Talked to their representative moments ago and assuming everything takes place as stated, I can not fault how they handled my defective item. This aspect of dealing with them deserves a minimum 4 stars. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because I never received return correspondence relative to my email inquiry to my defective product. Other than being on hold for a moderately long period of time they were very quick in a resolution to my problem.
2 different orders BOTH never came. Say they were delivered via their tracking, I emailed the customer service department they said they'd issue a refund, still have yet to see it. Multiple emails back and forth. Don't order!
I think this company is located in India but using a NY shipping address, which is fraud. Worse service and customer relations I've ever encountered. Company says 2 til 5 business days for delivery, I order on Jan 8th and received product Jan 25th, what calendar are they using. Never again.
Product ordered was not shipped within the 24hrs that was paid for. When emailed about this issue and asking for the extra shipping to be returned, I received an email in return saying my order was cancelled, which was not my wish. No communication to begin with informing me that my product was not shipping on time. Very unprofessional company. Be careful ordering from them
The worst customer service. If there is a problem they cannot solve they just repeatedly hang up on you. Returns are charged with shipping and restocking fees so you wont return anything. They just tell you they are sorry and will not to anything about your problem. They masquerade as a factory store but they are not. Uncaring and rude.

The company uses a company to do their sales that tries to deceive customers into thinking they have received rewards that are not what they appear. They are really ways to get customers trapped into gimmicks that are a pain in the rear to get out of, making it a very deceptive practice. Just let me buy my product and be done with it. Stop trying to continue to make money off of me by deceiving me after that. It is insulting. I would not recommend your product to others because of this experience.
Delt with these people for 13 days different person every time. Always a different story. They make the web site look like it is the manufacturer factory outlet. But they have nothing to do with them. I hope to get a credit on my card but I disputed the charge to be safe.
The included AND CHARGED me for something i didnt order...$15 overcharge... when i called to get them to correct it, i got a very rude guy (either indian or phillipine call center). No apology or refund... rude...
I will not buy anything from these people again... watch your card statement
Order was wrong and took a really long time.
Would NEVER order from them again! The website was misleading and made me think I was buying the $135+ tennis shoes from a Florida business. When I finally received the tracking email it was all in Chinese. I feel mislead.
The entire experience with this company was a nightmare. First attempt they sent the wrong gps. Second attempt they sent me a gps and the traffic receiver cord was defective. Rather than replacing the cord, I had to return the complete GPS at my expense and was told they would credit my account. Not only was this a problem but I paid for 3 day shipping and it did not arrive for 5 days. All the people I talked with where unwilling to resolve this matter the easy way and for the most part where rude. Never going to do business with this company again. Neither should you!

