If Vanguard had a promotion going for overstock items. Which we made a purchase. 2 weeks later I received 2 of the 13 items we ordered. Was an email saying my purchase and order had been complete and delivery. He reached out multiple times to tell them the order was not fulfilled only to be told yes the UPS had delivered by orderYet although their response time is quick from their support team to the state nothing has been done to refund my money or to correct the order. When I tried to fight it with my bank financially claims the order was delivered and shows proof of the 2 out of 13 items actually being deliveredStay away from these people at all costsHe's. Another note the 2 products we did receive were of the lowest quality possible. The packaging was not even an English. Though I'm pretty positive ship direct from China.

Birthday gift

The website says most orders shipped in 10 days. Its now 19 days for my order and it still hasnt shipped but they have my money! Horrible horrible customer service. I could have driven to San Fran in 19 days and picked it up!

Fanjoy recently divulged the private information of a customer of their service to one of the brands featured on their website enabling the individual associated with the brand to visit the private residence of this person. This visitation was recorded and uploaded to the Internet, giving random strangers on the Internet access to the address and location of someone without their consent. The company refuses to address this blatant violation of privacy, and doesn't seem keen on discussion as they attempt to silence criticism of an issue that clearly shows they don't respect the privacy of their customers.

I would advise others to reconsider where they shop online and only use trusted websites which have a strong track record of respecting the privacy of their customers.

HORRIBLE
December 19, 2019

I ordered an item back on December 2nd. Never received a shipping confirmation email. After TWO weeks, I emailed them about the order (it's for my sister for Christmas). NEVER heard from them but TWO days later I get an automated "pre-shipping" email. When I check the status every day on USPS - it says they are still waiting for the package to be dropped off! All the company did was create a shipping label and nothing else. Still have NOT received the item and thankfully, I can do a charge back with my CC.

I ordered just 2 things and it came out to 79 USD not to mention if I wanted to ship to my actual address in Canada it would of been 45USD alone. Sent it to a MI address my friend lives at and well still have nothing. I wouldn't order anything again. It was supposed to be a christmas present ordered mid Nov theres no way its coming in time.

Ordered an item my daughter really wanted. Got the wrong item. Reported it. Got another WRONG ITEM! By then, the desired item was out of stock, so they, without further discussion, issued a refund of NOT EVEN THE WHOLE THE PURCHASE PRICE... they not only kept our shipping fee (WE paid for their errors!), but also our sales tax, which is AGAINST THE LAW! Report them to your state tax boards, make this widely known. Let's get these crumb bums hauled away in handcuffs!

Satisfied Grandson

Ordered a Jake Paul sweater for my 10 year old grandson part of his Birthday present, I was kept informed throughout with tracking information and emails, arrived in London and delivered to my address two days later all in all took 17 days worth the wait for one happy little boy, thank you.
