I ordered a Jake Paul backpack for my sons birthday. When we open the backpack my son was very disappointed with the item. The backpack that was sent to us looks nothing like the item that's online plus it had a noticeable stain in the front. Don't waist your money on the cheaply made items that they try to sell their fans.
I order a lot on line and this is the worst experience I've ever had. Placed an order on the 6th and have ask for some kind of confirmation with NO! Response it is now the 16th and still nothing. My Daughter is going to be very upset!
Slowest and worst service ever! Ordered 2 items, they weren't low on stock or on back order, it's been 21 days and it still hasn't shipped! One item was a birthday gift... which is now 1 week late! The other is a Christmas gift, which I am hoping will come in on time (3 months should be enough time, right?!). Totally frustrating! The people who use Fanjoy to supply and ship their Merch should look elsewhere or they will be losing more opportunities to move their products.

Placed an order on may 5 th and it still hasnt been processed, but Ive been charged for it on my credit card. Its now June 25. Tried to contact the company twice with no response. Just sent two more emails tonight to two separate fanjoy emails I found doing a google deep dive. I think its absolutely disgusting that its taking this long to get any information whatsoever. What absolute $#*!ty customer service. Not only is it almost impossible to find any contact information, but I wish I read the reviews before hand. Apparently a lot of people on a lot of different review sites have been treated this way. I seriously hope I get my order, or a refund soon so I never have to deal with this company again.
Do not buy from this company. I never received an item I purchased over a month ago. There is no customer service. No contact number. Emails go unanswered. This company is a scam. Review them and look at all the unhappy customers. I'm sorry that I didn't check myself. Reviews all the same, items that are never received.
Good customer service response but bad delivery. Item took 6 weeks to arrive and arrived broken. They needed a picture to issue a refund or replacement. I ordered it as a surprise for a friend and he threw it out when it arrived broken because he didn't know it was a gift. So there's nothing they can do for a refund.
My clickbait zip hoodie hasn't arrived and I bought it two months ago on December 2 and I would really like to know what's going on I just want to know what happened because I want to continue buying from Fanjoy but just can't if my order doesn't arrive
I have placed 2 different orders with Fanjoy in the past month. First order was a mystery hoodie & I received it in about a wk. I loved it so much I placed another order that day for a mystery hoodie & mystery joggers, I just received that order, again it took about a wk & again I love both items. For people complaining about getting duplicates in the mystery packs, it literally tells you that when ordering multiple mystery packs you may receive duplicates. It's a chance you take when you order a mystery pack. I'd definitely order from them again. The hoodies are super soft & comfy. The joggers look to be good quality too but I haven't worn them yet so I can't give an honest review.
I ordered 3 mystery hoodies. And I received 3 of the same hoodies. No diversity in this company. I reach out to them and they said duplicates are possible. Okay that would be fine but I received triple. Very disappointed. The shipping also took over a month. Not very mysterious if it all the same. Unreal...
Iam extremely dissatisfied with FanJoy. My daughter saved all her money from her bday n Xmas to order on the mystery picks just to get 3 of the same!

There is no way the person who is picking the mystery items doesn't know difference of the item that he or she when packing an order! Now she can't return the items!
