Rude customer service, Indian accent which translate into fraud, you will find out that you got scammed a bit too late since they have tour credit. They are nothing but fraud
I purchased and recieved a "remanufactured" Garmin chartplotter GPS. I also purchased the "extended warranty".
The chartplotter is supposed to be preloaded with Garmin maps. It was not. They do not want to return as its over 30 days. And the extended warranty is a scam also.
This company is a scam all the way through.
Dont think they have any ties to the manufacturer as a "Factory Outlet". They do not.
I ordered a battery for a phone and received completely dead battery, died minute after fully charged, never again will I ordered stuff from those site.

On Tuesday, August 23rd I ordered a TomTom GPS from the online Factory Outlet Store. Their website stated "Availability: In Stock", so I proceeded with placing my order knowing that I needed it for a trip to Canada the next week. After not having received a shipping confirmation, I contacted the Factory Outlet Store and was told that the item was backordered and that they were unsure of when it would be received at their warehouse. Fortunately, I checked and was able to cancel the order. I then ordered it from Amazon that is supposed to deliver the next day. What irks me is that the Factory Outlet Store did not notify me of the delay by email, nor have they updated their website to show that the item is "out-of-stock" or "on backorder", even after I notified them of the error several hours ago. Consumer beware!
Unfortunately I read posts after I placed the order for three genuine GE water filters as shown on the order page. These CHEATERS sent filters identified as "WaterSentinel" not the genuine GE Filters which were advertised. If I wanted cheap crap filters I could have purchased them for $3.00 a piece instead this company has RIPPED me off at More than $20.00 each!
Shame on me this one and ONLY time. NEVER will I make a purchase from this deceitful company. I will return to making ALL purchases on Ebay, where vendors want and actually need a good rating to survive. This poor excuse for a company could NEVER get a good enough rating to ever get sell on Ebay.

I placed an order with Factory Outlet Supplies on April 29th 2020 for food grade lubricants, Lubriplate FMO-85-AW. Twice they blamed it on UPS and I have not heard anything else from them. I NEVER received my order, so today I will look elsewhere. Terrible business!

I bought a device I had heard about from the cat whisperer and i ordered it almost a month ago, originally it couldn't be delivered because this place couldn't figure out shipping and USPS tried to charge me an additional 12$. It was then sent back to them and they told me to wait until they got the item back and they would send this to me again (that makes no sense, just send me another one and keep the one returned back to you) i was informed to wait 10 days, which i did. I got back to them after the 10 days were up asking if they had received it and was told no, they asked me to wait an additional 2-5 days for the "investigation to be resolved" i waites 6 days and did not hear anything yet again so I reached out again today and was told to wait AN ADDITIONAL 25-48 hours for an "updated status" this place is obviously a scam and if this trend continues which it seems it will i will probably have to go through my bank to get my money back.
I received email confirmation 3/16/19 for an order I placed that day for a Garmin GPS. When I voiced concern about receiving it prior to an imminent vacation, the salesman said he'd expedite the shipment at no extra cost so I'd receive it in two or at most three days. This was not the fastest shipment which would overnight it to me for an additional large sum, the exact amount of which I don't recall. But I could live with 2-3 business days. To my dismay, that's not what happened.
According to USPS tracking records provided to me, the package left New York on 3/18/19 and traveled across the country (perhaps by pack mule) and was delivered to my house at 6:30 PM on 3/23/19, SEVEN days after I placed the order, not the 2-3 business days promised. (I actually didn't receive the package until the following day when a neighbor brought it to me because it had been mis-delivered by the post office, but I don't fault the FactoryOutletStore for the post office's further delay. Nonetheless, I have handfuls of pulled out hair as I tracked the package daily, biting my nails and fearing having to leave on my trip with no guidance. (Turns out I made it with hours to spare, no thanks to FactoryOutletStore, and with no time to learn how to use it.)
So, if you're not in a hurry to get your package, go ahead and buy from this guy (assuming you're willing to risk the complaints expressed by other reviewers). I won't be making that mistake again.
The most horrible experience ever! I ordered some refrigerator filters. After a month of trying to get them delivered they tell me there is a factory backorder, witch I understand. I told them to cancel my order and refund my money. After 3 months I still have not received my refund! STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU HAVE PLENTY OF DISPOSABLE INCOME!
I ordered a very expensive item ($3,999,99) and decided to return it. I never even opened the carton it was shipped in. When I investigated their return policy online, I was horrified to see that they charge a 15% restocking fee. This was not clearly stated or obvious on their web site. You have to drill down to find it. Even the purchase receipt stated "Returnable: 30 day guarantee". Yeahless 15%.
So I called Customer Service and, after a lengthy delay, received a foreigner who explained the terms, but stated that "they were a Google approved company and if the box was totally unopened that they would refund the entire amount." He lied. They credited me the amount less 15%.
So I called Customer Service again. The representative was adamant as to their terms and offered no support for my position.
Had I known of their return policy I would never have ordered it in the first place. But having done so, If they would not have said the would credit me the entire amount, I would not have sent it back. I could have resold it online at a far lower penalty.

