Talked to their representative moments ago and assuming everything takes place as stated, I can not fault how they handled my defective item. This aspect of dealing with them deserves a minimum 4 stars. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because I never received return correspondence relative to my email inquiry to my defective product. Other than being on hold for a moderately long period of time they were very quick in a resolution to my problem.
2 different orders BOTH never came. Say they were delivered via their tracking, I emailed the customer service department they said they'd issue a refund, still have yet to see it. Multiple emails back and forth. Don't order!
Ordered a telescope and accessories from Factory Outlet Store on June 7,2020. Their website stated it was in stock. After a week, I contacted them to find out where my purchase was. I was told the items were back ordered and would be in around 7-10 days. As of June 25, the items haven't been shipped. I plan to cancel the order in the next few days if the order hasn't been shipped. As of June 25,2020, their website still says that the items are in stock.
I purchased two "brand new" Magellan replacement cords. What I received was a used Verizon cell phone charger and a generic camera cord.
I sent a picture of my receipt stating that the products were new and Magellan-no response. I regret so very much not reading reviews on this company before my stupid and careless purchase without not first seeing what a sham this site is. I am reporting my purchase to the FCC, LifeLock and BBB and encourage all others to do the same.
My greatest concern is that I actually, yes foolishly, gave my payment information to this thugs.

I ordered a mattress through them and was told I would receive it within two weeks. It has been a month and after 5 hours on the phone with FOS and their shipping agent they cant find the mattress. I canceled the order and will be surprised if I get my money back. Do not use this site. Most likely a fraudulent entity,
I posted previously and gave Factory Outlet Stores 2 stars and then stated that it was only because Google took a stand for me and got them to refund my warranty charges. They were able to persuade Factory Outlet to give me back what they were trying to hold on to as restocking fees and I was repaid in full. After reading the reviews on here, I doubt I would have had any success trying to get this on me own. Thanks Google.
Stay away and save yourself the headache. Ordered $150 of goods, they promise to ship i 2-3 business days. No courtesy communication from them to say they did not even have the product in their inventory. I had to chase them up to find out where my order was and even then, they said they had no idea if, and when, they would get product in.
I ordered RAM Mounts phone holder and a ball and socket system. Order sat being processed for about two weeks with no news. When I inquired, I was told the phone holder was on back order, but they had the ball and socket. So I cancelled the holder and said go ahead and ship the ball and socket. Another 2 weeks go by, my cc was charged $28+ and never got it. Called to inquire and they now said ball and socket is back ordered! I said forget it, refund me! Still waiting. No product, no refund. Visa is investigating.
I've been waiting 20 days. Then manager is never available, will call me back. There's always an excuse, no one is in the office, they are busy, they have left. This company has followed through on zero things on their side, they blatantly lie and blame you. They sent my package to the wrong address, 20 days later, they tell me I gave them the wrong address and refuse to refund me at all. I have no product. They tell me managers called me back when they have not and the reps are incredibly unprofessional and rude. Save yourself the trouble and shop somewhere else.
They are THIEVES! They charged $46 for an item, sent a defective product. I was never able to reach anyone to help with that. I sent the product back on the 2nd day and they told me they'd be taking 15% for processing. I was refunded $33,12 days later. They answer the phone right away when you want to buy, they hung up on you when you have questions or complains. I read many positive reviews about this company on Google. I wonder how this is possible and I don't understand why it's so difficult to actually leave a comment about this deceitful company on Google.
I will not be doing business with FactoryOutlet Store again. Bought a cell phone booster that did not work at our house. Was charged 15% restocking fee and $8.00 shipping when I returned the item. I was not informed of the restocking fee and postage fee when I purchased the item. Very deceptive marketing!
When the company saw this review, they contacted me by email to ask about my comment "very deceptive marketing". I replied citing the restocking fee and postage fee not being clear.
They did refund my money, however. So I am grateful. Just be aware of this if you order from them and be very sure you want the item!
I ordered thinking they were a Magellan dealer, that was only a bait and switch. I got the GPS and it locked on the start screen. The GPS looked like it was used for a hockey puck. I even get the joy of paying the return shipping. When the people you talk with don't even speak english, HANG UP!

