Talked to their representative moments ago and assuming everything takes place as stated, I can not fault how they handled my defective item. This aspect of dealing with them deserves a minimum 4 stars. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because I never received return correspondence relative to my email inquiry to my defective product. Other than being on hold for a moderately long period of time they were very quick in a resolution to my problem.

2 different orders BOTH never came. Say they were delivered via their tracking, I emailed the customer service department they said they'd issue a refund, still have yet to see it. Multiple emails back and forth. Don't order!

Factoryoutletstore.com said 2-5 day delivery on May 4,2020 as I placed my order. They charged my credit card that very same day.

I call a week later when I have not received the product and:
1) At first they said are at least 1-2 weeks backordered (while Amazon shows 5 week back order).
2) Then I ask to speak to a manager, and after a long wait, I'm told they will no longer be selling hair trimmers.
3) I ask how the item can be backordered for 1-2 weeks if they are no longer selling hair trimmers. Those are opposites.
4) Note I never received an email that my order was to be delayed.
5) Of course, I only ordered it in the first place because they said it would be delivered in a maximum of one week, two days before I had an interview.
6) My guess is they take 100's or 1000's of orders, knowing they do not have the products in stock, promise a short delivery time, charge people's credit cards, then wait it out.
7) To me that very simply sounds like fraud and deceit.

After calling once to get a replacement INVISIBLE FENCE COLLAR, for my dog, they sent me a BARK collar for a MINI dog. I called to exchange and was on hold for 10 mins when the machine said I was 'caller number 0' and HUNG UP ON ME! Then I called back, talked to an idiot, who put me on hold for another 50 minutes and when that woman answered, she said "please hold, there's another caller ahead of you" and I screamed NO! I WILL NOT HOLD! It plainly said I was caller number 0 in line. Also, then she was a complete IDIOT! They didn't send me a receipt at all, but kept asking for my order number, then said they'd put me on hold because it was somehow MY fault that they didn't send me a receipt. She couldn't understand what the initial problem was with the collars, like how I was sent the wrong thing, she really was quite dumb. In the end, she told me she'd refund my money but begged me not to send the wrong product back? Weird!? I will be anxiously waiting for that refund…and oh, by the way, they didn't have the original product I needed at all to begin with, even though online says they do. Hmmmmmm.

I am a young senior citizen, who needed a specialized battery for a wireless phone extension. There were no hardware stores that carried the Ni-MH AAA battery I needed to I went online.
FACTORYOUTLET STORE.COM popped up with the exact battery I need.
I called the phone number placed an order. The person taking my order said,
"5 business days for delivery" (the order was placed on March 10)
March 17, 21, 23, I received email notification FROM UPS, that the delivery would be by 7 p.m.
I do you have the batteries, because I don't.
I've contacted FACTORYOUTLET STORE MORE TIMES THEN I CARE TO COUNT. Each time they change the "delivery days from 5, to 7 to 8".
Upon speaking to a heavily accented person, I was informed that the shipping is NOT DIRECTLY WITH UPS, BUT A COMPANY CALLED MAIL INNOVATION.
UPON CHECKING THE DELIVERY ROUTE, MY ITEM WAS SENT FROM SYOSSET, NY TO EDGEWOOD, NY, TO BRIDGTON, NJ, TO JACKSON, NJ (which is where I LIVE) to BALTIMORE, MD.
DO NOT EVERY ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

they don't know how to ship products

Bought a Raymarine chartplotter on Friday said guarentee sameday shopping ordered in the morning was sent a email a hour later saying I owe 6 dollars more I called and they said more taxes was needed. Paid that and again was told it would ship that day. Called Saturday and was told it would deliver Monday before the end of the day I am leaving Tuesday nigh for a month to fish so paid for second day delivery. Monday got tracking number but it would not track called UPS and was told package was picked up Monday and won't be in there system until Monday evening. Called again and was told it will deliver before the end of the day Tuesday I told them if it is not here Tuesday they can cancel the order as I'm gone for a month. Customer service if very hard to understand as they speak broken English. I would strongly suggest buy from someone else. I should have read the reviews before ordering from this company. It's hard to understand why Raymarine would let them use there name as Raymarine factory outlet. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY.

Sold me Samsung filters as factory filters and they were a no name brand site is a rippoff
Earn policy is a scam

Tip for consumers:
There return policy is a rippoff. Over half the price. Of items bought to send them back and there restocking charge and they told me on the phone there would not be a restocking charge

Referring to my previous letter/email in reference to this deplorable transaction:
<<<The items in the packages are NOT the correct ball size. It is supposed to be a 1" ball in the packages as marked and described on the web page, but it is a 1 1/2" ball.

I originally discussed exactly what I wanted with the Order by Phone' clerk and she was very difficult to deal with since she didn't seem to understand the product.

