Talked to their representative moments ago and assuming everything takes place as stated, I can not fault how they handled my defective item. This aspect of dealing with them deserves a minimum 4 stars. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because I never received return correspondence relative to my email inquiry to my defective product. Other than being on hold for a moderately long period of time they were very quick in a resolution to my problem.

2 different orders BOTH never came. Say they were delivered via their tracking, I emailed the customer service department they said they'd issue a refund, still have yet to see it. Multiple emails back and forth. Don't order!

Customer service is poor to say the least. I didn't receive the products I ordered. After three phone calls and holding at least 13 minutes each time, I was told that on the 10th business day, I could report that I had not received my order (placed on Nov 30,2010, today is Dec 14,2010, my credit card was billed on Dec 1st)) I am now at their "10 day mark" and they said they would re-ship the order. I requested a refund instead and was told, they don't do that. I told them since I didn't receive the items, I wanted a refund... Nope. Told them we were both in NYS that I would then contact the Attorney General, and was told."go ahead, and then disconnected." Not a happy customer.

Ordered a battery for my LG V10 cell. Received it promptly and it was the correct battery. Charged the battery, with phone turned off, for 18 hours. Lasted about 3 hours. Re-charged it for 24 hours and it lasted about 4 hours. Called and was told it must have been a bad battery and they would send me a new one at no cost. They did and I charged it for 24 hours and again, it lasted about 4, less than the old battery I was trying to replace. Wasn't worth calling again so I ate the 15 bucks and took the batteries to the re-cycling center. Try somewhere else.

I couldn't figure out the right part they were very kind and helped me. But then I ordered wrong part. Again, they were very kind in the return and replacement.
Their staff was knowledgeable and very polite. I will absolutely use again.

Tip for consumers:
The hold time on phone can be long but just hold - it was worth it to me.

This is the most unprofessional, incompetent, and careless bustheir customer service is a joke. Their customer service is a joke. Go online and look at the amount of complaints filed and the Better Business Bureau. Wish I had done that first. I looked on one website which graded them a 4.2. I looked on others which have 97 complaints with no resolution and many others with the same kind of response. Don't make the same mistake. Do not do business with these people.

So be careful when ordering from the website. Even though it says it is in stock doesn't mean it is. I oredered a Jetboil and was everything I needed and when I ordered it the site said it was in stock. Come to find out after a few days, and no status on shipment when I called that it was on back order. When I called an found this out the customer service rep did nothing to help just said we will give your money back. So of course I won't ever buy something from this place again and went to REI.

I tried to order a downrigger pedestal from cannon, as they state this is how you order their products. The website said "in-stock" with a little green check mark. My PayPal was immediately charged. The next day I still didn't have an email to confirm the order, it appears they sent it to an unmanned email address tied to my PayPal. I went to their website, and their website has changed to "backordered, delivery in mid May". But I ordered this when it was in stock in early April? So i tried to cancel the order. Apparently, all the customer service can do is send an email to their "cancelation team" who may or may not approve the cancelation in 3 days. Are you kidding me? I immediately filed a dispute in my PayPal, and I am posting this everywhere possible.

Advertise Milwaukee M12 power tool battery that are actually look alike Chinese knock offs. Then after using the battery for 2 months, it goes bad. Guess what, they won't take it back or replace it after 30 days, go figure! AVOID THIS OUTFIT

I ordered a headset The first unit I received was outdated and wouldn't function any longer with any of today's phone systems. The second one kept you tethered to the phone base. I can buy a unit like that at our local Office Depot for one twelfth of the price. The first one return shipping was covered since it was outdated equipment. The second one we had to pay the return shipping. Just reconfirms how much shopping online is a risk with unreputable companies.

I was about to buy a food processor on their website. And they were advertising 20 to 75% off sitewide. The food processor wasn't getting even the 20% off so I decided to call customer service - two times because the first one I was hung up on. They were soo rude. Their point was essentially that the website cannot have all the information and the discount wasn't for everything even when that was stated. That I should look other stores an realize it was a good deal already. Really? I told him I wouldn't buy and he flipped out because I waste his time.

I thought I was getting a great deal until the item arrived with the WRONG charger unit! Useless! Okay, return it, right? Takes 2 days to get a response to the email (sent to the address their Cust service gave me) & I cant get full refund. 15% deduction if I want credit refund & They now deduct what shipping charges were (FedEx). THEIR MISTAKE! I'm livid. I need this item now & cannot wait 2 weeks for it, so I take the hit which amounts to 50++%. DONT BUY INTO THE PRICES! It's a scam

I purchased a Plantronics Voyager pro bluetooth head set from this site. They promosed me to give a brnad new new device, but the first one I received was an used one. I returned at my own cost. They send me back the new one, ut this time the device didn't response, it was not working. So so so bad website i ever shopped from..

This makes me look a little foolish however, I'm submitting this review for the "Greater-Good". On 6/29/15 I purchased a NEW Fish-finder for my Predator kayak. I planned on using my "early Christmas present" this spring. I had a very busy schedule when the Elite-4 arrived so I just stashed it till last week when I opened it up to install on the kayak. To my surprise, what I had received was a used, returned unit that had a Badly scratched face, a X-ducer cord that had been cut in two places (both cuts were identified with old tape and a marker.) Additionally, the power cord was "well used/ shortened". After a lengthy discussion about how sorry they were... They refused to do anything at all, The Supervisor was supposed to return my call, but never did. PLEASE take the time to check your order. The original purchase order, shipping box, etc. were of no value at all. I will be contacting Lowrance to drop a dime on this Substandard Retail business! Purchase Order #: FOS*******E

I purchased two items from the Garmin Factory outlet a Garmin Ultra 106 for $2,000 and a $25.00 splash protector for the included transducer. After reviving the Garmin 106 it was clear the units design included this splash protector so I asked to return the unit. I was told they would not allow the return due to Covid 19.
So let's see, I spent 2k in they store, they refuse to take back a $25 dollar bracket because it's contaminated? Really. Well I will never do business again with this company, it's a lame excuse which makes no sense and though it's only $25 it's the principle that's unacceptable.

