FanDuel only want your money! It's not for enjoyment or entertainment. I lost 100 dollars in twenty minutes playing for a dollar twenty. Everytime I got the bonus it took me back to how. Everytime I was getting a good hit over two dollars it took me back to home. When you are losing. It doesn't have any issues only when it seems as if you are going to win 5 dollars are more. Placing a better to possibly win big money to have it voided so if I win took my winnings down to garbage. You need to warn people from the beginning so they're aware and can possibly not choose to place a bet at all

This is the worst sports book ever! For smart, smart betters or people who won they lock up your account suspend your account and make it impossible to get in touch with anyone to get it resolved. They are only looking for losers, and should be ashamed of themselves. My funds were tied up for weeks and then they told me I was no longer allowed to bet anymore all because I was winning.

The app is trash, I got a note telling me im being flagged for possible fraud for betting outside of the VA location. Absolutely false and im being investigated by the location department. WTf is that? Super disappointed and withdrawn my money and will never use them again... BEWARE PPL. This review is not a fake is very much real. The app is trash. Ive added screenshots as well. I find it funny how dealer knows their facedown card everytime before flipping jt. I had a $850 hand and stopped at 20, dealer had a 3. Then my screen goes black and I'm sent back to the menu, WITHOUT my 850, apparently dealer hit a 3 card 21 while I was kicked out of the game so I didn't see her flip her cards but they say I lost and they won't refund my 850 for their mistake... fanduel just robbed me for $850 and this has happened many times before but this time they screwed me for 850. What a joke! Trying to log-in since they became legal in CT. If it isn't one thing it's another. Account locked, the wrong password, security questions answer wrong, etc, etc, etc... Talking to customer service on the chat line is like talking to the wall. We've reset your password they say, only to go back in and get the same conclusion. What a poor choice for CT to associate themselves with a website that is incompetent of handling what's it purpose is meant for. Zero stars.

My account got hacked, the hacker took all my available funds out and locked me out of my account. When I tried to contact FanDuel they have no customer service number had to use the chat. I gave them all the info they requested and still haven't had a conclusion and it's been almost 2 weeks and haven't heard anything back. I would be careful betting on this sports book, your funds are not safe.

Playing first person craps on the fan duel casino app, and literally every other roll was a 7 until the money I deposited was gone, I'd roll my point and the very next roll would be a 7 every time! Before that even took place the app kept kicking me out and when I'd log back in, my money is no longer on the table, contact support and all they do is issue is a reference number say somebody will contact you and nobody ever does. This app is rigged to rob you.

This service has tons of issues. They use public figures to help market this form of gambling to make it fun and exciting but it's only a brainwash form of gambling. I have had several issues with my funds being stuck in the account which is unusual when time to withdraw or delete I've also have problems with receiving my cash in proper time and they always come up with ways to manipulate someone with their wager by freezing the boards or doing everything possible to manipulate. I contacted about receiving my funds back from technical issues and of course they're making every excuse not to deliver my funds back that were unequally wagered. I give this service a (0.5 -half of a star out of 5 -five stars). This form of gambling needs to be removed from our society.

I tried to place a bet many times and it said that I couldn't b/c blah blah blah. I logged out and logged back in and then suddenly the money was gone $86 but the bet never placed. It was a system glitch. The photo shows the transaction of the 85 but the bet never placed.

They never replaced the money, even after contacting them dozens of times.

Think about this before you have them steal your money -- who is going to be believed? The gambler or the multi-billion dollar corporation?

Also know that they DO NOT have customer service. Nobody to call. Just an email from a rude agent telling you "too bad."

After following instructions by placing a $10 wager to one single thing in order to qualify for the $50 referral bonus and was told by an agent to wait 72 hours before contacting them if it did not go through, I am now blocked from speaking to an agent and I did not receive my $50 sign up bonus not did my referral. And to have proof I am blocked from speaking to an agent, my referral just attempted contacting and agent right after it told me no agents were available and only gave me an option to close the screen, he is now in line waiting to talk to an agent. He received the code and is in line. I am only given the option to close the screen and this has been the case for the past 3 days. No agents have been available for me but for others they are available. So not only did i not receive my referral payout, but I am blocked from speaking to any agent about this issue. Unbelievable. Untrustworthy.

They regularly have a 'glitch' about every 6 months that will wipe out your account. Customer service doesn't exist and there's no way to hold them accountable. You have a much better chance of losing all your money to one of their 'glitches' than losing it legitimately. Keep your balance at a minimum and play on this website if you can afford to lose your entire balance to a 'computer glitch'

This a the devil in disguise folks. Don't fall for this trap. You won't magically become rich or win money at all. You have to have money to win money. Do not let these gambling sites try to suck you in and trick you. If you are a blue collar family, or just a believer or god. Stay away.
Also I do not certify that this review is based on my own experiences. I hear about horror stories of people blowing there whole check or savings on this stuff. Don't fall for the trap

I created an account and made a deposit but then the site kicked me out and would not let me log back in or reset password. CS said that I must have accidentally created a PA account? I deleted this account and successfully created a CO account only to find out that I could not deposit because site could not verify my location lol! Got an error message saying that this is not unusual and to contact customer service. After being disconnected from chat many times a rep eventually told me that there is nothing they can do and then disconnected.
