They lie about the referral amount once you refer someone they come up with all kinds of excuses that they don't have to give it to either.

Fanduel had inside information on players getting hurt!They took everybody money and knew he was hurt!

I am on about a handful of casinos so of course I know the risks but when it comes to the Fanduel casino you have lost the minute you enter. The games crash all the time. The spin count changes too much for me, that's a sign of manipulation. I don't care what they say. The win rate is the lowest of any casino I have ever been in. I have tried to give this casino a chance but won't throw good money after bad anymore. This casino does not even give the customer a chance to think they may win; they just take it. I will give you an example Cash Eruption, it is an interesting game has a decent win rate not in the Fanduel casino Out of 1,749 spins I got free spins twice and Cash Eruption one time and I should have left because if you stay it will eat up what you won and more. Then I thought, "Well, maybe just a bad day for that game so I tried it again today and out of 2,744 spins (I don't spend big when I am worried about a game) I hit free spins 3 times and not one yes you heard right not one cash eruption, I sign off and went back in just on a hunch it would kick in. Yes it was being very agreeable then all of a sudden after my 2nd time getting Cash Eruption the game starts with the 30 second spin over and over again, pure manipulation and I knew it was coming the system error pops up and you are booted out of the game. Give me a break please if you are going to mess with the game and the person playing it do it to someone who doesn't know what you are doing. Then you finally can get back on and of course I am done playing just want to withdraw my money and there it is you are 25 short of what you knew you had. Don't bother contacting customer support they are worthless they give you a prompter response and close the case out done without so much as yes we got you good. Don't get me wrong I love playing online and everyone loses now and then but with Fanduel if you feel like donating to a million dollar company go for it me I will play casinos that I know I have a chance

Gambling can be addictive. It ruins families and lives. Don't do it, it's not worth it.

I spent a lot of money on this app and they had no problem taking it. When I finally did hit and it came time to withdraw, they put my account in a suspended status! How freaking convenient.! It took them six days for someone to request pictures and IDs. I sent it in immediately on aTuesday it is now Sunday and I have no response back and my account is still suspended 12 days later. Their piece of $#*! customer service gives you no answers. I don't even know what the hell they have a support chat for because they constantly give you the same answer, tell you you'll get an email from the accounts team, mind you that you can't contact this team and nobody ever gets back to you. They constantly tell you they'll escalate this request and have someone get back to you, but it never happens. I don't understand how they could accept my money, but then magically suspect suspicious activity when it comes time to withdraw. I will never use this app again. DraftKings has never given me a problem, and I would highly recommend that app over this one anyway. I know That if they're doing this to me, they must be doing this to many people and ripping off everyone making a killing for themselves. Do not use this app! If you have any problems or spend a lot of money when you finally do win, you'll go through hell getting the money if you even get it at all with no answers they just leave you hanging. If they gave a $#*! about you, they would understand the urgency and handle your situation when you have thousands of dollars on hold but they don't give a $#*!, they just leave you hanging and give you no answers! Very poor service and unacceptable. They need to shut the hell down.!

They will suspend your account saying you've been inactive. If you place a bet that you will win on they will find a way to steal your money.

They put players that are not even playing and don't put players that are playing in the game it's Sad

I have been playing FanDuel for about 2 years and I realize it isn't a fair game. The reason I say this is because if u join an NBA game that starts at 7pm and there are 5 games btwn 7-10pm the person that wins is always the one that has most if not at least 8 out of 9 of their players from the early 7pm game and the last player from like a 7:30-8pm game. It's the same with the NFL if u don't select your players from the early game you will not win anything because the way FanDuel works is if you're not in the top position within the first 15-20 minutes of the game starting you won't be able to move up your position basically when your score goes up your position will continue to go down. Plenty of times this has happened to me and when I compare my lineup to the winners lineup sometimes my lineup has more points than theirs but because I chose players from the "late" games instead of all my players from the early games my position stays low. I don't expect to win everytime but at the same time to never get up to the top position when my lineup is sometimes higher than the winners is suspect. I also find it weird how the people that select all their players from the early games seem to know when the bench warmers are going to play really well. Anyway the most I ever won on FanDuel last year was $5, I have used the same lineups or close to the same lineups on DraftKings and have won much more than $5. So now it's to the point where I just play the $. 5 games on FanDuel that way when I lose it doesn't bother me. Once my $5 winning run out I will no longer be investing in this game

What a joke, If you're a gambler I don't suggest you support this company. It's a joke. They don't honor their promotions and you rarely ever win.

They owed me $165 for a bet that I won.they kept saying it will take 48 hrs…

The odds change rapidly and when you want to place a live bet, it will lock you out before placing it all the time.

Letting you all know not to use Fan Duel as your book.If you are smashing them daily like I was they will lock you out of games based on the teams you happen to follow. The teams I liked to bet player point over unders on are the Bulls and the Bucks. I like to bet them on the live wire and once the game starts and about to put a play in, they like to lock out the player points that are live so you cant put in any action. That happens if you are winning in that area. They have artificial intell that monitors what u like 2 bet and if you have a winning percentage theyll lock you out till the game is just about over and the scoring is just about done and is harder to predict. Also, wouldnt allow me to withdrawl or get into my account so I couldnt play or move on which is what im doing now.Im leaving about a dollar in my account so it dosent close and will be able to still go in there on my big picks to hit them as hard as I can.Seems Draftkings hates fan duel as much as I do. Will take my action there. F U Fan duel cowards! What book is afraid to take action from 1 dude with all the players they have. Want them to know who I am.
