Talked to their representative moments ago and assuming everything takes place as stated, I can not fault how they handled my defective item. This aspect of dealing with them deserves a minimum 4 stars. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because I never received return correspondence relative to my email inquiry to my defective product. Other than being on hold for a moderately long period of time they were very quick in a resolution to my problem.
2 different orders BOTH never came. Say they were delivered via their tracking, I emailed the customer service department they said they'd issue a refund, still have yet to see it. Multiple emails back and forth. Don't order!

Placed a GPS order Tuesday, got an email from their processing team AFTER they were done for the day (their hours 9-4), got the email at 4:27 saying I had to call them to finish processing my order. Weelll. Too late to call! Called the next morning a little after 9, got someone that couldn't speak very good English, couldn't understand me... was VERY ARGUMENTAtive, RUDE. Pretty much called me a liar without saying it aloud and then asked for a money order or check. F that.
SCAM ARTISTS I tell you. Also, HORRIBLE people working for them (processing order team). Canceled my order ASAP. DO NOT. I repeat, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME ON THIS SITE!
I ordered a Map 64st with the expectation of receiving it in the 2-5 day delivery time stated on their website. This would have been in time to take on my hike through the Northern Rockies. After 2 days of not receiving a shipping comfimation, I contacted Garmin. I was told that the 64st was on a 5-10 business day backorder. I told them to cancel the order. 2 days later I get an email response from Garmin basically saying "it's to late to cancel, the order has shipped, here is the tracking number". After checking the tracking number I discovered that it had not been shipped at all. It was still sitting in the Garmin shipping department. Still they refused to cancel the order. A full day a half later FedEx finally got around to picking up the package and a date for delivery was shown. It would be 5 days late to take on my trip. I checked the tracking 2 days later and the delivery had been moved out a full week! Two days AFTER I came back from vacation! Now, I am getting the run around on the refund. If you have to buy a Garmin, spend the few extra $$ and buy from a reputable dealer. I'm pretty soured on you Garmin.
I found a great price on a refurbished Garmin GPS (zumo 590) and purchased it without realizing that factoryoutletstore wasn't affiliated with Garmin (I mistakenly thought that I was on Garmin's site). Needless to say, after realizing my mistake and reading the reviews here, I contacted them to cancel my order. I then mentally prepared for the worst. Within minutes of sending my cancellation, I was notified that my order had shipped. Shipping was fast (UPS SurePost)... ordered on Monday, arrived on Friday. As I said earlier, I had made up my mind from these reviews that *something* would be wrong with this order. I opened the box, and to my astonishment, the order was perfect. The GPS was packed in a genuine Garmin "refurbished equipment" box, and everything inside was like new. I immediately connected the GPS to my computer and fired up Garmin Express. I registered the device and then it updated the firmware and maps. I am extremely happy with my purchase (I saved over $250 buying refurbished which also came with the 1 year factory warranty). Shipping was fast (and free), no sales tax, and got exactly what I wanted. Very relieved and very happy.
Ordered a "refirb" Jabra earbud to tryout. Came broken. Buds would charge, could get them to sync. But only one would play any sound. Right one could control, but no sound. Never again...
I ordered some outdoor products from Moultrie via this outlet. To start, the web design gives the impression that they are affiliated with the manufacturer. They are not. I was notified the product was back ordered with a delivery date of early July. On July 15 I called to inquire. I was then told the delivery date would be late July. On July 28th I again called to inquire. I was told that late July included through July 31. I was told to wait until then. On July 31, I called again and was told the delivery would be early August. I asked if the product would ever be available. I was told to call the manufacturer. I did. That is when I learned that the Factory Outlet Store was not affiliated with the factory.
I searched about 10 minutes and found the product at a lower price. It was in stock and it has already been placed on a national brand carrier to be delivered.
I called again to cancel my order. They had the audacity to offer $10 off a lesser product. I was told that product was being ordered in place of what I ordered. I had to become "rather assertive" to get the representative to CANCEL my order.
Also the call center personnel had very thick foreign accents and were very difficult to understand.
I thought I was buying from Dogtra but ended up with this reseller. They screwed up my address and when I followed up they said it was my fault. No response from them when I gave them the information directly from their confirming email. They said I would have to call FedEx and when I did, FedEx said they didn't have a deliverable address but I couldn't change it, only the shipper could change it. Called FOS back and they told me the merch would have to be returned to them since I gave them the wrong address and then they would restart the process if I would give them the correct address. I told them they needed to fix it now or I would claw back the payment. They suddenly discovered that my order was actually scheduled for delivery in three days. We shall see. Evidently theses guys rely on paid preferential positioning on Google to have searches put them at the top of the list. Not illegal but certainly a bit deceptive and misleading. Evidently FOS resells lots of stuff and their ratings are universally abysmal. Now I know why. AVOID THEM.