When I received the incorrect items and I called Customer Care (Kenneth) to return them, he attempted to sell me an item which was not what I wanted. Further, he stated that the item I had rec'd was the correct one. It is obviously not. And now, I am expected to pay shipping to return the items?!?

Perhaps the wrong item was packaged by RAM Mount, but that was not my fault. That's between RAM Mounts and Factory Outlet Store. IT'S THE WRONG PART.

There seems to be a lack of understanding of how to coordinate the proper items with the customer!

I am not pleased with your handling of this situation.

I requested that I receive the GUARENTEED refund and the shipping cost to me, since this was obviously an error on your company's side and not due to any error on my part.
I then had to listen to a song and dance that you did not refund shipping costs since it was "not your fault".
Instead of prolonging any further transaction with your company and being additionally insulted, I advised that I would return the items for a full refund.
I did return the items, at a cost to me of $7.45 postage.
The items were received by you 6 days ago.
I was only refunded $25.09 of the purchase price of $43.64
A fee of $18.55 was deducted from my refund!?!
Exactly what is this fee for? You have the audacity to charge a 15% restocking fee AND the original shipping fee back to me, even those two items DO NOT add up to $18.55?
I believe you owe me $26.
This is undoubtedly the most disreputable company I have ever dealt with.

This company is lead and serviced by a company of liars. I ordered a new GPS that I needed for a road trip down to Arizona. Their ad clearly stated that it would be delivered within 2 to 5 days. Business days that is. I received an email from them saying that it would be delivered Sunday evening by the end of day. They lied. I double checked the tracking number to FedEx and then through SmartPost and it is not scheduled to be delivered until the end of business on Wednesday, three days after we leave for a trip. I use a credit card through PayPal so I've contacted PayPal and my credit card carrier to decline the charges as I asked repeatedly for a manager on the phone starting on a Thursday, I was not contacted until the following Monday and they still could only apologize and not offer any resolutions. When I called the previous Thursday, I gave them the option to get a new unit and get it sent out overnight are to me at their expense that I would make sure that the other unit, when delivered, would be promptly returned to them by having relatives of mine check my porch. They absolutely refuse told me that they would get a manager on the phone and they would call me right back. That phone call never came in. Like I mentioned earlier that phone call from manager never came in until Monday afternoon 3 hours before us leaving on a trip. These people are absolutely disgusting. The company is run out of Mumbai India and their stuff is shipped out of a warehouse in New York City. These people have no concept of customer service whatsoever, and these vile disgusting people that do not listen to actual concerns and take no responsibility for their lies or their failures.

Order a Garmin RV 770 LMT-S (Brand New) that was supposed to have been a NEW ITEM. Once the item was received it didn't have an original packaging and the GPS WAS DAMAGED.
I contacted the company and they first wanted to charge me to send the item back then they agreed to send me a shipping label.
The item was received by them on June 28th, 2019.
I contacted them via email and was referred to there (Please contact our U.S. Based Customer Relations Department at *******141) which is actually in INDIA) when I enquirer about my refunds I was told that I needed to contact my credit card because there was a block on the card and they couldn't issue the refund.
I had such an issue trying to understand what he was saying that I had to ask him to please repeat himself a couple of times.
I contacted my credit card and they told me it was a lie.
I have no idea how you could claim a 5 star review company

Good luck if you decide to by from these

I placed my order with them over phone on Thursday Jan 7,2016. Person who takes the order clarifies about my order and tells me I would certainly receive my order within 2-4 business days. I ask for email confirmation and yet it's Monday but still didn't receive any email. So, I call them on Monday Jan 11,2016 asking about my order status and they tell me I have to wait for this product for at least 3 weeks from now till I receive it because they don't have the product in stock any more. I speak to a random supervisor who is so rude that doesn't want to talk to me about the inconvenience but tells me to cancel my order if I can't wait for that long time. However, I said it's alright I needed the phone so i'll wait. Back again on Thursday Jan 14,2016 I called them as a new customer and asked them about the same phone I ordered to see if they have that in stock yet or not and they surprised me they had the phone in stock. I asked them why they lied me about not having my order shipped to me when they had the product in stock. And he confirms that the order was putted wrong because I asked for gold color and they had on order black color phone. The person on phone apologized and said he'll get this going right away for me. Again on Monday Jan 18,2016 I call to ask them about my order status. I get reply that the order has been sent to warehouse and we will email you your tracking soon. I call on Tuesday Jan 19,2016 speak to a supervisor name Tracy and she tells me someone will call you from our office soon about your order. I still haven't received any call nor any email. I am still waiting for my order. If you are planning to order something from this site I would say please please please DON'T. I am so tired now that I want to cancel my order with this people. They do not value their customers neither they care about their customer. THEY SUCK AND ARE COMPLETE NON PROFESSIONALS.

