Talked to their representative moments ago and assuming everything takes place as stated, I can not fault how they handled my defective item. This aspect of dealing with them deserves a minimum 4 stars. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because I never received return correspondence relative to my email inquiry to my defective product. Other than being on hold for a moderately long period of time they were very quick in a resolution to my problem.
2 different orders BOTH never came. Say they were delivered via their tracking, I emailed the customer service department they said they'd issue a refund, still have yet to see it. Multiple emails back and forth. Don't order!
When talking to sales person assured it had the features I required. When I received the product and really read the specs, it did not have the feature that I required and was assured the item had the feature. Called and message said to go to web page for return number and directions. When the on website factoryoutletstore.com and there was no way to get any number. Lesson learned, call and ask for returns and left onhold for... NEVER NEVER BUY FROM FACTORY OUTLET STORE!

Ordered a mattress and box spring set. After 2 weeks I had not received any information about tracking or delivery. I called customer service and was told they had no status update, so to call back in 24-48 hours. I called every 2 days for the next 2 weeks, and was told the same thing each time, call back in 24-48 hours. Finally I was told that it was received by the delivery company damaged, and was returned. No ETA on when I would receive it. After another week, I was told it still hadn't been manufactured by the company, so I requested a refund and cancellation. They said I would receive confirmation that day. 3 days later, no confirmation. I called back, and was told to wait 24 hours. The next day I received a call from the delivery company, saying they'd be delivering Tuesday. I called customer service to say this was fine, and just reverse my cancellation request that they still hadn't processed after a week. They said they'd try, but I needed to wait 1 business day to see if it would be cancelled. This is insane!
I went to check on my order with my order number. And I do not have a order number so I cannot check on my order. I went to print my receipt and my order page disappeared.
DANGER, DANGER, DANGER STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE. I made a purchase on December 19,2024 and was told that the item was shipped to Monday December 22,2014 and I would get a tracking number. After several calls before and after Christmas, the following week I was told that the warehouse was out of stock. They told me that it would ship that day from another company. Still no tracking number. After almost three weeks I canceled the ordering. Customer Service sucked, the worse I've never seen.

Excellent web page layout. Saved me time from searching for how many phones I wanted. Looked on ebay and prices were very competitive at the factory outlet store.
The "positive reviews" all basically say the same thing which leads me to believe they're fake. I wouldn't be surprised. I'm currently dealing with them now with my purchase of a watch (Suunto Ambit 2) and have been waiting the entire week for just a tracking number. They keep telling me it will be available in 24 hours. Well, a few days later and it's still not available. Called again today and they told me end of day now. I tried to cancel but it was "dispatched" already to the carrier and cannot be retrieved during this process. I intend to immediately re-send it back purely out of disgust for this company. It does say on the website there is a restocking fee and shipping costs will be charged (I see some reviews that state otherwise, so I'm sure the company wised up and made this more clear). Still sucks but I'd rather get this behind me and never do business with them. Also, my watch said it was "Brand New" on the website but see complaints of refurbished items. I'll be curious to see how mine arrives. I should have known things were fishy when they asked for me to fax them a verification form (signed) with a photo copy of my credit card because my shipping/billing addresses were different. I didn't do it. Never have been asked that and that just seemed arcane to me.
I already bought my Suunto Ambit 2 again from Amazon just today. It will even probably get here before the Factory Outlet Store's with just regular shipping used on Amazon. Don't stress about your item... just use the normal channels you are comfortable with. Price reduction is not worth the hassle.

I placed an order on 7/6 for Protect A Bed products. It was supposed to ship in 2-3 days. I called 3 times over the next month and was told the same story that it was being shipped out by FedEx, but the number was not uploaded in the system. After 3 times, this made me a little irate. I told them to cancel the whole order after I opened a dispute with PayPal. Rather than refund, they sent part of the order and PayPal closed the dispute. Fast forward 9/17. I called again after several calls. Item is still on backorder. I told them to cancel my order. Still no refund as of today and now no one answers the phone. Just don't waste your time. Pay a little more and save yourself the nightmare and hours of time I can't get back. They tell you what you want to hear, do not respond to emails and don't do what they say they will. You can definitely find the products elsewhere. I should have listened to my gut! Update: After filing another complaint with PayPal and several more calls and emails, I finally received my refund.
I bought a Uniden Home Patrol 2 police scanner from them. It arrived as a "repack", someone from Michigan had returned it. I know this because there are a few "unboxing" videos of this product on YouTube. The scanner was not I closed in the clear plastic bag, norvwere the instruction manuals, the scanner cord was just rolled up, not tightly wound with the ties around it. The 4 double A batteries that come wrapped in cellophane were opened, there were 4 scratches on the unit where it sits on a mounting dock, and the most telling sign was that the first time you power up the unit, you're supposed to be prompted to enter your zip code so it can automatically program to frequencies in your area. This one simply started up with all of the frequencies for upper Michigan. I called the company, and someone whom I could barely understand ( outside the U.S., in sure) answered and after my explaining the problem 3 times, finally said she would email me a return slip which I could pay for the shipping and they would send out a "new" unit... after reading so many similar stories from other reviewers, I decided there's a good chance I might receive nothing at all after this and considered myself "lucky" to have gotten my product at all... terrible company... do not order anything from them!
I was bilked for two fridge filters that were not what they said they were (Samsung) and altho they had the same serial numbers THEY DID NOT FIT. Instead water shot thru in great gushes onto the floor of my refrigeratory. The original filters have a round slot, theirs was square. No wonder!

