Talked to their representative moments ago and assuming everything takes place as stated, I can not fault how they handled my defective item. This aspect of dealing with them deserves a minimum 4 stars. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because I never received return correspondence relative to my email inquiry to my defective product. Other than being on hold for a moderately long period of time they were very quick in a resolution to my problem.

2 different orders BOTH never came. Say they were delivered via their tracking, I emailed the customer service department they said they'd issue a refund, still have yet to see it. Multiple emails back and forth. Don't order!

While trying to a faulty dog collar, I experienced rude customer service and they charged my credit card 3 times. I am working with Capital One to get the charges reversed.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH FACTORY OUTLET STORE!

Products are misrepresented
Product descriptions are NOT ACCURATE
Shipping department and packaging methods are far less than adequate resulting in damages to purchase
RETURN SHIPPING IS NOT PAID BY FACTORY OUTLET FOR RETURNS/REFUNDS

STAY AWAY: THIS IS THE WORST BUSINESS I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. THEY SEND OUT THE WRONG MERCHANDISE AND BLAME IT ON YOU. THEY CANNOT SPEAK ENGLISH SO YOU NEED TO BE FLUENT IN WHATEVER LANGUE THEY ARE SPEAKING TO UNDERSTAND THEIR LIES.

When I palced an order on 2/7/14 I specifically asked if item was in-stock, they checked and said YES. I asked it item would ship today based on their web ad that says "Same day shipping" and was told yes! It was never shipped until 2/11/14. I do not like being lied too! Spread the word NEVER do business with FactoryOutletStore.com
NEVER NEVER again!

Before making a purchase 2 of the HW520 order#FOS*******E, I Chatted with a rep who guaranteed me I was getting the item I need (this wasn't it). This thing took 2 weeks to get to me more time than they advertise for delivery and low and behold nothing I needed. My job started the Monday 9th of Aug. I receiving it on the 8th Aug. Sunday. I returned both item one wasn't even opened and they still charged me a $30. Fee to return plus I payed $14. To send it to them. These people are a rip off. The customer service is also disrespectful save your money and shop elsewhere.

Tip for consumers:
Shop elsewhere it will be less stressful.

I ordered a Garmin 2555 LMT. Unfortunately, it did not come with Traffic. After contacting Factory Outlet Store and then Garmin (twice) and following their instructions, the unit did not receive traffic from Maine to Florida. The unit is actually 2555LM (no "T"). I would not recommend buying a GPS with traffic from this store. Buyer beware.

I ordered a piece of Crew 10 Travelpro luggage on their closeout sale that was advertised as "Brand New" at a fantastic price. However, the piece had defective stitching on a corner seam that appears to have undergone a poor repair attempt. The packaging was also not "original" as advertised for brand new items on their website. My subsequent customer service experience has been a nightmare. It took 3 phone calls and 2 emails (including photos of the defect) to receive a defective item return form that did not include a prepaid shipping label (?). When I informed them that I would not pay for return shipping on a defective item they said they would send a prepaid shipping label via email in... 2 business days! Stay away from this circus act.

Update 8-6-19: I did receive a prepaid shipping label as promised and a full refund within 2 days of them receiving the defective item. It was just very painful fighting thru the customer service. Still don't know why I received a defective item that was touted as brand new.

Stay away. Terrible customer service.

I unfortunaley did not look at the reviews written prior to my purchase of a Tom Tom GPS. I was told they had 2 in stock and was available to get in 3 days. 2 days later I called them and they said it was out of stock and on back order. This was a very common practice with this company. I did get a refund imediatley (thank you) however everyone should stay away from this company. They are not BBB credited and do not deserve to be in business.
I had to rate it 1 star otherwise you cant move forward but they are a minus10 stars

This company is a fraud. They tell you one thing then do another thing. I called and placed an order, within 5 minutes I called back to cancel the order. I was told that I would receive an email for the cancellation, it never happened. Within 2 hours they took the money out of my bank account.
It has not been replaced and after talking to a "Nicki" she said she couldn't do anything about stopping the order going out on Monday. This is B.S. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

This company is deceptive and has very pore custpmer service. They advertise 30 day returns. What they don't tell you there is a 15 percent of the product price for restockong - absolute reripoff! If the dtop the price on a product you just bought days before, they won't honor the new price. Customer service, if you want to call iy that sucks at best. Bottom line don't shop here. There are many alternatives to buy the same products from reputable companies at the same price or lower.

I ordered a power adapter for a Dell Inspiron 13 5378.Not only did I get the wrong item shipped to me, but when I called Customer Service to get a return form, I was told that they can't even find the laptop model on their site - I was looking directly at the screen with the model number when I was told this. What I received was a cheap knock-off that wasn't even close to being the correct adapter. Now I have to pay for shipping to return this item.

