Talked to their representative moments ago and assuming everything takes place as stated, I can not fault how they handled my defective item. This aspect of dealing with them deserves a minimum 4 stars. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because I never received return correspondence relative to my email inquiry to my defective product. Other than being on hold for a moderately long period of time they were very quick in a resolution to my problem.
2 different orders BOTH never came. Say they were delivered via their tracking, I emailed the customer service department they said they'd issue a refund, still have yet to see it. Multiple emails back and forth. Don't order!

You asked for the recipient's email address and not the buyer's email address. So, at the end of the ordering, your recap showed the recipient's email address for both of our addresses. That means that THEY ( the recipients of the GIFT) received the confirmation AND the price paid for the GIFT! Just got a text from them saying we shouldn't have paid so much!

Bought an air filter and water filter for my Viking Refrigerator. GUARANTEED to fit! LOL Does not fit and CANNOT return because we left town for several weeks and now the time allowed to return has passed, not to mention the restocking fee which would have made my return basically useless. The customer service guy was a complete gel and could hardly articulate a sentence.
So to the owners of this company scamming folks, Karma is coming for you. I don't have to be upset because you will get yours! Have a nice day!
Order was placed on line august 26,2020, The company shipped the order the next day, august 27,2020. That was really fast and very efficient!
That is where the problem started! As of today December 4, I have still not received my merchandise. The last up date i got that it was scheduled for Thursday December 3 by nine PM and never received.
It is a shame because your company ships the order in 1 day and is still in shipping 7 days later
THE MAJOR REASON FOR THIS IS BECAUSE FACTORY OUTLET USED UPS-Mail INNOVATIONS. They are known for extremely slow shipping! This is where ups drops off the order and is transferred to the USPS! I had been told that it was going to be shipped by UPS. I ORDERED THIS FILTER BECAUSE I CAN ALWAYS RELY ON 2-3 DAYS! IT JUST WAS NOT WORTH IT. I REALLY NEEDED MY REFRIGERATOR FILTER, I really hope that your company learns from this. Thank You.
Horrible! I purchased a Garmin MicroSD 24K Topo map for my GPS. I failed to work. After 20 minutes on the phone with Garmin customer support, we verified that the GPS unit was fine, the MicroSD was defective. The garmin rep asked where I purchased the card. When I told him factoryoutletstore.com he was very apologetic and said the have a well known history of selling defective, re-manufactured and chinese counterfeit items. I called factoryoutletstore.com to get a refund and they want to charge me 15% plus shipping. According to Garmin they are NOT an authorized Garmin dealer or re-seller. BUYER BEWARE, THESE GUYS SUCK!
I purchased an HP battery for $26.90 on 4/16/2016. The battery showed in stock. I have called them twice and am told each time that the battery is on backorder. Each time it showed in stock on their website. Each time I was told it would be 7 to 10 days before it would be in stock. THE BATTERY NOW SHOWS A PRICE OF $43. I think it's a scam
I contacted their customer service to pick a fish finder with maps installed. They chose one for me. I ordered it and it arrived without maps. I called them and at first they said just return the head unit and theyll send the correct item. After waiting weeks they said they wont return the correct item without the accessories. Then they said I need to send everything in the same form (in the box as I received it) or they cant return it. Since Im not capable of doing that any longer they refuse to do anything. This order also came with a 30 day guarantee which they are also not honoring. This company is a scam. They will send you the wrong product and make it unreturnable. Im stuck with a $400 charge, no product at all anymore and have to go through the pain of a chargeback.
They Guaranteed 2 day Delivery, and I got my Order 2 weeks later. I asked for a Refund before it shipped and was put off. I ordered from a different retailer, BUYDIG ( they had it to me in 1 day) and then lost my case against them for a refund thru PAYPAL. Vanna will feed you a Load of BS and make excuse after Excuse. STAY AWAY FROM FACTORYOUTLETSTORE.COM! I can't believe a respected company like Minn Kota would allow their name to be used by people as unprofessional as this. My experience was terrible. I did eventually receive a refund but not without terrible pains! They have a model set up to put the customer off as much as possible, with so called supervisors avoiding your concerns by not contacting you. If they do accidentally call you, you better answer, because you will not be able to call them back without going through multiple people and waiting another day. I was told on multiple days that I would receive a call before 6 pm EDT, and those calls never came. They sent me a trolling motor that was a third of the price of the one I ordered and paid for! Do you think they would go out of their way and help? Heck no! AGAIN, do yourself a favor and AVOID THIS BUSINESS! One star is TOO HIGH!
I've said it before. Do NOT buy from this seller unless you want to take a chance MAYBE YOULL SAVE A Few dollars. Probably you will think you are. BUY LOCALLY. THEN, IF YOU HAVE TO RETURN SOMETHING YOU CAN DO IT EASILY! My cordless phones were NOT advertised as refurbished, yet they were. I didn't find that out until they arrived! READ THE OTHER REVIEWS. These people are nothing but "Lying Scammers" pushing knock offs & counterfeit product. I ordered a new Toshiba battery to replace the 5 year old one in my laptop. What I received was a used no name battery with a different model # that fit. After charging overnight several times it would only hold charge 5 or 10 mins until it finally wouldn't work at at all. It came without paperwork or phone #. Just labels on outside of box. I got the phone # from my credit card charge & called. The rep. Emailed me a return label & said there would be no shipping or re-stock fees & a full refund. Yeah right, it cost me $6.70 shipping to return their bad battery. I requested a refund & was told by the rep to just pitch it & I would still get a full refund. Too late it was already shipped. The rep. Said to call back & a supervisor could help with the shipping refund. The supervisor from what I could understand kept saying no refund unless exchanged. So I'm back using my 5 yr old battery by keeping it plugged in. I'm out of $26.90 + a $6.70 shipping fee with a full refund promise of $26.90. How do they get away with this? People serve time for less.

