Talked to their representative moments ago and assuming everything takes place as stated, I can not fault how they handled my defective item. This aspect of dealing with them deserves a minimum 4 stars. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because I never received return correspondence relative to my email inquiry to my defective product. Other than being on hold for a moderately long period of time they were very quick in a resolution to my problem.

2 different orders BOTH never came. Say they were delivered via their tracking, I emailed the customer service department they said they'd issue a refund, still have yet to see it. Multiple emails back and forth. Don't order!

Had to make sure this was a real site. Weary about online purchases from websites that I haven't purchased from before. My shopping experience was nice and easy, just waiting for my delivery. After my order processed, I got an online coupon with a number to call for a $25 Visa gift card, we'll see... but overall it was nice! I'll wait for a recommendation after I receive my product.

I received my refrigerator water filter, it does not install and I looked it over, it has a flaw in the area where it connects not allowing it to fit. I will not return it because of the charges for restocking and shipping cost, it would not be worth my time or effort. They sell defective merchandise and possibly on purpose. Factory Outlet Store will not be getting anymore business from me.

The returns are subject to 15 % restocking fee that they don't advertise. In the top of that you have to pay for the shipping charges. I will never buy from this the is not associated with Garmin. There are many options
To purchase a golf GPS and this is far from being the ideal one. I even try to exchange for a more expensive GPS and they could care less and insisted on the 15 % restocking od approximately 55 dollars.

I have ordered three denim shirts which cost 1099 and when it reaches to me it was a wrong product which is used before. The shirt was full of dirt and not good. I have tried to contact the factory outlet customer service and it was a wrong number. They are making people dumb

Logos of known manufacturers are shown but not delivered. They require the buyer to pay for return shipping. My items were large and I refused to pay for return shipping due to cost and misrepresentation of product. I disputed with Discover card and after three months was told Discover sided with Factory Outlet Store because I did not return the product. Really? Upsetting as the product was completely misrepresented. I would never do business with them again and buyer beware.

Ordered water filter. After almost two weeks - nothing. Called and voiced my complaint after five minutes of rude conversation andexcuses I asked to speak to a super. "They are all busy" was given an extension numbers to reach supervisors however when you call that number customer service answers again and having to answer five minutes of questions again before they would put me through to a Supervisor - again "Supervisor not available" but will call me back. That never happened either. I am a retired Univ. Prof. So excuse my terminology but this is the VERY WORST internet companies I have ever come across. This is either the biggest fraudulent run company or they are all inept idiots. Either way - do not do any business with them, just get away from this site as soon as you can.

Ordered Moultrie 2 game cams. Received email stating 2-5 days for shipping. Emailed to inquire and was informed that cams were back ordered 7-10 days... but... they offered $10 off on a cam which cost more than TWICE as much. Ah, no thanks.

This is NOT a factory outlet for any known manufacturer. I'm just sorry I didn't come here first!

I will not buy here again and suggest you walk away, too.

I ordered two wireless headsets with lifters for desk phones over 3 weeks ago. The headsets came in via FedEx within 4-5 days. The lifters were delivered to my town via UPS, then the USPS was in charge. The package never arrived and was shipped back to the senders address in NY. After arguing with someone in India, I was able to speak with someone in America. She said they would reship the item same day. 3 days later, I call back and someone in India offers me a refund... I finally get to a supervisor (same one who said it would be here today) and ask for next day shipping. She declines and advises the package will be here in 3-5 days via UPS. Unacceptable service. You didn't deliver on your promise and I have to keep waiting? Never again

This is a site which sells all brands of phones. I got on the site, but was somewhat confused. So I called. ( which must be an overseas call center. Because all 5 or 6 times I called. I got India speaking guys)
Told the guy I lived on a farm and needed a system with at least a range of 900 ft.
To reach between all the barns and out buildings. The one I now have goes 450 ft.
He said this model of Uniden was at 900 ft to 1100. Ft. So I ordered. It would only reach 150 ft. I called to send back, they were more interested in selling me more instead of taking back. So I did send back, which cost $15,, I paid $141.95 for the phone. But they charged me $57.29 to take it back.
I then called the AT&T store. Got a heck of a deal,, and I am very happy my phone from at&t. A range of 2000 ft.
WOW,,, I now see there are 491 bad reviews on this place.

I purchased a headset from this company and paid for accelerated shipping. Ten days later I received a notice that I received the package. I did not receive the package. When I called the 800 number I worked with a rude customer service agent who essentially blamed me for not receiving the package. There was no help, no apology, no let me help you here. He did wash his hands of the issue. Thank you very much for your assistance. I hope to make sure no one else my same mistake of buying from you. Have a nice day.

I let the negative reviews create a state of anxiety and apprehension before giving FactoryOutlet time to process the order. I spoke to a company representative twice, expressed my concerns about the company's reputation. He assured me that the order would be delivered as promised.
It was delivered, as promised except that the 'promo items' (set of sheets & pillow cases) have not yet arrived. There is nothing wrong with the product and the price was at least $50 less than another large on-line merchant - that requires a Premium membership for the customer to receive any benefits.

I will give FactoryOutlet another try if they have something I need and cannot find in a local store.

Ordered a $610.00 adjustable bed base today but had a funny feeling about some things the salesman said while on the phone with him. So - I came to this site to check out Factory Outlet Direct.

Just as my intuition indicated, it is a SCAM operation. I contacted my Credit Card issuer to establish an alert of suspected fraud. Unfortunately, one must wait 10 days from the date of the order & charge posting to make a claim.

I tried calling the Factory Outlet support and was transferred to another line twice, then put on hold for an excessively long time. I finally had to hang up and go to bed.