Do not purchase ANYTHING from this company. I ordered a Garmin Fish Finder for $400. Was told it would be shipped the next day. Waited a week then called the company. Was told they don't have the item in stock and did not know when they would have it again. No one called me to tell me this! No tracking number! Was told my credit card account would be reimbursed the next day. That did not happen! As of this date I do not have the Garmin Fish Finder and am out $400. Do NOT do business with this company.
Looking for a phone with amplification. Not only did they have a variety of options. It seemed to be fair pricing and most importantly... they offer FREE Shipping! Much appreciated. The free shipping made me order the phone immediately.
They charge 9% "sales tax" claiming they are in NYC. This charge does not appear until after payment is made. Fine print on the "guarantee" will cost you 15-20% regardless of what the issue is. Going back to AmmazonLand where the buyer is king.
Placed an order for a quantity of 6 rechargeable batteries. Was supposed to ship the same day. 2 weeks later product had not arrived and there was no updates from the seller. I called and they said that the units were on back order. I asked for an estimated delivery date. They could not provide that but asked me if I would like to purchase the same battery in a generic brand for almost twice the amount of the name brand! I have canceled the order and purchased form elsewhere.
Ordered refrig filters a few months ago went to use one, they are not even close to fitting. I used their website to try and get my order number, but they use the excuse of having to verify my email address which they already have. You never get the verification email, so you cannot get into your own order history. I called and they said to wait 10-15 minutes, I told him I had already waited 30 minutes, then he hung up on me. It has been more than three hours and I have tried more than 5 times, nothing. So I am guessing they are not going to do anything. I will never order from then again, if you do then just give your money to a homeless person, it would be better than giving it to thieves.
After getting no satisfaction from FactoryOutletStore I filed a complaint with my credit card company. Then went to buy a new Norelco shaver and found it at PremiumStore.com. Ordered and was shocked to see the confirmation for my order come from: yes, you guessed: FactoryOutletStore! Who knows how many shell companies/websites they operate. Called and cancelled the order. That was OK'd but they say it will take up to 5 days for the charge credit to show up. That is 5 days of their using my money. I repeat NEVER do business with FactoryOutletStore or PremiumStore or any other clone they have. I bought the same shaver new in an original box on E-Bay - for 25% less.
I bought a new Phillips Norelco cordless shaver and the saleswoman was very helpful. However, I found a week or two later that it would not hold a charge. When I finally had time I called and was told I had to call Phillips Norelco at another number about warranty replacement. The number I was given was wrong. I called again and was told to e-mail with my order number. I e-mailed that the shaver was defective and asked how to return for an exhange. The answer was dismissive and was sent by someone who could not read or properly write English since I clearly stated that it was defective. Now I find that they only take returns in original packaging! Who saves packaging? I will file a grievance with Visa for a refund! Never shop at FactoryOutletStore.
Ordered a radio from here. Got confirmation quick. That was the only thing that was quick. Waited and waited for shipping info. Nine working days later still no shipping info. Cancelled order. No apology or reason why as to delay. If this is any indication as to the service you get from here, why are they still in business.

I was about to place an order when I found a better price on Amazon. I went back and deleted my name, address and card information. So the order was never placed. I ended up receiving the order anyway. I was told to just return it, no problem. But they charged me shipping charges on the return. A thing going on with this company on an order I never placed and being charged for shipping. I should've stuck with Amazon. Amazons customer service is outstanding.
The site was very informative and gave great choices; my husband owns a pair of Muck boots and absolutely loves them and insisted that I order a pair for myself as we live in Northern Maine and have a lot of snow. He was using the snowblower for over two hours this morning after a heavy snowstorm and his feet were warm and dry.
They can't even keep their lies straight. Their rudeness and incompetence is amazing. After 10 days, I called to check on my order. First, they said my order was delivered, then it wasn't... next, as I'm looking at a UPS tracking number, they tell me it's on FedEx. Then they tell me I CAN'T cancel my order or my payment. In the words of the great Gomer Pyle... Surprise, surprise, surprise! Thank God for PayPal.!
Received a phone that did not even charge. Called customer service and was told to fill out the return form that they sent to me, and mail it back at my expense in original box. No return label provided. When I called back, I was informed that the refund did not require a return, but I was already out $12.90 for return. I will not be a repeat customer.
If I could give them less then 1 star I would. I purchased some filters and had to return them because they didn't fit. They refunded me less then 50% of my purchase price under the excuse of restocking fees. I will NEVER deal with them again.

I received the wrong merchandise and when I returned they not only charged me for their mistake but to this day have not returned my $170.00 over 2 pay periods on my card merchandise was returned next day with their paper work! Don't order from this company!
I placed an order for a phone on August 12th. It was supposed to be in stock and the site indicated that I should receive it in less than a week. It is now September 5th and, after one ignored email and two phone calls, I still do not have a phone. This company simply lies about products being in stock and provides fictitious ship dates.
"I ordered a 3 pack of Samsung water filters... prior to placing my order I called FO direct and spoke with a customer service rep, Andy. I asked if the filters were OE Samsung, and was assured the were and they came directly from Samsung (a lie)
The filters were some inferior knock off. I paid 71.85 and was refunded 45.07, I guess a restocking fee. The filters were returned in the exact same packaging as received by me. So, no restocking fee should have been charged. So, please beware of this company."