Faulty advertisement. The picture of headset and model I ordered is no way what you actually get. I had to pay a restocking fee and shipping to get part of my money back... wow! Poor customer service
I bought a replacement laptop computer battery Toshiba PA3534U. Factory Outlet Store website stated that the battery meets or exceeds original manufacturers specification. My original battery lasted 4 years. Their replacement worked for less than 90 days before it stopped taking a full charge even though I cycle charged by letting it drain all the way down. I called their customer service and was told that the battery only has a 30 day return policy. However, the website warranty page implies some manufacturers have a 90 day warranty; apparently this does not apply to their computer batteries, now I understand why. He told me that I should have purchase the 2 year warranty for an additional fee. I checkout a number of other websites that sell the same type of battery and they all offer a 1 year warranty at no additional charge. I mentioned this to their customer service representative and he must have gotten confused. He told me I should have purchased the battery from them. I was surprised by his answer and asked "so you are telling me to buy batteries from your competitor". He then stumbled on this words because the conversation was no longer going by the "script" in front of him. I do a lot of my shopping online with Amazon and have had great experiences. In hind sight, I should have stayed with them. Needless to say I am out a battery and will check out the competition for better product offerings, warranty, and customer service.
Beware! I ordered a mattress from FOS and when I placed the order they asked me to pick a date when I wanted the mattress delivered. This is why I went with this company because they could provide quicker service and not a six week waiting period. My mattress took about four weeks to get here. The company delivering the mattress was not allowed to enter the house because of Covid-19, which I understand but left a king size mattress on my front door step. My husband was working all day so there it sat until he could come home, bring it in and set it up because I sure as hell wasnt strong enough to do it and had no help available. Also, the delivery company, even when there is no threat of Covid going on, does t take your old mattress. The delivery company is not at fault here as they called me to tell me they were on their way and arrived early. It's not their fault due to the restrictions that are in place right now. I blame FOS for not providing true information when purchasing. When I called to find out when my mattress would actually arrive I got a man that I could barely understand on the phone. Very broken English.
Called to get laptop battery replaced. Despite the battery they had, which had a different number on it, I was assured it would work. Well, IT WAS THE WRONG DAMN BATTERY. I sent it back 2 weeks ago and of course they have not "received" it yet. So I'm out $50 with a lesson well learned. Don't make the same mistake... DON'T DEAL WITH THESE JOKERS!

I bought a 2 pack of water filters that shipped within a few days. The USPS tracking showed that the package was stuck for almost a month between two post offices so it was clearly lost. I called them and they did not understand what I was saying at all. I emailed them in which they replied to wait another almost week and if it was delivered that they would either reship or refund, my choosing. I waited till the date they gave me (which is ridiculous since enough time had gone by) and they apologized and asked me did i still NEED the items and did I want them to reship them or if I didn't need them then they would refund me. My reply was yes I still need them and can you send it a faster method in which I may really get it this time. Their reply was they refunded me. What? Did I say I wanted a refund. Did you give me the choice or not? They do not care if they customers are happy with the service so do not buy from them. It's been a month ordeal and still no product and waiting on a refund!
I ordered Honeywell air filters, as shown in their pages on sears marketplace. The filters took about 2 weeks to arrive, as specified. When I eventually opened the box, the filters were a no-name filter with MERV-11 crudely stamped on the filter. All manufacturers who are proud of their products put their name on the product. When I called to complain, FOS said they were replacement filters, and I misunderstood. NFW. I did not misunderstand, FOS committed fraud by advertising something they had no intention of shipping. They generously offered my money back if I paid to ship the crappy filters back to them. Again, NFW. Sears was of no help. In any case, I disputed the charge through credit card company. Sears gets one star for dealing with these fraudsters. Sears used to be a reliable, ethical company, but I guess that is in their history, not their future, if Sears survives. Wish I had found these reviews before wasting time with these jerks. BTW, I found the Honeywell filters at HD for about 5% more than these guys charged.
