 99 dollar product. Will never do business with them again. If they would tell you up front it would not be so bad..
Bought a battery for a cordless phone I have. Battery lasted a total of 4 months. Very disappointed in the quality of their products! Did not respond back when I sent them an email expressing my displeasure. Would not purchase from here!
Purchased a three pack of refrigerator water filters. The first one I installed leaked. Called and was told to return it at my expense. It was returned and I received credit. Installed the second one and it did not leak. Being a six month item, I installed the third one after six months and sure enough it leaked. Contacted vendor and was told there is no warranty after 30 days. Seems unethical to sell a product that they know will be out of warranty when used without informing the customer of the warranty shortcomings in advance.
What a scam. The items are damaged and broken and when you attempt to return them, you wait on hold forever, have someone who can barely speak English, are continuously placed back on hold... it is a nightmare. The first new item I ordered was damaged. I exchanged it but they returned it and only created part of the amount back due to restocking even though I asked for an exchanged. I had to order a new one outright and pay full costs. The next two items were damaged. I paid expedited shipping and return costs both times but they refuse to compensate even though they provide crappy items. STAY AWAY!
No support, and horrible customer service. I tried to return a headset that was not compatible with my system after the 30 days, and they offered no help, simply said, sorry call the manufacturer. I was delayed returning it because I tried the manufacturer etc, and still could not get it to work after trying on and off for a few weeks. I suggest Amazon or a local dealer. The customer service staff, manager Jessica included, were like robots, and probably will be replaced by robots soon.
Ordered a screen protector today for the GPS I recently purchased from this site. GPS purchased was as described, good price and was received in a very reasonable amount of time. Would highly recommend this site as a place to do business with. I will certainly be back when they have something I want.

I ordered a second product and needed it in 6 days. I paid for express shipping which is complete BS or pure profit for the store because they shipped standard shipping which takes 8-10 days instead of their quoted 2-5 days. The UPS-MI website is worthless because they enter information whenever someone takes the damn time to enter something and most the time that website doesn't function at all.
ONLY order from this vendor if you can wait 2-3 weeks to get your order, no matter what you have requested.
Purchased a Plantronics bluetooth device from FactoryOutletStore.com. Received it within days of ordering. However, it did not function at all. They did no absorb return shipping costs. It cost me $9.10 via USPS to return. Then they charged me $7.49 restocking fee for an item that did not function; which is probably what they did the first time this defective item was returned... they restocked it and sent it to me. Contacted customer service and would only refund me the restocking fee. So I'm out $9.10 to return an item that Factoryoutletstore.com sent out defective; not to mention the hassle of the entire experience. Very dissatisfied. Stay away...
Men's electric shaver would not take a charge.
They want a 15% restocking fee and they want you to pay for shipping for the return. Buh Bye!
Btw, I did eventually get a representative on the line and never got an apology for their defective product. That one thing would have gone a long way for a better impression.
I've ordered a watch for a birthday gift. I specifically checked with their customer service when it would be delivered. They confirmed me several times that I would receive my package this Monday May 5th. I didn't receive anything, so I contacted them and they told me that it would arrived on Tuesday in the end - but I didn't receive anything on Tuesday either. I called this morning, same speech - oh you will receive it today then, if not please call us back tomorrow - still nothing. A customer service lying to his customers, this is unacceptable.
On top of it, the tracking link they sent me to track the delivery is not working... It says the tracking number doesn't exist... Is this a fraud?
I ordered 2 chargers for my laptop and they didn't fit. This was 100% there fault! Website clearly said it was the correct charger. I called, they told me to send it back, I did, now they want me to shipping back. When I pushed them on this they said that I should have demanded they pay sipping back before. It was never offered!
Spent a ton of time on the phone and no success. Really bad customer service!
I made a mistake on voting. Should have been a -5 if possible. Horrible dishonest company. Rip off is so correct. Shop on Amazon or another US company with your purchases. I have never had any problems with and some other truly real US companies.
I bought two batteries for my phone through this company in December. They came in the same package. I took one out and put it in my phone and it worked just fine. The second stayed in the package unused. I took It out of the package yesterday and discovered the battery inflated like a balloon. I called the company and they said they only have a 90 warranty on their products. I explained that i would expect in this situation that most companies would stand behind their products and replace it anyway, because it may not be their "policy" but it's the decent thing to do. I was told by a "manager" that they would rather lose a customer and get bad word of mouth than to make it right. This company sucks at doing the right thing. Shop somewhere else.
