Talked to their representative moments ago and assuming everything takes place as stated, I can not fault how they handled my defective item. This aspect of dealing with them deserves a minimum 4 stars. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because I never received return correspondence relative to my email inquiry to my defective product. Other than being on hold for a moderately long period of time they were very quick in a resolution to my problem.
2 different orders BOTH never came. Say they were delivered via their tracking, I emailed the customer service department they said they'd issue a refund, still have yet to see it. Multiple emails back and forth. Don't order!
We have purchased batteries three times from this company and have received quick accurate service. We have been very happy with all three of our purchases and highly recommend them!

Very easy to find what I was looking for, with out a bunch of other items to make it hard to make a choice. I also feel the price of my item was a good price and not over priced.
The company will not pay return shipping on something that was not as was told to be.
I was on the phone for over a hour and asked are you sure these phones will work and was told they would.
They are the worst company ever do not buy a bed from them you will never get it and good luck trying to get a customer service person to help you. They will never call you back!
Rip Off Store. They make their money charging a 15% restocking fee. They sent me a product that didn't work. I had to pay the return postage and they deducted a 15% restocking fee for the credit.
I placed the order at midnight. By the following morning I had still not received a email confirmation about the order. I called 6 times over the course of the day to try and find out if the luggage had been shipped and what the ups tracking number was. It took 2 phone calls to get email confirmation of the order. No one would confirm whether it was shipped or when it would be, and the only thing they would tell me was that the ups tracking number will be sent to me in 1-2 days. The person I placed the order from told me it would arrive in 2 days so am I to get the tracking number after it had arrived?
Every time I called their phone number, the line was answered by someone with a Indian accent, most of whom I could not understand very well. I was told they were all in New York but the difficulty with which they spoke English made me wonder. The people answering the phone refused to transfer to another operator (so I could understand what they were saying) and refused to transfer to a supervisor or manager because they were not present until pressed.
I told them to cancel my order, which they said they wouldn't do, and I ordered the luggage from Amazon. They can deal with my credit card company about the cancelled order.
None of my experience has engendered trust in this company.
They cancelled my order, charged my credit card, and wanted photo copies of my credit card (which US Bank said "do not do") and drivers license. Do not give them any information.
CONFUSION? REIGNS SUPREME. Ordered mattress, website said in stock, next day website said backordered, week later website said "we sent it", which I took to mean it had been shipped. Wrong, two weeks later I called to get status and was told it had been shipped and I should be contacted to set up delivery the following week. Wrong, so I did the online chat and was told it would take 7-9 days to be manufactured then 3-4 weeks to ship/deliver Possible two months for a mattress seems a little excessive, Chinese flu or not!
I have a Roadmate model 1420. First order was for a 'Cradle' to hold the unit; the online picture made it look like that included the 'suction cup' to attach it to the window. After receipt of the first order, realized I needed a second order for the 'suction cup'. Received the second order and eagerly opened both; the 'cradle' does not hold the 1420 unit very tightly, but WORSE the cradle in no way will attach to the 'suction cup'! The former has 2 female slots, the latter has one male slot, but it is too large to fit in either of the female slots. The third order was for a data cable; which by this time I carefully checked the description to make sure it was compatible with a Roadmate 1420. I even clicked on (enlarged) the picture of the port which fits in the Roadmate. It appeared to be the 'fat' ended type the 1420 requires. What arrived was a data cable with a 'thin' end; totally incompatible with my Roadmate; DESPITE what it says on their online page. Can't fault their Customer Care people. Their return policy, or the speedy 'return authorization' process. I was adamant that I NOT to be charged a restocking fee, seeing these problems were caused by the Factory Store's inventory. It will be interesting to see, once my credit card statement comes through, if they are also Truthful!
I RUN A BUSINESS AND I RECEIVED MY PHONE AND IT CUTS OUT DURING THE CALLS. I TRIED TO RETURN PHONE AND THEY TOLD ME I HAVE TO PURCHASE ANOTHER ONE BEFORE I GET A REPLACEMENT. HOW CAN I RUN A BUSINESS WITH NO PHONE. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!
I received a Jabra Headset. It did not fit my cellphone. I requested a refund. If you call Customer Service they will give you the runaround and will not connect you with a supervisor
Been 2 weeks since I have ordered a item Still no shipping confirmation I called customer service and a foreign speaking agent told me it was on backorder should be in stock by August... WOW
Very easy to order, and hopefully very fast shipping. Can't wait to get them and try them out, got them for work use. I would love to write a review after was able to use them in my work environment.

Please be aware of this website! After 2 weeks of waiting, I decide to call and see what is going on?! They made me call them 3 days because first time they said I need to call again next day because of verification issues! Next day they told me its because of technical issues! And finally when i was so angry and told the i need to talk to the super wiser and she told me its because of my billing address dose not match which is not correct and it was a lie! Wowwwwwww

Talked to a rep to make sure I got the right headset for my needs. A little hard to understand his English and he was outside somewhere based on the background noise, so I asked where he was calling from. He said he was in New York so I continued. He assured me of the model I would need and gave me a price for a refurb. I was concerned about getting a used one, but he told me it was factory reman and would be good. Got the unit today and some pieces were missing, the headset itself was lose bouncing around with the other pieces. No instructions, no CD to load on my PC which I made clear is what I was using it for. The base did not look like it had even been cleaned. Even the order form was just jammed in with the packing
With COVID issues and this coming supposedly from New York I was really surprised.
I called to explain and again someone with a strong accent answered and did not understand at all why I was not happy. I asked to speak to a manager, waited for a couple of minutes and they told me no one was available and I would get a call back. They did not ask me for a call back number and fifteen minutes later, no call.
I called back then to return and the first person asked me questions, then said his internet was having issues and I lost the connection. Called back and the person also sounded like they were outside with wind noise. He took the order number and said I would get an email with instructions to return within five minutes.

Ordered razors using the model number. They shipped the wrong razors. When I told them their error they blamed it on me. Wish I would have seen their reviews before I ordered.

Paid $650 for a trolling motor that does not work! They are not taking it back because I dod not have the original box! Even if I take it to UPS and have it packaged they will not take it back!
Ordered a Garmin Edge 500 Bundle with Heart Rate Monitor and Cadence. The heart rate monitor strap didn't work so I asked to return it for an exchange. I put a small x on the heart rate strap before I shipped it back (at my expense of course). They told me they exchanged it for a new one. I got it back today and it was the same one with the x that I sent back to them and it still didn't work. I called customer service, and I use that term loosely, and they told me to send the whole package back (at my expense) and they would send me a new one... like I believe that! I asked to return the whole thing for a refund and they told me that a 15% fee would be charged plus I have to pay return shipping. The 15% fee on $340.00 is a whopping $51.00 and the shipping is $10.00. I can buy a new heart rate monitor strap from a reputable business for less than $45.00... so that is what I did. I don't see how this company stays in business. I informed them that I was going to write a detailed review about the terrible service but that didn't seem to faze him. After reading all of the bad reviews about them I guess he figured one more wasn't going to make any difference. Stay away from this bunch.
If you don't pay attention, the discounts don't get applied. When it says that discounts will be applied in your cart, check your cart or you'll be sorry...
I made my order 8/3/15, it said 2-5 bunnies days, after that business days, I called them, I was told my order is a back order, have to wait 7-10 business days, on 8/17/15, I called them again, I was told that I have to wait another 7-10 business days, or switch or cancel the product, I was cheated, they never have the product just want to buy whatever they have!