I made the mistake of buying here instead of Amazon Prime because of the "Same-Day shipping" motto. Not only did it NOT ship in a day, I ordered the same items from Amazon the next day, got the item, ordered more of the product from Amazon, and received THAT order before this one arrived. When I tried to return it, I had to call three times before I actually received the email with directions for returning. Be warned that you will pay for the shipping AND a restock fee. Eventually I DID get at least the partial refund credited to my account. Would not deal with this company again. :(

Wow... this place is a joke.
We ordered plantronics cs540... 1st box they sent me had no headset in it or anything except some little peice. 2nd box they sent to fix the problem had a plantronics model c054 which is not what i ordered. No big deal. But the headset battery is dead and will not charge. This place sells junk. Horrible to talk to. Still have not fixed the issue. Still have not gave me credit back... HORRIBLE. Stay away

I purchased a warranty for my product when I tried to contact them they would not honor my warranty, first Factory Out provided me with the wrong warranty company contact, then they said oh we made a mistake call us so that we can offer you the correct company but when I called cust. Serv agent hung up on me after giving him all my info...
I tried to dispute the charge but was over the dispute period so I'm out of options the only thing I can suggest is not to use them this company is a FRAUD!

I would highly discourage anyone from shopping here --THIS COMPANY FACTORY OUTLET STORE IS A FRAUD.

Oh how I wish I had read these reviews before I made a purchase from these people. My aerobed arrived DOA and when I called to arrange for a refund they would not talk to me. Instead they referred me to the manufacturer. The number they gave me for the manufacturer was one of those numbers where you cannot get a human on the line to save your soul.
If you buy something from this website you may save some money up front, but if the product is defective or not what you ordered you are pretty much SOL.

I would give this company a "0" stars if I could. I ordered an AT&T multi handset cordless phone system that ended up being really cumbersome to use. You had to go through a lot of steps to do basic functions like phone book, intercom, etc. Returned the phone with all the packaging as it had been and they charged me $64 in restocking and shipping fees for the return. That is highway robbery. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I am disappointed with this merchant. I bought an indoor pet barrier to keep my dog off my sofa. Because I have 2 sofas and 2 dogs I needed to purchase an extra collar and barrier. My children were upset with the fact tht the dogs were getting shocked, so I decided to return it. Shame on me for not reading the return policy completely before I purchased, but I am now sublect to a 15% restocking fee as well as paying for the shipping. In addition, I have to pay to ship it back to them. This is not a customer friendly merchant. I will never order from them again. As a result I ampaying about $40.00 for nothing, when 2 out of the 3 packages were never opened. Buyer Beware.

This business is a sham, aside from taking forever to send an order they falsely represented what I bought.
They also lied to the credit card company in my dispute.
I ordered a pair of black leather seat organizers and received four cheesy felt pockets with ties on them. Three in hot pink and one in black.
Companies such as this need to be exposed and closed. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE THIEVES

On 23 Jan. 19 I ordered a Magellan GPS from FactoryStoreOutlets. About one hour after I ordered I received an e-mail asking me to contact them. When I did I was informed the item was on back order. Yesterday 6 Feb. 19 I called to check on the status of the order. I was told it was still on back order and they did not know when it would be filled. I cancelled the order and requested a refund so I could try to make a local purchase. I was notified by paypal today at 10:00 am MST that the refund had been received. 5 minutes later I received an e-mail from FactoryStoreOutlets that the refund had been made. This is excellent service. Good on them and I would not hesitate to make future purchases from this vendor.

Bought a polycom conference phone and paid extra for the two year warranty. The phone failed just before 1 year. After shipping it back at my own expense and also providing a return shipping label. The Factory Outlet store informed me that it was not repairable and they would be sending me a settlement offer. The first offer was for $33.00 the second was for $299.99 and the third and final offer was for $349.99 and that was the best they could do. I paid $409.00+$50.00 for useless 2yr warranty. My company and or I will never do business with this Factory Outlet Store again.

I recently purchased a 3-pack Refrigerator Water Filter set. After the 1st one proved to be bad, with ice that tasted terrible when it started melting, I tried a 2nd one to make sure the 1st one was just a faulty one. The 2nd one proved to be just as terrible.
I didn't try the 3rd. I bought one from Best Buy and my ice tastes great!
They would only honor the 1 unopened, but charged 15% return fee and shipping. Not worth my time and effort. But this is worth my time and effort to warn anyone from purchasing this item. Go to Best Buy for your water filters!

This is a Hindustani Business in NY. I am an SE Asian but if I were known this prior to
Contact its customer, they are well known in SE Asia Countries for Slick.
I ordered as their website suggested for its battery compatible with an original Dell
Vostro 1400, Notebook PC. They did send its wrong on purpose just to gain 15%
Restocking Charge and shipping cost. To return for an exchange was another $5.00 plus running around. So, it is better off to patronize the local electronic stores, like Frys, or Best Buy to have a special order and pay just a little more but you get the right one.

I spent a lot of time looking for this kind of phone. Office stores didn't have it. Then I saw THIS one at Walmart but both stores in town were out of it & didn't know when/if they would get it in. My adult children told me that Amazon has EVERYTHING. So today I looked on Amazon & sure enough, I found it, exactly what I wanted & the price is right.