I ordred tha Rand McNally GPS unit, which was refurbished and deffective. Returned for credit. Later I desided to order another unit, hoping for the best. The new unit came as deffective as well. On my request for the Return form and shipping lable I had to call three times. The answering service in Mumbai or Deli assured me that everyting will be takin care of, but I still have not received a shipping lable. The remanufactured product is sold untested and ureliable..
Ordered a SE Florida Garmin Bluechart chip and received a blank chip. Garmin send the chip to GOGotech for programming and then they send to Factory Outlet Store. GOGotechs packing slip even states "blank chip". We reach out to FOS and they state that we must go back to Garmin. Its a circle jerk with these guys. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, AS YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF WITH ZERO RECOURSE. Nearly 300.00 gone

DO NOT ORDER FROM FACTORYOUTLETSTORE.COM - I ordered a PolyCom from them which came without the correct power cord. I attempted to get it replaced with the correct one - customer service is horrible - they disconnected me several times and then told me that the item I ordered does not come with a power cord (despite the factory spec sheet to indicate otherwise). When I returned the the item one day late (after being assured of a 100% credit) - I was charged shipping and I I can only assume a restocking fee - I have called the credit cards fraud department and am going to be contacting the BBB
In October 27 I received my order of a headphone and adaptor for my office manager. The headset was damaged and appeared used. I called FactoryOutlet Store and they said they would replace it and to discard the defectife one. On November 23 I received the replacement headset and it was defective. I called and told these people to refund my credit card and asked what they wanted with my defective orders. They ask me to send photos, which I did, and said to discard them. I chose to hold on to the defective sets in case of a problem. Orders.
I received a refund for the headset but not the adaptor. When I called about this, the agent had the gall to say they would not refund a purchase made over 30 days. What would I do with an adaptor for damaged headsets- which by the way the second piece of junk came 30 days after my original purchase.
This is not big dollar amounts, but I find this company to be sellers of cheap junk, that they replace with cheap junk telling you to just discard their cheap junk. And then refuse to refund the accessory piece that goes with the cheap junk.
Postscript. The issue was resolved.

I bought a used (refurbished) POL-2200-*******-025-RE Polycom phone from this company. The phone came without its AC Adapter and after that it didn't work at all with the Ethernet connection. Company refused to provide the AC Adapter saying it had to be bought separately. Really? AC Adapter must be a integrated part of an electronic equipment. The seller did not specified that the adapter needed to be bought separately. First. Secondly, seller agreed on free shipping. Item arrived two days late after the assured delivery date. Company promised to send a return label withing 24 to 48. Twenty-four hours to email a return label? Really? After finally emailing the label, and the phone was sent back, seller was contacted to assure they had received the returned item and to request expedite shipment of the replacing phone. Customer representative assured he was going to do the best to make sure customer gets the phone back ASAP. After checking with the seller on the status of the shipment, customer was informed that the order was not expedited, that he was going to get the merchandise in 10 business days. Really? Bottom line, the customer care of this company is just horrible. Communicating with the personnel is really difficult. Besides linguistic problems, they're very impolite, when not rude. I would never buy again from this company.

Dont use this company! Very pleasant on the phone, however they fail to comprehend what you need. I wanted to order batteries and charger for my Samsung Galaxy Note 4. Simply, right? I went first to their website and found what I wanted. I did have a question so I decided to go call. Big mistake, after a long discussion I decided to order 2 batteries and a charger. I wanted a charger a charger that would cut off when the battery was full charged. I wasnt sure if something like that even existed. I was told he would place an order for one and the batteries. I also was told I would have my order by Thursday.
I called today just to check to make sure everything was Okay. To my surprise, I was informed my batteries was handed over to the Post Office from UPS from some reason I still dont understand. But not to worry I will receive my batteries within 3 to 5 business days. When I told him: You mean not until next week! He said no... 3 to 5 business days. I dont know how he calculates 3 to 5 days from now is next week. Which is a far cry from today. To make matter worst when I asked about the charger, he said I didnt order one. No problem I could order one now. The bottom line no batteries, no charger. I should have order from Amazon!

I purchased a laptop from them (# order FOS*******E) and they said the shipping would arrive on August 8th, but now they say it will arrive on Sept 20th! 12 days later that agreed!