I ordered an adapter for my Samsung laptop and when I received it I thought it was wrong so I sent it back. When I didn't hear from them, I called them and told them what happened and they understood what happened and everything was taken care of, so I will do business with them again.

This is the worst company EVER! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! I never received my order, and they gave me the run around that it was delivered and signed for; I have CAMERAS, but it wasn't delivered and signed, and they couldn't give me proof or the name of the signature.HORRIBLE customer service! They need to be shut down!

On there website it said 30 days money back guarantee if you are not satisfied. Was told by them no refund. I spoke with the people's across the sea. I will call the people's from USA and see what they said. I don't understand why can't I get my refund. FALSE ADVERTISING! DON'T BUY FROM THEM! BEWARE!

The easy three step order process took less about 2 minutes and for less than $5 you get a 2 yr warranty! Try getting that from T-Mobile, you'll pay twice that.

DO NOT ever buy from this company. I purchased a cordless phone from them. I opened the box, it appeared to have been just thrown in the box and sent out, no user manual or instructions and once I charged it, it was defective. I contacted the company to try and seek a resolution, but all they did was hang up on me, lie to me and when I called back and asked for a manager, they stated I had no reason to talk with a manger and then hung up again. Now they want me to pay to have it returned. I'm in the process of going through PAYPAL resolution in order to get my money refunded. DO WALK, BUT RUN FROM THIS COMPANY AS FAST AS YOU CAN!

Purchased 2 batteries for Dell Precision Laptop M6400 recieved the batteries that do not fit my computer, was told by customer service that is the one for my laptop. I told them when I sent in the order it was a different battery. The type I needed was a C565C capacity 85 wh. In order to get my money back I have to pay to return something that was sent to me wrong. Not a company I will ever use again, just have top get my money back.

CAUTION: This Company is fake! I purchased Samsung Galaxy S4 phone, since the time I got this phone I had so many issues, later when I contacted SAMSUNG customer care I was told that the phone was of Africa model & I cannot get service in USA. When I call up customer care they put me on hold for very long time & disconnected the call. Even if the call gets through they are very rude & hang up the call on my face. This repeated multiple time for the last six months. Pls do not buy anything form this site. These guys are fake & customer service is absolutely the worst.

I bought an echomap74sv with the gt54uhd-tm transducer. In the description it said that it is replaced by the gt56uhd-tm transducer. I spent $50 more to buy it from them because of the transducer upgrade, not to mention the one i found for $50 less I would of had the next day not 5 days later. When I received it the contained the 54 transducer and when i called them about it they basically said too bad.

be aware of the wording they use to make you think you are getting something you are not

I purchases Dewalt 18V batteries that has 1 year warrenty, with it I also purchased extended warrenty 2 additional years. When I called for replacment, the represantetive told me that the battery was not OEM with only 90 days.
Never again Stay away from them. NO satisfaction!

I ordered 2 pillows from this company and 1 MONTH LATER the product has NOT EVEN BEEN SHIPPED. I emailed the company 3 TIMES to check in on the status of my order and received NO RESPONSE from this company. This company provides ABSOLUTLY NO SERVICE and is a WASTE OF YOUR TIME AND MONEY! Worst experience i have ever had working with an online retailer or any retailer in fact! DO NOT ORDER FROM FACTORYOUTLETSTORE.COM! Rating = (-10)!

I purchased a uniden udr744hd, a camera didnt work. I called for return and a lady said, in the return department, said I cant request a return label on the phone. That I had to email them. So I did and never got label after 6 emals. I called back, a man said I can exchange camera. I had to explain it to him 4 times.The problem. Then he said I had to return the unit, that they would email me FedEx label in 24 to 48 hours. I never got it after a week. I played with PayPal, so I filled out a dispute on paypal customer help. After 3 days I got a label from factory outlet to return it because PayPal stepped in. Thank God I paid with PayPal. They are making sure factory outlet refunds my return. Dont buy from factory outlet. Their return department dont k ow what they are doing and dont care.

DO NOT BUY. They advertise things as available for crazy cheap. Then you have to call them because of an "issue" they then tell you they are out of stock and try to upsell you. Happened once, so I decided to try it with a different product and the same story. SCAM SCAM SCAM.

This place is a RIPOFF! They sent me something that was misrepresented on their website and, because of that, I couldn't use it. It took me several days to get a return/exchange form and then it said I had to pay a 15% processing fee because the item wasn't defective. So I refused and finally, the rep on the phone said I didn't have to pay it - but they refuse to give me something in writing that says that!