Why on earth are you still in buisness!?! WHere is the attorney general when you need them. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN! Staff wanted to know the credit card number for pay pal mind you! And I still got no return! But I was assured my garmin is in the mail! Like we havent heard that before! Even though 4 hrs before it was not to be at their place until the 20th. My order was placed on the 9th. They tried to up sell to one in stock due to the one I wanted was on backorder but because I could not provide the pay pal CREDIT CARD NUMBER they hung up on me. On a return call from me I was assured it had JUST arrived and was being shipped so NO RETURN or EXCHANGE could be done until I get it in the mail! BS!
On Oct 18,2020; I placed an order but I ordered the wrong item. I submitted the order late in the day and I called the Next morning to cancel the order. I had not yet received an email confirming the order but I was told by customer service that the order had already been sent and I would not be able to cancel the order. I mentioned that I had not received a confirmation email and the reply was that they would send the confirmation right away and they did. I made a mistake on the order and I was required to pay postage of $10.90 to return the item and then they charged me a 15% restocking fee plus the cost of their shipping it to me so on a $106.00 order I received a refund of $83. Xx plus I was out $10.90 for return shipping on an erroneous order because i wasn't allowed to cancel the order and I certainly am not sure it had even been sent because I hadn't even received a confirmation email at the time when I attempted to cancel the order. I returned the item unopened and it only took two days for them to get it back which was much quicker than I received it from them
Do not do business with Factory Outlet Store! I purchased our first refurbished phone to receive a VERY USED, unacceptable product. I tried to return it but they would not let me unless I returned it for another order. I was forced to purchase the product NEW from them even though that same product new was cheaper elsewhere. Further, the new phone that came had most of the items out of the bags, it was clear this phone had previously been opened. My second experience, I should never have given them a second chance, I purchased 2 other refurbished phones. They arrive and one is, again, beat up and fuzz was coming out of the earpiece. I exchange the phone (at my shipping cost) to only get a 2nd one returned with no phone cord. When asked to have the phone cord sent to me, they asked me to return the whole phone again. I said no, Im not going to pay shipping costs AGAIN when they can simply ship me the cord I have paid for. The rep finally says she is trying to work with the warehouse. One week later, nothing, so I email them again to get the response "we are trying to resolve your issue". Its a $4 phone cord that can be purchased ANYWHERE! The 3rd phone then started having issues with the cord and headset after one week. Again, I asked them to send a replacement cord and earpiece and they would not. I was told I had to exchange the whole phone again. This has disrupted my business considerably. I ended up buying a new cord and the cord/headset for both phones through Amazon. Received my products in two days. Again, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THE COMPANY. We learned the hard way.
I hoped to replace my aging Nuvi1490 LMT GPS with a Nuvi2797LMT but the 7" would not fit my dash nor the windshield (too constricting). So I ordered a 3590LMT and specified a "new" one and not a refurbished. But Murphy's Law came true upon receipt of a refurbished model. So I am returning it for a new (hopefully) lesser model.
They are clearly paying for these ratings. If you do a search online you see that this company has a HORRIBLE reputation and the customer service is atrocious. I purchased 2 Galaxy S5s from them and after one phone's screen stopped working I contacted them for a Warranty Repair.
I was given an RMA and the company to send the phone to. I sent it on Oct. 8, and after a week, tried to follow up with the company to ensure it was received. I tried multiple times and could NEVER get a live person. I then called FOS and they told me that it may take a week or two before the repair is processed. So I waited two more weeks. Nothing.
Finally I called back and after 2 hours of being disconnected and recalling, and spoke to "Melissa" in processing who assured me she would follow up on this and get back to me in 2 days. A week passes and no call from Melissa so I call her back. I get VM.
I then call back and speak to "Tracey" who again assures me she will get back to me in 2 days. Nothing.
I have since contacted my Credit Card company to get this resolved.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