I placed an order for a min Kota talon ($1600) on 4/20/21. My order showed delivered on 4/22. When i arrived home from work, the product was no where to be found. I checked with my neighbor's and nothing. I called factory outlet and told them. They said i had to wait another day because they have had many issues with FedEx marking orders as delivered when they were not and they usually showed up the next day. The following day i received a part of the order but not the main unit. I called back and they said they would do an investigation and get back to me the following day. They asked me to put in a claim with FedEx which i did. Never heard back. I called and dealt with three different associates who were all very rude and condescending. Saying there was nothing they could do. I was finally able to speak to a manager who again, was very rude and said it wasn't there fault so i had to wait. This item was purchased for a trip that now i had to make without it. They could care less. It has now been 9 days. No one has returned my call, one rep hung up on me, and now I'm being told i have to wait another 7-10 days. They have taken my $1600, i have no product. The service has been the worst and i am no closer to getting my item. I Will never make another purchase with them again and if i don't have resolution in 24 hours, i will dispute the charge with my credit card company.
INCREDIBLY INCOMPETENT & CROOKED. I ordered a 20" high air mattress. Sent me 14". I called to exchange it, they sent me through 9 different calls and made me email them the proof that I ordered the bed I did at that price; they never got back to me when they said, I had to keep calling. Finally, I disputed bill with credit card they called and told me to stop the process but accused me of stuff as they did it. I am a calm person and never raise my voice but at the end of the umpteenth contact with them, I was almost yelling.
I have purchased replacement blades and razors from this site many times. They have a very good selection to choose from. The site is easy to navigate and your order will be shipped promptly.

I ordered a new Magellan Roadmate. 3 weeks later they sent me a Refurbished Garmin that was badly used and dirty. Customer care is terrible and they do not carry the products they advertise.
This place is nothing more than a company that is sells pure junk and then commits fraud. I ordered a cell phone battery from them. They first sent it over 3000 miles away from my location. They ship your order by way of DHL which is as bad as this place. DHL tenders your order to the next carrier so it gets lost. I called them and all you talk to is foreigner's that can not speak English, they talk as to if they don't want you to understand what they are saying so you hang up and give up. I am one state away from there location and it took 3 weeks to get my product. When I opened the bag the wrong battery was sent. The part was out of the wrapper, the wrapper had the correct part number on it but the part was wrong it looked like they just threw the wrapper in the bag and then put whatever they had in the bag. They sent my part in a plastic bag with no bubble packing whatsoever. Every time I called them they would give me the run around. Once they offered to give me a free 25.00 gift card for walmart, they transfer you to someone else and then they try to con you into paying 1.00 and scam you into signing up for something that will end up costing you. Stay as far away from this place as you can. They should be shut down permanently and sued.
