Do not purchase any item from Fanjoy. Basically nothing is returnable. The hat I purchased was huge and I couldn't even exchange it. Fanjoy has no business being in on-line retail. Based on my experience, I highly recommend you not purchase from Fanjoy and avoid a scam.
Like everyone else the customer service here is terrible. Ordered 2 shirts on June 16th was told 10 business days to ship. Still no updated. Emailed them requesting and up date and was told 10-14 days. Guess what today is the 14th day still no update. Emailed again and was told 14 days to prepare for shipping plus additional shipping time. 58.00 later still no merch. Also now the merch is on sale I asked to be reimbursed for the difference guess what? NOPE and they refuse to cancel the order and reimburse all of my money. Take your business else where its truly not worth the headache. Worst online ordering experience ever!
Like a lot of other reviewers of this company I ordered a Jake Pauler Status Hoodie for my grandson for Christmas back on November 27. They said normal time to ship was 10 business days. It's now been 15 business days (19 calendar days) and the order still hasn't shipped. I'm leaving for Christmas in 5 days (no present for my grandson). I've contacted them twice and they've never responded. I'll never buy from them again, and I hope a lot of other people won't either.
This is an awful site I made a purchase back in May it's now almost beginning of July I can't get them to respond to any emails my order still says processing has not even shipped save your money don't waste your time
I purchased 2 mystery hoodies and after a month I finally received the shipment. Only to open the packages and both sweaters where the same! The quality is subpar and when I contacted them about returning and replacing one I was sent a list of "product information" that indicated all sales were final and that duplicates where a possibility. Despite being mystery hoodies to the customer, one would think that a good business practice was to ensure that duplicate items were not sent to customers. If I wanted two of the same then I would have shopped elsewhere. First and last time shopping at Fanjoy.
I'm someone who usually research reviews prior to ordering something. Why I didn't research this company I don't know. Maybe due to me being so happy to have ordered some Jake Paul merchandise for my son. However, I placed an order on August 2nd, and today is the 15th and still no updated shipping on the item. I've sent several email and they have responded to each one. However each email just keeps pushing the shipping date back further and further. They mentioned to me today that the item is shipping from Florida, and then once it does finally ship it will be another five days to receive. There's no customer service to call this company and all I'm getting is the run around. This has been a very frustrating experience! Do not order from this company. It's not worth the hassle.
About a month ago I ordered a Colby Brock hoodie from fanjoy and I thought it was going to take long to arrive. The quality of fanjoys items Are really good. I would totally recommend fanjoy for anyone looking to get merch. Question: why all the bad reviews?
I will never order from here again! I placed a order the beginning of December and it still hasn't shipped! This is bs! I purchased Christmas gifts and looks like I won't see my order before Christmas! This will be my first and LAST time ordering from this company!
I ordered 3 things over a month ago and whenever i ask them where it is they keep telling me "it'll ship this week" or "supply only turned up this week and will be shipped this week"
They won't give me a proper answer and they tried to bribe me with a discount code.
I paid over $200 AUD for my order and i keep getting stuffed around.

If Vanguard had a promotion going for overstock items. Which we made a purchase. 2 weeks later I received 2 of the 13 items we ordered. Was an email saying my purchase and order had been complete and delivery. He reached out multiple times to tell them the order was not fulfilled only to be told yes the UPS had delivered by orderYet although their response time is quick from their support team to the state nothing has been done to refund my money or to correct the order. When I tried to fight it with my bank financially claims the order was delivered and shows proof of the 2 out of 13 items actually being deliveredStay away from these people at all costsHe's. Another note the 2 products we did receive were of the lowest quality possible. The packaging was not even an English. Though I'm pretty positive ship direct from China.