I also had issues with the initial order when they claimed I would have free same day shipping and that didn't happen. Ended up paying extra and it STILL didn't arrive in time before my flight out of the country for my wedding! TERRIBLE!

Ordered a Tom Tom GPS by phone. Immediately realized I ordered the wrong model without traffic so I called back and requested a model with lifetime maps and traffic. Customer service offered the 1515TM. When I told them i needed it in 3 days, they said it was back ordered but they could get me another one. They offered me a VIA 1435tm. I received a model 4030 instead which was scratched and evidence of use. Also, the USB cord was not the same fitting used for this GPS. We tried to set up the unit but could not use it.It just flashed thru menus and talked. I called customer service and they told me to return it and they would send me a shipping label. They did not send the shipping label. I returned the unit with a letter stating the unit was not what I ordered and to refund my purchase to my credit card. Factory Outlet Store sent me an email with a tracking number for another package. I contacted my bank and filed a dispute on the charge and requested the delivery service to return the package marked refused. The worst part is I thought I got to their site via a link from the TOM TOM Webpage. I should have used Amazon. No hassles. I called these people because I needed to know which GPS models will hold all the maps instead of regional maps.

My Bank told me that because the ran my card as a Debit, it will take 60 to 90 days to get my money back if I can get it back at all.
I bought a 5 handset ATT&T phone from Factory Outlet. Had a problem programming something, and went online to look at manual. Stated incorrect serial umber a few times. Factory Outlet closed, called AT&T, and they told me I couldn't get online help because it was an obsolete model.~ I told them it wasn't, only bought it 2 1.2 months ago. She told me that, unfortunately some unrepeatable sites sell as brand new, which they are, but don't tell you they are obsolete. I talked to Antoine "highest level of authority at Factory Outlet" and he told me he could do nothing about it because it was over 30 days. I told him I just found out about this and was willing to pay price difference. Company policy wont let them do that. So, they misrepresent what they are selling and use company policy for their cop out. Also, before I got to Antoine, I was hung up on by 2 different agents, because they said there was nothing to be done, I never raised my voice ~ they are just a bunch of cheats! I URGE NO ONE TO BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Don't buy a phone from them ~ Stated "NEW". True, they have never been used, so they list them as "new", but AT&T said they are already obsolete and it is bad business practice that they are using by misleading customers.
Never notice me and make me wait 5 days without any notice that they do not have the item in stock. Wasting my time.

Paid $80 for next day air and received the product 3 days later and they do not have a working phone number so you can contact them.

This Legend ear piece is AMAZING... I run equipment and can hear 100 times better than on my IPhone. It has worked for about 1.5 years of DIRT DUST RAIN AND VIBRATION and has not failed at all...
They have a lot of equipment to select from and the prices are competitive as well. I will order from them again.

WE ordered a Minn Kota Riptide trolling motor and foot pedal from this company with the guarantee of 30 day returns. Well it wasn't the correct items for our boat and we returned them at a cost of 82.00 for shipping. When they were returned we tried to get credit and was denied until they had time to examine unopened boxes? We disputed with our CC company and they held the charges until a credit was received. We didn't realize the credit was 185.58 short, until today. I called and the Indian woman said sorry too bad the 15% stocking fee is on the website and we recharge the shipping too? None of this adds up, I asked for the 82.00 we paid to return the items and she said contact your CC company. We ordered by phone and the Indian man said returns no problem, no mention of restocking or shipping charges being deducted. We reordered the correct items thru a local business and all is well. I say never use this company unless you are sure of what you want and the technical help and CS is Indian :( Please do not think I'm predigest, I have Indian friends, they do not have good customer service.