I am very sure that I will not get the item I ordered and that I will have a hard time getting a refund. But - I will NOT give up. This is the type of company that makes on-line shopping dangerous; we should fight back against these sites. But HOW?

Ordered a replacement battery for my Motorola Droid Bionic and it does not hold a charge any better than the original one, which has been in steady use for over a year. If it weren't for the countless horror stories about people trying to return stuff, I might actually bother, but I don't believe it's worth the $13 I paid. Lesson learned... avoid this retailer.

Ordered a microwave oven and extended warrantee by phone that was in stock to be delivered within 5 days. On day 8 called to see whats going on as no tracking or communication from this Factory Outlet Store. Was informed by an Indian representative that was very difficult to understand that it was never shipped. He would not answer my question of when it would be or when it would be received. Day 10 emailed & demanded notice of shipping or my $ returned. No response.
The local district attorney needs to put these P. O. S. Es out of business and punish them as deserved.
Paid by PayPal, how do I get my money back?

Before purchasing Panasonic phone system, I was assured that I would have technical support. On day of installation we called for tech support and were connected from some douche bag who couldn't speak clearly a word of English. He thought he was cute by instead of Panasonic support he gave us an 800 for COSTCO. When I called back all I got was the run around. They just lost my business. One customer alone needed 37 locations to have phone systems installed. I'll never use them again

I bought a refurbish glaxy S5 new phone with one year warranty from this site about 15 days ago. Within a week the battery and phone started malfunctioning. Battery drains within 5 hrs. Of charge. Phone lost all my music files.
I contacted the telephone numbers for customer service. The told me the phone is international, not US. Even though it has a one year warranty, no one is able to help.
IF there are any regulatory agencies for big giants like Samsung, I hope they scout these sites to discover what these foreign companies do to American consumers and start holding hearings.
Also, I hope there are attorneys who scout these sites to get consumers to start class action lawsuits.
Beware of saving $100 but potentially losing $500 for bad product and no customer service...

They "sell" things at prices which may or may not be better than you can find elsewhere. They say your item will be shipped in 3 to 5 days, and provide no information on your order status. After 11 days, I contacted them via chat. Only then did I discover my order was "back ordered" and wouldn't be available to ship for another 7-10 days. You would think an "outlet" would only be selling things in stock. They're obviously just a consolidator. Avoid. Do some more research and find what you need from real retailers. I went to Garmin and got the same part for the same price.

Do Not Buy From This Site! This business is a scam. You order an item at a super low price. They send you any random object. You have to pay to return it. You get the runaround with their rude, non english speaking, overseas customer service. Over a month later you finally get your money back, but they keep a portion of it a "restocking fee". This is how they make their money. Do not do business with them.

Ordered 3 replacement cell phone batteries. My first clue was what was printed on each battery... Made In Chia, not China! I fully charged a battery and it stayed fully charged until I made a 15 minute call the next day. 3 bars to 1 bar after this call.

I spent $3.00 to return the items in addition to the $26.00 purchase/shipping price. A week later I got a notice of a $15.00 refund from Paypal. This vendor didn't bother to send an apology or to itemize the deducted restocking fees. It's amazing how a company can send out mediocre merchandise and deduct exorbitant restocking fees for returns at customer expense!

From now on, I will read company reviews and the fine print in the Returns Policy before I buy.

Not worth the discount. Sales people are ignorant of products, rude and aggressive. They are dishonest regarding return policy. Terrible mistake. I bought a Beautyrest mattress that needed be returned per 30 day policy. Not happening. I agree with other reviews this is a horrible company.

Ordered 2 28v. Batteries for my Milwaukee angle drill. Batteries arrived on time good price $186.00
For 2.One battery arrived with charge indicator down one red light out of 5
Not lit.
Charged it up topped off after a couple of minutes on charge.
No harm done.
But after reading the horrible reviews on jabber.com I have decided to deal with a stateside company and to pay $40.00 more for my Garmin g3 chip

Ordering the phone was easy and quick. It would have been 5 stars if I did not get abbushed by a falsely leading popup that offered a free $20 rebate if you click on it. Ended up being a sales pitch for a monthly discount service.

Tried and tried to find tracking info on my purchase for over a week. Nothing. Finally called them. It was put on back order but they never bothered emailing me that info. No idea when they'd get it. So I canceled. I also had written them an email about it -- never replied. Highly recommend not using this company.

Tip for consumers:
Don't expect communication if there's a problem with your order. They will not inform you.

As the rating says, stay away. Pay the extra dollars for a good reliable seller. Poor merchandise. Customer Service is worse than the merchandise. I shop on line all the time and this is the worst experience I've encountered. Read all of the bad reviews and that is what you are subject to.

Ordered ordered a Uniden D1760-8 cordless phone and received it very quick. I followed all instructions in setting it up but 2 of the 8 phones would not register to base no matter what I tried. I contacted Factory Outlet through their Chat line and described my problem. After 35 minutes of seeing them write that they are looking into it, they sent me a link to the instruction book that came with the phones. They then said I could exchange or get a refund by returning the phones. They wanted the whole set not just the 2 that didn't work. I spent 50 minutes online with them for no help at all. I returned the complete phone set in its original packaging at my cost. Today I had the credit applied back to my credit card and it was $45.00 less than what I paid for the phones. I will never deal with this company again. Their customer service is useless.

I ordered a Garim edge touring plus bike computer that was refurbished. I opened the box and it ask me to chose a language I clicked English and some other language appeared. Don't waste your time! Factory outlet not very helpful waiting for return label. If the deal is too good to be true