I spent 2669. 00 for a Minn Kota trolling motor and had it shipped to a boat dealer to install on new boat. The dealer saw that the remote control for trolling motor was cracked upon opening and notified me right away with picture. I contacted Factory Outlet Store for a return and they said they would have to "Investigate". The dealer then immediately sent them pictures of the the broken remote and they sent FED EX to the dealer to send back the remote. The dealer told FED EX that I had the remote and Fed Ex would not give the dealer the return slip (which he wa going to send to me). The dealer and I both received an email from factory outlet Store stating the so called "Investigation" would be resolved in 2 to 5 days. Nothing happened for at least 10 days after so I called them up and was told by "Leo" that 30 days had passed and was out of warranty. I asked when the start and end times were for the 30 days and he would not give me this info. I pressed this and finally he said the end date was when he received the email from the dealer with the picture! I asked him why they already sent FED EX to the dealer to get the remote then and he did not have an answer for this. I pressed again and finally he said it was a mistake. MISTAKE BY WHO and For What reason? This company LIES, does not respond to emails, makes up their own rules, and refuses to return/pay out even though this was clearly within 30 days under their own warranty. I am out a 300 dollar remote that arrived broken and was totally documented by reputable dealer. They did absolutely nothing for me and strung me along- knowing all along they were never going to do anything for me! Meanwhile I wasted three weeks with a trolling motor that does not work and I still don't have a remote! Unbelievable company that I cannot believe someone has not shut them down yet!

I ordered the Garmin FR60-Bundle-Women. It should have the watch
- with Wireless Heart Rate Monitor
- with USB ANT Stick
- with Wireless Foot Pod
The shipment came with the watch and heart rate monitor only, missing the USB ANT stil and the Wireless Foot Pod.
When I called customer service I was given two options: (1) I send them back the what I received and when they get it they will send me the right one; or (2) I place and pay for another order which they promise to send right away and they promise to send me a refund for my original order once they receive it back from me. In either case, I have to pay for shipping the original item back to them. When I told the customer service representative how it does not make sense for me to pay for shipping back the item when it is them who made the mistake, I was told that only a supervisor can make an exception. When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told that supervisors are only available at specific times of day, and I have to call when they are available. This is the most horrible internet transaction experience I've ever had -- and I buy a lot of things online.

This is by far the worse internet store in the entire world. I ordered a 3100. 00 Panasonic computer. Never heard anything about my order no emails no phone calls. I finally called them and received no service or help at all. After several calls they got me to someone who called my bank with me on the telephone to confirm the money out of my bank account. It took over seven days to get them to do this. Because they were late they shipped two day to me and charged me to 2 day air fees on my return. Terrible! I was asked by their service member if this was a gift card. No it is a bank visa card. They have no idea what they are doing. I returned the product and they received it on 10/1 UPS today is 10/10/14 still no refund. Their web site says 2-3 days refund on all returns. I have had to stay on top of these people every step of the way through this entire process, from ordering to the return. That is a lie. After several more calls they finally sent me an email with the amount of $472.99 return fee. I am told that it will take 24-48 hours for this refund to him my bank. That is there typical excuse "Your order will be filled in 24-48 hours" "It will take 24-48 hours" for you refund to hit your bank account. They even had the nerve to create a ticket on my refund when I called in and kept telling me that they would need 24-48 hours to work the ticket. The person on the phone today was rude an unprofessional putting me on hold several times and lies every time she opens her mouth. He put on hold and pretended to ask if she could waive the return fees naturally she has been instructed to lie. This Panasonic PC is a great product – Panasonic need to sever any business ties with this company as they do not do their product any justice or good. Terrible service everything about this entire experience has been awful. I will never order anything from these people again and I highly suggest that you take your business elsewhere. They put phony dates in the return received 10/9 when actually they received it on 10/1. It took these idiot 9 days to process this return after several phone calls from me. The incompetence it mind boggling. Crooks incompetent idiots need to be put out of business.

I purchased a Plantronics 5200 headset from them because they told me completely refurbished even a new battery. I asked that question a month before purchase because I didn't want to get one with a battery that only held 20% battery power when charged. I was sent a photo from google to show that they do it. Battery only lasted 10 hours with 15-20 minutes of talk time after full charge.
Most of the other functions I tried in the 5 days I had the device didn't work either. I need a good working bluetooth because I had several strokes, losing the use of my left arm. I returned the device with their return form and it stated within 5 days I would be fully satisfied with their decision. I returned it around June 20th. They received it from USPS on June 26th. I messaged them 6 days later and have been told repeatedly they have never seen it. It is now July 9th. They told me by message, again, that I would hear back in ANOTHER 5 DAYS. I haven't heard a thing in 7 or 8 days again! I have been without a bluetooth device for a month now and $60 shy in my bank account to buy another one from a company that takes care of its customers
When I called to ask this company if they really installed new batteries, the reason I was making it clear to the representative I was talking to is because Plantronics themselves told me that the they don't service the batteries because at the time the batteries finally die there has been enough usage they aren't worth anything but throwing away! BE SMART AND DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, BUY ANYWHERE BUT FROM THIS COMPANY AND YOU'LL BE MORE SATISFIED AND HAPPY!

