FanDuel has shady business practices, they control and manipulate live games. They lock games at critical moments, the show wrong times or innings of games. They switch bets on you while you are trying to put them together. They'll look co a game until the score has changed, sometimes dramatically. Their customer support is useless and tries to blame everything on your connection or device.

I have dropped thousands into the casino part with out winning but a few dollars here and there at best. There is no way this site is legit. I hate fanduel and will never deposit money again. If your smart you'd never use this horrible app

Customer service gets negative stars, the most rude in educated humans I've ever dealt with. Fanduel must hire from the bottom of the barrel. The app itself is an absolute joke that is never working. DK beats this horrible service in every way imaginable.

FanDuel never has a problem when you deposit money it's only when you win that they have an issue. They said I have an unauthorized person on my account but never noticed till I won. Customer service is the worst. They send the same standard email over and over. Sent all documents never rectified.

No oversight. Got ripped off tonight with no recourse from this company. Highway robbery! Attempted to resolve with customer service and they refused to see the images I showed them. The images I showed them clearly showed I was screwed over and nothing. They do not have money to pay! Take screen shots of everything in case you get screwed over like me and need to sue for principle. Closing account! Stay away!

My account was suspended because I won $120 on a $10 bonus bet and cashed out $100. FanDuel thought this was suspicious activity and froze my account until they conducted an investigation (which took forever and was done with no notice) What a waste of time. A lot of the casino games are unplayable as well.

This is the worst online casino experience so far. The app is very hard to navigate. You have to constantly click back between pages. The games don't pay out, you can't win. Avoid at all costs. Over $10,000 on one slot with no bonus win. Insane. Game sessions end randomly. No tracking of your win/loss in game session accurately. Horrible service/not available.

So I have sent them every single piece of documentation they have requested. They have yet to do anything to resolve this. The entire way their customer service is handling this is so unprofessional. They have no haste to responding to my emails. You can't call them. They do not tell you anything on the time frame. Literally the worst casino app I've ever used. Poker stars mgm and every other big name has been fantasy. Not fanduel. What a huge disappointment because the interface is great. Their delayed responses and customer service completely gives them a one star. If something happens you are just screwed. Their is no other way to put it.

Been trying to give Fanduel a chance. Love the different games. And a lot that at your local casino. But the payout sucks. Bonus features are so hard to come. Spent two no bonus. Started off doing good. Breaking even mostly. Guess to wheel me in. Then started taking my money as fast as I played. Wouldn't recommend. It's like giving away your money. Again payout sucks. FanDuel is best for sport bets. Normal people like myself. Don't win big on this site. Not saying no one does. Cause I'm sure they do. But to me chances are low. Bet and play mgm casino or draft king.

Minutes after using my account one day, I was unable to log-in to my account (I always use Face recognition) It told me email and password were not recognized. I contact Fan Duel and they tell me the log-in email is something totally different than mine that I have used all along yet the correspondence emails they send go to my correct email. They said they have to put my account on hold until the accounts team can contact me with information. It's been a week, and no correspondence, even after contacting support again asking why I haven't received anything from them. Account is still on hold along with my `$155 that I had in my account. I don't even know if it's still there, can't log-in to see. No other way to contact anyone and just keep getting the same story from the chat support.

Players get taken out of game and they don't show it until game starts, basically stealing ur Money when a player u picked isn't playing and they don't let u change it to anyone else. Im done with fanduel. 50% of my bets r busted b4 game ever starts. Not right

I've been trying all the sites over the years and I think Fanduel is the worst. Technically the web site is horrible with loading the games and some games won't even load up. The lack of promotions is ridiculous there literally isn't 1 promotion on there page no money for game play either after a 2 thousand dollars deposited. Other sites are getting withdrawals back to you in about an hour to 3. Fanduel takes 24 hrs. There customer service acts like they don't care because they got thousands of customers who cares if your not happy with there site. I'll be moving on from this site as of today.

No one wins gambling on FanDuel Casino. Your money will disappear faster than you can deposit it. Forget about any free play or loyalty comps. They do not exist. It's not coincidence that all these reviews are horrible. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

These people actually sent me to collections because I stopped them from auto drafting MY money. Of course we know all gambling hosts are crooks, but this is another level of scamming! Selling false information to debt collectors that will never be collected. I'm reporting these people to everyone known to man. If you read this try a different site or better yet go with your first mind and don't gamble!

At least DraftKings gives you a decent
RTP% on their slots or let you win for awhile before taking all your money,it's my own fault that I was usually up 200 to $400 before getting greedy,FanDuel doesn't even tease,drop $20.00,30.00,50.00,doesn't matter, you will lose it lol

I have been in contact with FanDuel for weeks about withdrawing money. They provided solutions but none worked and they continue to ask the same questions. I would high recommend staying away. Terrible

No customer service, 10 hour wait for chat talk. No resolution. No way to contact by phone. Kept my money and can't get it back after jumping through hoops for weeks. Run away from these sleaze balls.