Never will order from this company again. Product deception. Refurbish product sold online as new. Upon receiving product box is marked as Refurbish. Call to complain and told it new it just was taken off of store shelf and sold. What a LIE. Only order from this company if you want to be rip off!
I purchased 2 Samsung Refrigerator Filters. Since they were not genuine filters, it caused my refrigerator to leak within 12 hours. I had to contact a refrigerator repairman to come to my house. He replaced the filter with a genuine Samsung filter, and the leaking stopped. This company would not allow me to return even the unopened filter because 30 days had passed. Horrible customer service. Do Not Buy From This Company!
I ordered up a replacement refurbished garmin HR+ fitbit like device with XL band that was advertised as "in stock" to be shipped, etc. Amazingly 72 hours later I get the email "out of stock" backorder will be filled by end of June. Also included was the teaser of I can get a lesser version of Garmin product for same price, that is in stock. Nope, ship me what I ordered, please. End of July get notice like June and another request to ship me a lesser device for same price. These guys are hocking old crap that they do not have to hope you will buy even older crap that they have laying around. Cannot believe that Garmin is sponsoring them or that they are in any way affiliated. RUN AWAY!
Waste of patience and time.
Ordered a Minn Kota electric outboard July 3 with late July delivery. Promise date went to early August, mid August, Sept... now Mid October. I cancelled.
In the mean time their 48hr 75% off sale, and "free shipping ends tomorrow", has been the same for over 3 months. Not a big deal, it just a loss of credibility.
I have spend more over $2500 with this store and they will not take a return one item due to COVID! This is bull. I will never buy from them again and I would recommend that you do not make a purchase from them.
I had some concerns after reading some of the poor reviews. But the prices are fair, with free shipping, located in the USA. And it is a Google trusted site, for what ever that is worth.
I ordered heads for a Norelco Razor. I received them promptly with no issues.
I ordered 3 plantronics headsets. One of them came without the base. When I opened the box and realized there was a problem I immediately called to notify them. I was told they needed 3-5 days to "reseach my claim" it has been over 5 days and still no word from them. I paid close to 300 dollars for each headset so basically since I can't use the one without the base I basically threw away 300 dollars.
I love all of the neat things to buy, however I wish that phones in general today didn't cost half a grand! But I do love this site, which is a safe google site! I will be buying from this site again and again!
I ordered 2 Wahl hair clippers, because the site claimed they were in stock and shipped within 24-48 hours. I was charged immediately. 10 days later I went on the website, where I had created an account, and it had no evidence that I had any orders pending or closed. I then took it up with the chat agent, but after telling me nothing for 10 minutes, admitted he did not have access to that information and I needed to call customer service. I called, and was in voicemail purgatory for 15 minutes before the system finally told me no-one could help me, call back later. I then emailed asking them to cancel the orders. I got a prompt, polite response, informing me the product was back-ordered (lies on website!) and ecpected in 7-10 days. Ignoring my request to cancel. Will try once more by phone to cancel, then will enter a fraud complaint with my credit card company.
When I came to your factory store website, I was not very happy that you would allow offers from other business's to trick me into calling them. I expected to make a purchase from you. But after my purchase I was prompted to call a number for a $20.00 cash rebate, I almost called the number until i noticed it was a trick. Not very happy that you would be a part of that kind of bait and switch tactic

Placed order on 8/12. Waited for tracking information for 6 days. Nothing. Went to the website and was advised FOS was waiting for tracking information. I sent an email asking for a better status. Was then told item was on back order and should be "received" in 7 to 10 business days. Responded to that message with a request to clarify if I would receive it in 7 to 10 days or would it be received by FOS in that time frame. No response. On 8/25 asked for an update. No response.
They sent me a battery that was the wrong number of the one that I ordered. I had to pay to ship them back. Then instead of sending the correct battery out AND refunding the shipping costs as I had discussed with a customer service agent on the phone, they refunded me a little more than half of what I paid, due to restocking fees. They were literally charging me a restocking fee for their mistake. I called them to try and get my money back and they still tried to short change me and not issue me my full refund.
The phone I ordered from FactoryOutletStore turned out being backstocked. When I called to ask for it to be cancelled I sat on hold for 45 min only to have them tell me to call back tomorrow. I just want to be refunded my money but no one will help me cancel my order. Very unhappy with my service I'm receiving. I have a feeling I won't get a refund or my order cancelled
I bought Clarity phones as a gift for my dad who is hard of hearing (model E814CC and 2 handsets, model E814HS) and he absolutely loves it!
By all means, please purchase this phone from Amazon or Clarity directly do not be tempted to go with FactoryOutletStore like I did. My dad decided he didn't need the two handsets, so I thought it'd be easy to return them. Wrong! I was given the run-around and was told I had to return the entire bundle of phones (even though the handsets were each in their own boxes). Seriously?
The customer service rep even told me that "if I returned only the handsets, I would have a tragic experience." Really? No logic whatsoever, and a frustrating customer service experience.

Be careful of their return policies. Not clear that you cannot return a partial bundled purchase.
Order it they took out the money then week later put it back. Then 30 days later take money out again and don't send me shipping info or any type of info till two days later. Left me wondering why my bank account was charged for 2 days. Now says no returns cause of covid
You can only get store credit if you do not want the item ordered. The with in 3 days shipped is great. But the bad part is they use UPS M. I. we all know is the slowest mail delivery there is. I made the order on 05 APR 14 the delivery date was 14 APR 14 but it did not arrive on the date it was promise. Will not buy from them again.

The price was also pleasing after seeing some batteries that "might" work for $50+. Check out was responsive and quick, not a hassle.