Phone (Clarity) for the hearing impaired was not loud. Existing phones we have are much louder (uniden)

I ordered a Plantronics CS530 wireless headset from FactoryOutletStore.com, and I am completely dissatisfied with the quality of product, terrible customer service, and lack of response on my issue. The headset I received was damaged/scratched with a large scuff mark down the front of the charging station. The earpiece was dirty with dust, earwax/hair inside of it. This is also a health concern as well.

I requested a supervisor the first time I called in and this foreign lady told me she was getting the supervisor and put me on hold for over an hour in limbo i'm sure just to get me to hang up. Then I emailed and received a response that I would receive a callback within 24 hours. I still have yet to hear from the supervisor that I was promised.

I also called yesterday to get a return label for this poor quality/dirty product and have yet to receive it. It doesn't take that long to get a return label. I just called in again today regarding this and another forein guy stated I would get this in a couple hours because it had to be "forwarded" to another department? Really? Get with the program people. This is not how you run a business. Note I still haven't received the label as promised and it's been well over a couple hours now.

At this time I have filed dispute charges with my credit card company to get my money back. In addition, I will be filing fraud charges and consulting a lawyer next.

I regret ever making a purchase with this FactoryOutletStore.com. If this is the way you treat your customers you won't be in business for long. I wish I had reviewed your business online with the BBB first, 65 negative reviews? Really? Just awful. You should just close your doors.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Verified purchase

1 - Ordered a "new" transmitter (Dogtra) to replace my lost one on 11APR23 and received the order on 14APR23.

2 - The "new" transmitter was not in original packing and only placed into a manila bubble wrap envelope with a packing list.

3 - The "new" transmitter was defective upon receipt (the second/middle digit that indicates power levels did not work).

4 - Called FactoryOutletStore.com (FOS) to request a new transmitter and was told they could NOT send a new one until the old was received by them first. So... Due to THEIR error (shipping a questionably "new" item that didn't work correctly), I was now going to be forced to be without a transmitter until they get the old one back.

5 - I asked for them to ship new one while I kept the old one. Upon receipt of properly operating transmitter, I would return their defective one (in order to maintain training for my me and my dog). NOPE! Their "process" won't allow them to ship me a properly working item while I still kept the one they sent earlier, unless... I pay for a new one FIRST! In other words... I have to literally pay for their mistake.

6 - They had all my payment information (and could have charged me if I decided to keep the inoperative transmitter (Why I would do that, I have NO idea.) and they were going to send a return shipment label for the broken one (so they had the means to track the return)... NOPE!

7 - I went from the guy that answers the 800 number to "Scarlett" (that sounded more Hindi than American) in "escalations" to "Jane" (Scarlett's Hindi neighbor) and still got nowhere.

8 - Their business practices are simply wrong. If you ship someone a POS item, then you need to make it right. I will NEVER do business with these people and I cannot recommend them for ANYONE - unless you like getting screwed over.

I truly have nothing good to say about the business practices of this company. They know they're wrong and only want your money.

We did not receive this order, number FOS*******E, because we were advised to refuse delivery with UPS, which we did, since the phone was sold to us under false pretenses. Your sales agent Andy extension 250, told me that the GT i9500 numbers after the name were color codes when they were actually European model numbers. In addition to being told by him that Samsung would warranty the phone for the first year which they will not. I called Samsung right after I placed the order and they told me they do not give support of any kind nor warranty European models being sold in America because the insides are different and they cannot provide GT LTE service which defeats the purpose of the phone.
Further Samsung said they would not warranty any phone sold by your company since you are not an authorized seller of Samsung phones notwithstanding that you list yourself on google and on your webpage as Samsung factory outlet store.

I immediately called you on the same day of the sale and cancelled the order for misrepresentation and sent emails of cancellation to the order department, processing, shipping, and customer service info telling you not to charge my card.
You refused to cancel the order and charged my account on 4/2/14. Customer service said to send it back when I got it and they would waive the restocking fees but I had to pay to return it to you. Instead I refused delivery.
UPS confirms you received your phone back on 4/9/14 and it was signed for by Posada. It is 8 days later and there is no sign of receiving my money back nor have you contacted me. You have used my $494.94 for 15 days when I specifically told you not to ship the phone and not to charge my card which you did anyway. I also advised my bank not to accept your charges but they did.
You must return the full amount you charged my card since I cancelled the order in plenty of time for it not to be shipped or charged as bank and UPS records verify.
Please advise me when you will be putting through a full credit to my account. AT
