Don't waste your money on this Fanduel gambling site. Each Month $3,000 spent and no winnings, pitiful.

On May 30th I checked my checking account and saw that there were 28 pending transactions of $200.00 and 2 for $20.00 for a total of $5,640.00. I called the bank right away and had them stopped. I chatted with Fanduel and they suspended my account. On June 20th, I received 30 collection letters from TRS collections on behalf of Fanduel. I am starting to think it was an inside job, because one of their responses to another complainer on BBB was that they wait 3 business days to verify withdrawals. Or, someone hacked my account and changed the bank info to theirs and withdrew the funds right away. I have filed a police report and they said they will send it to the crimes unit, filed a complaint with the BBB, Colorado Attorney General's office and the FTC. My next step is the Colorado Gaming Commision and I have to wait 6 more days for that, and an attorney. I get no response from Fanduel, except an email stating that my case is closed, and to re-open my account I have to upload a photo of me holding today's date, my DL and bank info. It does not work. They are total rip-off artists. Steer clear.

0 stars. I believe that FanDuel must be under attack from scammers. Or maybe they are the actual scammers. They have the worst customer service on the planet. They do NOTHING. They know NOTHING. They have more attitude than knowledge.

My account was randomly suspended on July 16th, 2023. I have reached out every day until the 21st. Every single day, support is letting me know that the accounts team will reach out to me. Was not receiving anything. I end up losing hope because they honestly come across as a joke to me. I am on my other email, which is not even on file for my account. Would you believe I end up finding an email from the accounts team there? I am like wait, this makes no sense. I reach out to support via FanDuel app chat, they claim the email was proper.

I end up responding to the email, sending my requested PERSONAL information to verify my account. WOULD YOU BELIEVE HE RESPONDS TO LET ME KNOW THAT HE IS NOW CLOSING THE CASE BECAUSE HE SEES I AM IN TOUCH WITH ANOTHER AGENT!? WHAT!? I HAVE NOT BEEN REACHED OUT TO BY ANY OTHER AGENT AND HAVE NOT SPOKEN TO ANY OTHER AGENT. THEY ARE UNABLE TO PROVIDE ME WITH INFORMATION OF WHO THIS MIGHT BE. This is unreal. His name is TYLER. I believe he stole my info. I have never developed hatred so strong for a platform. These people can honestly go to hell. Karma is real.

I'm going to be as brief as possible. This online CASINO is rigged. Their sportsbook however, is fair, and they will always pay you on bets won there.

HOWEVER, in over 10 years playing online gaming, this has got to be top 3 of worst casinos. They only have a 1x rollover on their bonuses, which should be an indication of what to expect. IF you're lucky enough to win a little bit after a deposit, and let's say you're up $100, it will make sure it takes every last penny back from you 100% of the time. IF you're lucky enough to get another bonus game, you can be assured it won't pay you back anything. This is consistent, and applies to every slot you play. Their casino is genuinely programmed to never let you win more than you lose. I've never seen bonus games pay $0 so frequently.

To top this off, when you initially deposit and start an account, it usually let's EVERYONE win a very small amount in the beginning, to create a false illusion of fairness. The games are known to crash often, during wins, or winning streaks, and bonus games. It's too much of a coincidence to dismiss. I've personally had a crash during a bonus game, with winnings lost, so I can confirm these complaints.

If you ever require a withdrawal of more than $500, you can be assured of a lengthy delay and excuses as to why you haven't been paid. Under $500 doesn't seem encounter these same issues.

I've had fanduel for about two weeks and I quickly realized their game, they set these statistically unrealistic sponsored bets for the NBA and other sports and set a high pay out for a low buy in to make you think it's a deal and every time it never fails you will lose for example they'd say Lebron, Curry AD and klay Thompson all have to score 7.5 points in the first quarter and wager would be set $10 for a pay out of $110 while statistically only one of those players have averaged that many points in the first quarter you still would want to take that chance because it seems too good to pass up and every time I've bet on one of the sponsored bets it says like 6.5k people made this bet so you feel safe making the bet but all you do is lose and it does this every time with a sponsored bet but if you build your own parlay with more realistic possibilities they won't offer a high pay out so it's kinda pointless over all fanduel is preying on people with gambling addictions and I'm done using the app.

Very complicated app and support mays well be non-existent. Even trying to access support followup was computer generated and unhelpful

Not sure how the government hasnt shut them down, thats how bad the losing streaks are on this site, stay away and avoid the scam

They suspended my account right after they took my deposit still trying to get money back. Customer service is a joke

The games are completely fraud. They don't show how you lose. They put up a bogus fraud score saying you lost to steal money.
